I was sent to him with my kids after getting their teeth cleaned at his wife's practice. While we were always treated nicely by her, we were left waiting for an extended period of time in the waiting room without even a greeting or some acknowledgment. The assistant was torn about whether to greet us, but the doctor looked our way and was dismissive enough that she was instead force to assist him with whatever was going on. I definitely got the impress that his one second assessment of whether merited politesse was related to the darkness of my skin. After about 4 more minutes of waiting (from when they saw us) I took my kids and left because there are TONS of orthodontists around, and the majority of them would probably pretend to want your money. Make sure you don't get seen by another doctor for a second opinion or cleaning because they won't let you come back. They will flag you inactive. I wish I knew . And you can not get an appointment . I was told I haven't been seen for awhile which was August 2022 . Yes correct because they were not even due for a cleaning. Been coming here for years. read more

I called you at 4 pm today in order to get some more proper information because your receptionist told me to contact my dentist for the molding and i did and of course that office was completely confused. and of course you never called me back. i see you responded on here but never bothered to return my phone call. recently lost my retainer after 2 years 3 months. I moved away and called to get a replacement. Of course you do not keep the molding for your record. It has now been about 2 years after I had my Invisalign done by Dr. Roger Lim, and I am very satisfied with the results - very straight top and bottom teeth! Dr. Lim took time to explain to me the condition of my teeth, and what the entire Invisalign process would be, and outlined the differences between going for a traditional braces versus Invisalign. I was visiting LA and thankfully found the kindest orthodontist ever! My two nieces and I were in town and the older one has braces. The bracket on her bottom last tooth came loose and the wire was sticking out causing it to dig in her gums/cheek. We had just arrived in LA and were not due to go back home for another 5 days. After several failed attempts trying to find an orthodontist who could fit us in last minute, I found Dr. Roger Lim. I called the office and spoke to the sweet and friendly Jennifer and explained our dilemma/drama. She spoke to Roger Lim and I was asked to take my niece in ASAP. As soon as we got there we were greeted and welcomed in the nicest manner and were in and out within 20 minutes. Dr. Lim took the bracket off and cut the wire down and gave us some wax to cover the end part of the wire. I had a very happy niece who could now eat and be her usual self. We had shopped around to other well known Orthodontist in the area who had some over the top plans to straighten my boys teeth. Dr. Lim had by far the most straight forward plan to correct their smiles. After her first consultation, she was told to come back after she had lost all of her baby teeth. We went back in 19 months ago and we opted for Invisaligns. The second consultation was great.
