Very poor service and no follow-up. My salesman seemed very preoccupied. I definitely prefer more care as making a decision to buy a car can be stressful. I went in after being aggressively marketed by the online marketing team. I communicated via email multiple times with someone who likely didn't exist. Soon arriving at my appointment time, I was put with a sales person who didn't have any of my previously communicated info. What a total waste of my time as I was very clear and upfront about my trade-in prior to going in! Computer system went down while I was there, I was promised a call by noon the next day. The customer service with Jorge is horrible, and as I found out the follow up to inform me my car was ready was just as bad on a Saturday. Rogers auto can have their cars and service because I will not be back. The invoice says I was promised to have the car back in 2 1/2 hours but all Jorge kept telling me was can you be here at 7am they can get you then. Only to find out at 3 the need day I could have had my Car at 6pm the same day. It only takes :10 to walk to this dealership but I won't come for anything ever again. read more

We had a 2pm appt the next day and of course it was not there. So the next obvious thing was to offer me a new car, something we did not want. I called to schedule an appointment for my Yukon Denali 2022 vehicle I purchased in December/January 2021-2022. I was impressed by the receptionist and her courteous demeanor. I was sent an email to confirm the my appointment which was scheduled for the next business day. I arrived at the dealership service department and observed a large volume of vehicles lined up in three separate lanes lined up by orange cones for (oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic,etc.) I was directed to enter facility and met by a greeter who warmly said hello and how can we help you today? He then listened to my issues with my vehicle, placed ticket on windshield and said someone would be with me shortly. Oscar Rivera, sales consultant was very friendly and asked what problems were I experiencing with vehicle. He wrote them down, placed tag on rear view mirror, took photos of vehicle and asked me to join him at his work station. I like that he was very honest when my vehicle may be returned to me due to diagnostic testing maybe today or 1-2 days. He verified my contact information, scheduled a Lyft service when I requested transportation home. I received a call later that day and informed my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. He informed me that my vehicle required an update for the computer BCM system P032 and P037, the same diagnosis given to me by OnStar operator when I first experienced the problem. Oscar provided a car wash at my request. I was pleasantly suprised by this encounter. Thank you Oscar for the great service. I will return for any mechanical issues in the future. I have always purchased vehicles from Rogers Auto Group but this last experience was terrible, customer service sucks in the service department with the exception of Dwayne (Service Dept) and Andy (Sales). In February of 2002, I purchased a 2022 GMC TERRAIN, my sales rep was Andy, and when I tell you my experience was very smooth. I was unsure what type of car I wanted and Andy was patient and very understanding. I not only left with a New 2022 GMC TERRAIN but my car note was less that I was originally paying for the vehicle I had traded in. I went in the dealership on 6/16/2022 due to my engine/transmission light being on. I had an appt scheduled for 4pm in which I arrived at 315pm....I was very upset because not only did I sit on the outside of doors to enter service department for 15 minutes, I get out of my car and enter the service department and inquire with a gentleman sitting at one of the stations, "Is there anyone that's going to open the door so I could pull my car in". The gentleman that was sitting there on his phone looked at me and lifted the door, I then inquired with whom would I speak with regarding my 4pm appt and he didn't acknowledge me, he continue to scroll through his phone and stated, "Look over there, someone should be behind a desk". I did see a gentleman sitting, I approached him and asked him would he be assisting me and his response was, "I'm too busy I cant help right now". The problem I have with that is, even if he was as busy as he stated, Customer Service goes a long way. I then proceed to Dwayne in which he was very helpful and he did inform me, "4pm appts are usually just drop off, my vehicle wouldn't be attended to until tomorrow(6/17/2022)". I did inquire about a loaner and was informed nothing was available....I asked staff to retrieve my car back and I left, due to me still needing a vehicle to be able to get to work. Long story short I notified my sales Rep Andy and informed him of all of the above, Andy informed me he would speak with his boss, so I returned to the dealership and I had to wait on a loaner to be returned BUT I greatly appreciate Andy for assisting me at the last minute...NOW THATS WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPT WITH HIM, IT WAS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, IT TOOK A SALESMAN TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND FOR THAT I AM GREATLY APPRECIATIVE OF ANDY'S ASSISTANCE...THERE STILL ARE GOOD PEOPLE THAT ARE GENUINE AND CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO!!!!!!!! In December 2021, I reached out to Hyundai Motor USA regarding two issues with my 2021 Palisade. I didn't buy my Palisade from Rogers (the first attempt they wouldn't sell me one and I bought a Telluride instead, and the second attempt they tried to gouge me with pricing, so I went with another dealership). But Hyundai Motors told me my repair issues were under warranty, and they prepared a case number and set up an appointment for me to take my vehicle to Rogers Hyundai because it was the closest dealership to my house. The appointment was for January 11, 2022. I went to the appointment and the service people immediately tried to tell me I had to take my vehicle where I purchased it (despite me telling them that Hyundai Motor sent me to them). Then the service people tried to get me to agree to repairs I wasn't there for (for example, some rock appeared to hit my door and made a tiny dent that you can barely notice). Finally, some service supervisor came out and said half his mechanics were out with COVID and could I bring it back Monday of the following week. He said if I left it that day it would be days before I can get it back, but if I brought it back the following week I could get it in and out the same day (the service supervisor said he found the order sent in by Hyundai Motor). So, I did what I was asked and brought it in on Rogers' new appointment date, and all hell breaks loose. The first service person comes to the car, remembers me from last week and makes a call. He says my repairs will take about a couple of hours and I could stay and wait for it. But then about 15 minutes later - while waiting for them to get my keys to move the car - here comes a different service manager (Keith Hammerquist). This service manager is very abrupt, aggressive and curt for no reason. He first asks did I buy my Palisade from them. I say no and go to the whole Hyundai Motor story and how got there. He then goes from it take my repairs a couple of hours to they will have to hold the vehicle for days! Then he says forget what Hyundai Motor told me, one of the repairs for my 2021 Palisade is not covered under warranty anymore. His reason: warranty ended in after December 2020, but Rogers couldn't get the vehicle in until January. He said that's not Rogers's fault that they couldn't look at the vehicle until then. Yet, Hyundai Motor said they were still going to honor the warranty. The manager said, "You can't trust what they told you..." As for the other repair issue, now Rogers is going to have to see if a part needs replacing, or something else. It's at their discretion, but I need to be prepared to pay $188 an hour just for them to decide if it's on Hyundai Motor (remember, I can't trust what the manufacturer told me) or if both repairs would come out of my pocket. The manager said if I didn't like what he was saying I can take the Palisade back to the dealership I purchased from (which is fine, it's just a drive several miles from me vs. Rogers being a few blocks away from my house, and again, this is where Hyundai Motor told me to go). The thing is, I've owned Hyundai vehicles before that I didn't purchase from Rogers (along with other vehicles). I have taken those vehicles to Rogers and given them lots of business out of my pocket. I've had my sister buy two brand new GMC vehicles from them (that's over now), and recommended others looking to purchase from them. Again, I didn't buy my Palisade from them because of the reasons mentioned earlier, but I would have. And yet, this is how I am treated? And I'm told that I can't trust the word of the car manufacturer whose vehicles they sell, and who sent me there? I will have more to say about Rogers Auto/Hyundai on other auto blogs and Palisade pages, and to friends who like the Palisade and other Hyundai vehicles. We now know it won't be a recommendation. With the skyrocketing costs of autos today, maybe Rogers should think about how it treats people (especially repeat customers). read more

