The biggest drawback to this business is the counter people do NOT speak english and will mess up your drink order! They get so flustered because they dont know english they cant even Void the transaction and will continue to make yout drink order wrong!! And will continue to speak to you in spanish!! At least go and get someone who speaks english!! So you can get the order correct!! This has happened on several occasions!! Asked for whole / regular milk and they simply ring up almond milk.. THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! And will constantly try to put almond milk in your drink!! Gonna stop spending my money here if you cant get my order right!!! read more

I mean...too overpriced for what you get. I've been to Rodilla in Spain and you get an acceptable sandwich for 1,5 eur or 2eur. The sandwiches were really bad. Full of mayo or at least they tested like mayo. Bread was dried and consistency as something slimy. The jam croquetas were ok but the cod croquetas tested bad like the fish was a little bit old. I really think that people who rate 4 stars to this place have never been in Spain. On the door they have a banner with the business hours that says that on Sundays they are open until 6PM. I came in at 5, ordered a cup of coffee, few minutes later they told me "we are closing in 20 minutes". Business was slow and the staff wanted to go home. read more

Don't take me wrong, this is a very clean and cozy place, their sandwiches taste excellent.. the jam is fresh and tender, the coffee is very good. But according with american standard and particularly in this city you can find biggest and better stuffed sandwiches. I tried the carrot cake that taste good but too cold for my taste.. By far the best meal deal in Wynwood. Two ( half ) sandwiches and a juice or coffee for $10. The juice is real and freshly squeezed, and the sandwiches are very light - and there's enough variety for anyone that isn't gluten intolerant. At first I was excited to try Rodilla. I love a good sandwich shop. But then I read about you...your target customers. I was surprised to hear you only want customers between 20 and 65. What a big disappointment. I have been eating Rodilla sandwiches for the last 55 years and I expected Rodilla Miami to have the same quality as a company with such a long background. 1. Non of the sandwiches were cut the same 2. You could see the brown edge of the crust of bread on some of the triangular side of the triangular sandwiches and others sides white. (Suppose to be all white or the same) 3. Filling in some sandwiches was the same texture and not in others (I bought 5 of each) 4. Employees greet you as they are bore and have not talked to anyone for years 5. No class what so ever, it felt the years they been on business meant nothing to the employees 6. Employees did NOT know there products...(they asked each other) 7. No interest on telling client about company history or what sandwiches are made of 8. No interest from employees in creating a relation product/brand/client. Anyways it is a shame to see some spanish companies investing so much to cross the Atlantic and not emphasizing in quality control and good customer service. I love this place!! Loved my avocado bagel!! They really treat customers very well here!! And they treat Artest very well too! I'm the guy with the beard and yarmulke !! They didn't know I was also an artist but that's perfectly fine I know how they treat customers and they gave my friend MrFingg an artist amazing customer service. They really appreciate local artist in the community and give them a lot of respect and great service. The avocado bengal was so good. With my voss water. Loved it here!! After a particularly underwhelming experience at Zak the Baker, my husband and I went to Rodilla to check out their food. The place was very clean and had an incredibly peaceful, lowkey, and welcoming ambiance (something many Wynwood restaurants lack). We decided to order a turkey sandwich and some croquetas. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful as well! The staff wore masks the entire time, explained some details on their menu, and were very kind. We stayed a bit longer than we initially expected because Rodilla wound up being a peaceful respite from the chaos of Miami. If you aren't a pompous tourist expecting the staff to know exactly how you like your food, you'll love it here! read more

ordered via uber eats - i got 5 different sandwiches because i really wanted to try (almost) all the varieties.... wow they were all really underwhelming. the bread tasted like stale cardboard, and inside the seasonings did not really go well together. (curry chicken) TOO MUCH CURRY. i tried one that had lettuce and you could see and taste that the lettuce was old (not a fresh green color). i think that was the mustard chicken one, yet it wasnt the worse one. like i said i purchased 5 different sandwiches and only finished one, the others i was disgusted by one bite. i loveee the packaged sandwiches from starbucks so i was expecting something similar but no. these packaged monstrosities have to be completely redesigned (and made edible). so disappointed i ordered here without checking the reviews first. read more
