I knew nothing of this shop but they were closest and I didn't want to pay for a tow. They couldn't see it right away (this was like ten minutes before they closed on a Saturday) but they happily locked my SUV inside for the weekend. The fix ended up being extensive so they worked with me on the price which was amazing. They also realized that some recall work Ford had done on the suspension was done in a way that prevented the car from being aligned. They fixed that for me perfectly and suddenly the shimmy I had at freeway speeds that both Lea Schwab and Ford had told me was unfixable is gone. BTM is amazing. It's clean, the folks working there are wonderful (big nos towards William) and they do great work. I don't even live in Yuba City but any time I need any work done, be it a major repair or an oil change, I'm taking my car there. Seriously one of the few honest auto shops out there.

The Techs aren't well versed in tire mounting and simply add weights rather than finding the best balance between wheel and tires. I have several sets of Method wheels with Radar hybrid tires. Method is a top notch offroad wheel. The tires are 33" & 35". Both sets have well over a pound of lead on them. I went in to get an estimate for a 2024 Nissan Frontier, I always buy what I say and never dicker on price, I appreciate how tough it can be to run a brick and mortar company. After weeks of calling them back they never followed through. I have spent thousands of dollars here but it looks as though the drugs may be the priority, not the customers. I'm sorry Queen Penny but there are many other shops around and I'll take my chances with them in the future.

The quote was $240 which made me cringe, however, when I arrived after having to call roadside assistance to once again jump start my car, I was greeted with professionalism and curtesy. I was given a ride home by the offered shuttle service. I got a call after leaving the car there over the weekend and was told they had thoroughly diagnosed my battery and found nothing wrong with it. Not only did they check my battery, they gave me complimentary tire pressure service and a thorough cleaning on my car. I was absolutely thrilled to find that the people at Wheeler Chevrolet/Mazda were actually honest! They easily could have told me that they had replaced my battery and I would not have known any different. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