This is the worst place to take your car to for service during COVID-19. They pull prices out of the air and diagnoses. They charged me $300 to clean and grease a TCM connector. This didn't fix all the problems so they changed the connectors and it didn't fix the problem either. They then stated that it would be $2000 to fix the TCM because they realized it wasnt the connector. Because I refused to allow them to continue guessing on the problem and they charged me $200 for them changing the connectors when it wasnt the problem and didn't fix anything. Not to mention them leaving my trunk open in the rain because when I picked my car up the trunk was soaking wet and mold was growing. I had to take my car to be detailed on my own expenses. I hate this place. I have been doing business with them for over 4 years and this is the type of loyalty I get. Never again. read more

To make a long story short, I was SO SKETCHED OUT by this dealership. First, they were trying to charge me nearly $700 a month to lease a $32,000 vehicle. Several other dealerships told me the same vehicle was leasing for between $300-400 a month with some money down. Second, they were trying to uncharge the vehicle $2,000 over the MSRP. I was told it was for some "titanium" package that I never requested. They gave some BS excuse like "there is a train track over the lot" which no, there is not. The general manager did not offer me any choices to get the price per month down to what I could pay. It was pretty clear they just wanted to make money. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal. I ended up going to Piemonte Dundee in East Dundee and had a much better experience. They were able to get my lease payment at the price I wanted. read more

