A request this winter for routine furnace check up couldn't be scheduled until four weeks later. At that time also asked for an estimate for furnace replacement for which a tech was available the same day. Tech promised to send us a quote that night - the quote never arrived despite multiple requests. The tech who came out for the routine check up verified our observation that the control panel of the humidifier was not working and promised to send us a quote for replacement. Guess what - quote never arrived. We paid $205 + credit card fees for the visit but never received a statement of work or even a receipt. On the plus side the techs come out at the scheduled time, seem knowledgeable, and behave professionally. Too bad they don't have time to send out promised quotes!

The garage was drywalled so it took some time to get the wiring routed through the jousts - which is what I wanted so that it would look professional and remain safe. Carlos and his electrician assistant did the routing without complaint. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and showed me that the outlets worked/were GFCI protected.
