Gary Sadowski is an amazing sales man. Very personable, very knowledgeable and his customer service is beyond amazing. I absolutely recommend Gary when looking for a new car for you, or your family. I traded in my encore gx to a fully loaded equinox. Gary made the transition effortless and really went above and beyond! 10/10.

And this is what they sent me home with. Is this a dealership or an alley mechanic? SMH

Well, 1st I made an appointment 2 months before my coming. Upon arrival I still had to wait in an extremely long line my appointment was for 930. I got there at 9 l. It took them 4 hours to do an oil change. Not to mention I bought an oil change package last year for $179 Which includes 3 oil changes within 24 months. I only had one oil change and they're explaining that they do not honor that package anymore because they are no longer Roger's Hyundai. I ended up paying an extra $87 for an oil change that I wasn't prepared for. Thanks to Jesse with his level head and understanding that customers are going to be upset, helped a lot of upset customers. To sum it all up, I will never go back here.

Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. Definitely will use Ashland tire and auto for all future car needs and will recommend to all my friends

Overall, I had a good experience with Ashland Tire & Auto. I brought my car in for exhaust repairs,…read moreand they completed the work the same day. The repair cost seemed fair, though on the higher end of the expected range. One issue came up afterward: when I picked up the car, the tire pressure light was on. I initially assumed it was nothing serious, but by the following evening, one tire was completely flat. To be clear, I understand there's no way to know for sure whether the tire was damaged while the car was at the shop or while I was driving it home or the following day. I genuinely acknowledge that uncertainty. That said, the timing concerned me. I took the car to Just Tires, where I had purchased all four of the tires in 2022. I was told that the flat tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Replacing two tires, which is fairly typical (depending on tread wear and matching) was recommended. The total cost, including tax and installation, was about $575. I discussed the situation with Ken Papas at Ashland Tire, and I appreciate the way he handled it. He didn't dismiss my concern, but he also fairly pointed out that neither of us could pinpoint when the damage occurred. He offered $150 toward the replacement cost, which I accepted. I think that was a reasonable, good-faith gesture, even though covering the cost of one tire would have felt more satisfying. I'm leaving a positive review because the exhaust issue has been resolved (so I assume the original repair was done correctly) and because Ken handled an uncertain situation professionally. I'd consider using Ashland Tire & Auto again.

Service was speedy, and when asking about my replacement they didn't try to oversell or assume I didn't know what I was talking about. I am on the verge of getting a full new set of tires, and they didn't push back when I opted for the cheapest single run flat to get me by until I replaced the full set. After the service, they also replaced the soon to be dead battery in my key fob without me asking or charging me. Really great team and wonderful service.

I order wheel for my Tesla model 3 , guy name Matt, told me it has to take 3 days to get it . He…read morescheduled my appointment for Friday , right 3 days after my order was placed. After waiting an hour for the service, I was informed that wheel never arrived and I have to wait another week until they get the wheel. My question is , why service was scheduled if part didn't arrived. Three business days later , nobody even tried to contact me to solve this issue. Once I addressed that , in very distracting form I was told that nobody would solve my problem and I will get a refund. I don't need a refund, I need service done . No other solutions were offered. So, from his words, it my fault that they cannot provide the service. Even better. Still blames me for bad behavior with his staff , how about 2 hours I spent at your location because your employees cannot check if they have a part. Last thing, your supply chain problems will not bother customer with proper communication. Poorest customer service I would recommend to avoid this place at all cost, because at the end of the day, it going to be your fault that they can not do something.