After I left the dealer today, I told myself it is not fair if I don't write a review and tell everybody how terrible this dealership is. Not only they don't know anything about the customer service, they don't even know the cars they sell. A dirty-unfirendly enviroment, with bunch of salemen who can't distinguish a cart from a car. The first day I went there the salesman showed me a Hyundai Accent and told me it is an Elentra!! The second time I returned with a quote in my hand and they promise me to beat the quote, they said they can't and they called me rude and didn't even make any attempt to be polite! My experience with Rogers is all service. And I'm completely happy with them. If you're using Yelp to see if people are happy with Rogers' service department, I am. I've been taking a car I bought elsewhere to them for three years and I've had nothing but good, professional service. I'm amazed how little BS they throw at me. Today I went in with a noise that shouldn't be there. They checked it out, did NOT have an answer, explained why, explained what it is not, explained that it's safe and what I should do next, and told me what my options are before the warranty expires. And they found another part that should be replaced - under warranty - and will call when that part comes in. Without an appointment, I was in and out in 45 minutes. The bill: zero. That's as good as I can imagine it being for car repairs. Note: The bill is not always zero. But I'll take zero when I can. read more

I've been unhappily dealing with this joke of a business since 2015. If you want incompetent service come here. This place literally made huge mistakes with my wife's brakes which almost led to an accident on the interstate. They tried to make it right by towing the car back and fixing their mistake while getting us a rental, but expected us to pay the tax and fees on said rental. A simple oil change takes 2-3 hours here. Oh yea the service manager a clown too so don't expect good service. Called yesterday to see if I could get an oil change and see if they could look at a whirring sound my car was making they said no problem just bring it in at 7. I did and was told by the crew that they can only do the oil change since I didn't have an appointment. This place does not follow covid protocols as many staff were seen maskless or wearing masks on their chin only. Save yourself headache time and money and just go to napleton or McGrath. Figured I'd would try to keep the maintenance records as clean as possible by allowing the dealer to perform the maintenance. This has been a terrible idea. The service center is absolutely garbage. Every time, appointment or not, the customer service is terrible. Oil changes take 3-4 hours. Basic Maintenance? Plan on all day.... This review is specifically for the auto repair facility. Looking at the mixed reviews here, I guess it's a little misleading and unfair to have them lumped together with the car sales staff - I see that everyone posting about repairs had the same great experience that I did. I was racing to speak at a conference at McCormick Convention Center, and my "tire pressure low" light came on - for the second time in two days, after I aired it up, so I knew I was in trouble and had a leak. And it was raining, ugh. A search on my YP app pointed to Rogers as being the closest repair facility, so I drove over. My heart sunk when I saw that a) it was a dealer (read: expensive!) and b) it's a Chevy/GMC (I drive a Ford). But I didn't have time to mess around so I just drove right into the service bay. They looked very busy, and I thought, "oh boy I'll never get out of here on time." Literally 5 minutes later I was walking out the front door with a free cab voucher to get to my speech and a promise that they'd text me an update when they got the diagnosis. Keith was so sensitive to my time urgency and did everything to rush me through, and was very clear at communicating the process, texted me a full update as promised. Didn't even give me crap for bringing a Ford into a Chevy place! :-) They got it fixed fast (it was a nail in the tire), and were open till 7 which allowed me to finish out my conference and not have to race back. And everyone else I dealt with during payment/pickup was great too. Best part? The repair was only $21 which is what I would pay at a local repair shop, so there was no "dealer gouging". I seriously have never had a better experience with an auto repair facility, and I kinda wish I had a Chevy now so I could go back. Thanks, guys - you saved my butt! read more

I spent the better portion of the day freaked out that this was some kind of sick warning until I discovered the fellow Yelpers who experienced the same thing. I called the company to complain and got their "it's our ad agency" excuse. Bull$hit, this dates back to at least Nov of 2014. You could have have shut it down by now. I did not like my latest experience with Rogers. My car was not getting any heat and the result was I needed coolant. I was charged $125.00 for a coolant refill. Even tho I was told this was the diagnostic charge, I am sure the first thing the mechanic did was check for coolant. I have been bringing my cars to Rogers for several years and have never encountered this type of highway robbery from Rogers. I could have at least gotten an oil change for $125.00. I used to feel comfortable coming to Rogers but NEVER AGAIN. I am sure the technician who wrote up my order had the discretion of just charging a reasonable fee, but apparently returning customers mean nothing to your store. read more

