The restaurant is adjacent/attached to a76 gas station. The entrance is in the Las Vegas Blvd side. 3 4 person tables. Fountain and bottled (in Mexico) drinks. I ordered the menudo. The broth was medium sticky but they gave me a little container of extra space. The assist served it with fresh chopped cilantro and onions, with 2 wedges of lime. The tripe was a little bit tougher than I prefer, but the meal was good. I would recommend this little treasure to anyone on a budget and in a hurry. Hate thinking of this spot as a "hole in the wall." Even though it's small and attached to a gas station, Rodolfo's makes some good food! I really like their carne asada fries 'cause of how loaded they make it, and I also appreciate their burritos. Not freakin' filled with more carbs like rice and beans, but filled with proteins (usually go for carnitas or carne asada) and a bit of garnish to provide more flavor. Dinner from a 76 station? You bet! We were craving Mexican food and the in house restaurant at the Silverton where we were staying had awful service, so we ventured out. Found this place on Yelp and when we got there, it was a little place next to a gas station mini mart. There were a couple tables inside, but we opted to get our food to go and eat in our room. Small, but clean. Two guys working, they were both very nice. The hubby had chicken enchiladas and I had a carne asada tostada and French fries. Good food. We also got chips and salsa. The pico de gallo type salsa was placed right on top of the chips, so unfortunately they were a bit soggy when we got back to the hotel. Good chips though and the salsa had a good flavor. They have fountain sodas and my Dr Pepper was great. Decent prices. Definitely recommend. read more

The food here is cheap yet delicious! It was super windy so we ate inside; the interior is small and tight with 3 tables. The max amount of chairs per table is 4 but we were able to grab another chair to place it beside the table. The food is cooked fresh from the grill/fryer so there's a little wait. They ask us if we want to add salsa verde or rojo once we get our plates. If you dine in, the plates are flimsy so be careful with holding them. Overall, was super full from our entrees and felt satisfied from the taste and flavors! A great way to celebrate cinco de mayo and have a quick fulfilling eat! What in the bland ass is this food?? Geez I have never been so let down before. Looks and smelled so good but had no flavor. Even the salsa is runny and bland. I can't believe I spent $43 here. Got 8 chicken tacos, 2 tortas asada and a carne asada plate. I thought it was my taste bud but no I can taste my sprite I bought next door at the convenience store connected to it. I've passed this spot for years and didn't even know this gem existed. It is tucked away in the back of a gas station and an oil change shop. Tiny store with a huge menu. Three small 4 top tables all fill with local families enjoying the foods. I ordered the Carne Asada Super Burrito. It's a two person shop, so there's a bit of a wait. No problem. My burrito was bomb! After a weekend of fun in Las Vegas, my girlfriend and I wanted to get a burrito before driving back to SoCal. We saw Rodolfo's off the 15 freeway and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Chorizo burrito and a ham, sausage, and bacon burrito. They were bomb!! Romanian gringo here. I had tacos on Mexico City and all the resorts in Mexico. Here in Vegas I had amazing tacos at Los Tacos, Gordos and many other. At Rodolfo's I had some of the best tacos just 30 minutes ago. I had the carne asada, tripa, adobada, lengua and the carnitas. Amazing savory juicy, crunchy bits. Tacos are a bit on the small side, so maybe 6-7 would fill a well build man. Of course I had it with the medio litro Cola. Friendly, fast, economical, delicious. We ordered 4 different breakfast burritos and some taquitos - all great. Taquitos were perfectly fried but still juicy/moist inside. The burritos were packed evenly and with plenty of value and taste - Machaca was especially yummy. Salsa taste was very good though consistency was more liquid than we prefer. When we go next time we'll make sure to ask for a lot more salsa! They do take cc but have a small/reasonable surcharge and if u need cash there's an atm in the connected gas station mart. It taste worse than the frozen ones you get from the supermarket. My children like the veggie fries, Roberto's is so much better and I can't even believe I'm saying this. This is the hole-in-the-wall spot my partner and I always go to for carne asada fries! It comes with a good portion of meat + fries that we end up full after sharing 1. I love that they are open late so we always end up here to satisfy our late night cravings.The gentlemen cooking are always nice and they take phone orders for pick up. We have been going here for more than 6 years! They never disappoint! Today we got the chicken asada plate and the chile rellanos. Let me just say, it's the chicken for me! Everyone needs a hole in the wall in their life. There's very little seating in this joint behind the 76 station, but you should get your burrito to go anyway. The pork adobada is the best meat on the menu, but you can't go wrong as long as your choice involves a huge, crispy tostada, or a luscious warm flour tortilla, or wonderfully porky refried beans. We spent the winter in a condo across the street and had to fight the craving to go there every week. My only complaints are that (due to Covid?) they took lengua off the menu, and they use shredded orange cheese on the tostadas instead of the queso fresco in the menu picture. But today I said, yesssss Today! there are only 12 chairs, and it's tight! if your on the outside of the table, you will have butts in your face. It took about 10 minutes. So I scooted myself closer to the wall at the table LOL As The lady that took my order was pretty much straight to the point. I asked for the hottest sauce they had.....It wasn't hot to me at all, but it was good. I bit into that taco! Daymmmm, ok ok, I've been missing out all this time. Rudolfo's is small, but don't let it's look from outside or the fact it is hooked to a gas station steer you away. The tacos here are some of the best street tacos I've ever had. The carne asada and the chicken are seasoned to perfection. The meat is nice and juicy and the cilantro and onions (if you want them) adds just the right touch to make these burst with flavor.