My experience resulted in an unsafe vehicle that stranded me and my three year old daughter less than 24 hours after picking up our vehicle from the service department. I blame Derrick the service writer and the Service Manager that allows this department to be run so poorly. They either do not care or they are incompetent Our vehicle broke down and I had Chevrolet roadside tow it here on a Friday night. After multiple calls on Saturday, I was told that Derrick would be handling. This was not good news as previous encounters with him have never resulted in positive results. This was after many phone calls just trying to get through their switchboard. Derrick told me that they would look at it on Monday and he would call me back. I explained what the issue was and that it was most likely the fuel pump on the fuel float. We did not get a call back on Monday and we attempted to call many times on Monday and Tuesday. So many of the calls could not get past Roger's switchboard. Many messages were left for Derrick. Finally my wife left a nasty message for the Service Manager Tuesday evening. That nasty call, resulted in Derrick finally calling us back on Wednesday. He said nothing was wrong with the car and they completed some recall work. He said the tech brought it in and could find nothing wrong with it. I picked up the car that night and drove it on Thursday. Thursday night while with my three year old daughter the car, it did exactly the same exact thing. No start due to no fuel getting to the engine. It left me and her in a very bad situation late at night. I towed it to another dealer in Chicago. I explained what I thought it was and they had a tech actual look into the issue. It had no pressure in the fuel line, because the fuel pump was bad. They repaired it in 12 hours with no problems for the same exact issue Rodgers could not be bothered with. What's even more ridicules is that I was called on Friday by one of their Customer Service Reps who asked "how was your experience with your recall work" I explained that the car was there for other repairs that were not completed and the work was now being completed at another Chevrolet dealer, after breaking down again. He acted concern and confirmed he has no notes on the fuel issues. With some many other dealers in the area, avoid this place. read more

Did not buy my car here (company car), but this is where I have the car serviced. Perhaps that is why the service is so poor?! First Visit: The guy that checked me in was nice enough, but the service is slow. Had an appointment to have my oil changed andnew windshield wipers installed. I was told it would take an hour...it took closer to two! Second Visit: This is the only Chevy dealership near me, so had to go back when it was time to have the tires rotated and balanced. I specifically asked HOW LONG since the last visit was much longer than they projected. Was told "four hours". I dropped my car off and went to work. Later in the day, was called and told their machine was broken and my car was "sent out". The other company was running behind and as a result, my car would not be ready "that day". ..this is on a Friday. They could, however, have my car ready on Monday morning. Stress the word, "morning". Yet, by 11 a.m. on Monday, my car still was not ready. When they finally got it to me at 11:45, they returned it with NO gasoline! The car was on EMPTY. I had dropped it off with about a half tank of gas and it was returned so empty I was afraid I'd run out before I even found a gas station! Horrible customer service!! read more

Dishonest or uninformed? I called to receive a quote for a tune-up and a 60,000 mile check for my Hyundai. Over the phone I was told by Keith $350 for the tune-up and $598 for the 60,000 mile check. I made an appointment with him for the 60,000 mile check, but the next day I called and changed my appointment to just get a tune-up, speaking to a receptionist. The next day I arrive for my appointment and Keith asks me if I'm still getting the 60,000 mile check. I say, "no I called and changed that over the phone yesterday." He says he didn't know that. He tells me, after a long discussion he has on the side with the parts guy, that a tune-up for my car is $600. I ask why is the tune-up the same price as the 60,000 mile check. He gives me a long explanation, but it sounds like BS to me. That doesn't make sense. Why is the price different over the phone than when I'm standing in front of the service desk? You know that dirty feeling you have when leaving a dealership sometimes? That feeling like you need to go shower because you just dealt with the grimiest people on earth? Well, I did NOT have that feeling when I left Rogers. I came here with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. I had already looked online and had been in contact with Amanda from internet sales. I was immediately greeted by Paul when I arrived. After telling him what I wanted he presented the options and I found something I felt was perfect. So the negotiations began and yes they took forever in between all of the back and forth. If you are looking for a quick transaction. Go elsewhere. Note, I did come on a Friday night, perhaps a busier night. I understand the car selling numbers game. I don't expect the car salesman to just give me a great deal and make no money, but I will sit there until I get what I want. Over four hours later, we finally agreed and I was waiting for finance. I've always hated the finance part because you have to be really careful to not be duped. Can I just say that the finance guy (wish I could remember his name) was the most amazing part of this entire transaction. He was extremely fast and hilarious. I was so entertained and he made me leave that place in such a good mood. Overall, I had a good experience here and I would come back for my next car purchase. read more

Wow, sooo many bad reviews.... I'm surprised.... My bf and I bought a car here recently. My bf got a quote online, and scheduled a test drive last Saturday. We wanted to test drive a 2008 Mercedes Benz... I don't know if it's because my bf had a decent credit score, or he only haggled $1000 discount from dealership price, or that we had money for down payment.... but were in and out in less than 2 hours..., Wally was our sales rep... Not much of a talker, but dealt with us with no BS.... We bought a black 2008 Mercedes Benz e350... We were happy as well, that they changed the battery and fixed the moonroof issue while we were there.... For us, we got great service.... We are planning on getting a range rover shortly, so we might go to them as well.... Great but not exceptional service, I should say... We were not offered drinks at all, till I asked if they have coffee... Im I'm sales, so if I was in Wally's shoes, I would have offered something to drink, after shaking hands.... Also, since my dad bought his Mercedes Benz from a Benz dealership, they actually fill up the tank, and free car wash... Even everyday if he wanted to... But Wally only offered $20 for gas... C'mon now... We ain't getting a Ford or Hyundai.... Shiiieeet.... His commission I'm sure was huge... But a mere $20 is whack..... He was dealing with my bf who doesn't really haggle at all... Last month, I was leaving my apartment and noticed that my rearview mirror was hanging from the top of my windshield. It seems that the glue that holds the mirror to the windshield melted off. Great... I called the nearest Pontiac dealership, which happened to be Rogers on the near South Side. (Do you know how annoying it is to drive with your rearview mirror in your hand and not being able to use it?) Anyway, the glue is really expensive, but they insisted that I not pay for it or the labor to fix the mirror. They were really nice and extremely helpful and even though they were busy, I was done in 20 minutes. I know I'll go back there again. read more

Sometimes, I get coupons in the mail for oil changes etc. Which is just what I need. I haven't had any "extensive" work done as dealerships can get pretty pricey. Although, this shop has been quite meticulous in checking my car for everything. I've worked with several service reps, and all have done a great job. Wasted a good hour and a half of our time - we called on a Tacoma that we had seen advertised online, were told by a "Kevin" in the phone department to come on in and look at it - even to bring proof of income and bills with addresses if we decided to buy today - so drove 45 minutes to get there (sat in traffic, etc), only to be sat down and told to wait for this mysterious Kevin, who never appeared. A couple other salesman-y types approached and said Kevin was on his way, but nobody ever came - we sat there waiting and waiting. Finally we just got up to go to the lot and look at the truck ourselves. Walked down the street to the lot - no truck in sight. The salesman who originally sat us down came out to the lot to tell us that the truck was not on the lot because it had been sent to auction. He did offer that he had the spare key, though, which I thought was brilliant. So we left. Seems like some other people have had okay luck with this operation, but I won't go back and I don't recommend it. Lying to people to get them in the door and wasting their valuable time as a result? Here is the deal folks: When things go good, and the dealer does a good job, and gives you a great price....attaining 5 stars is easy. Rogers executed highly on all levels and deserved 5 stars. My review is a little deeper though: What if things go bad? Does the Dealership step up? ROGERS DID! I purchased a brand new vehicle, and after driving it for 1,000 miles....experienced some problems. Wally and the rest of the Management Team at Rogers, helped me arrange an exchange with GM for another brand new car! I am sure many other dealers would have shied away from the issue, but the Team at Rogers stepped up to the plate. The icing on the cake, was I received an even BETTER interest rate on the next car. These guys took care of me...and I appreciate it. If you are buying ANY GM Car...this is the place to go. read more

So I'm only writing review to inform of the return car courtesy of another guest. I dropped my new truck off for some minor services only to have to wait for a return loaner. I waited for about an hour or so, once obtaining the vehicle I immediately informed my sales person who I refuse to name because I DONT WANT THIS REVIEW TO BE A REFLECTION OF HIS WONDERFUL SERVICE. I was placed in a Chevy Cruz that was full of cigarette smoke and also ashes to prove that the previous person had been smoking in the car. I had no choice but to take this AWFUL SMOKED FILLED CAR BECAUSE THERE WERE NO MORE LOANERS ACCORDING TO MY SALES PERSON. I write this review because I have CHRONIC ASTHMA and because of this nasty stinky car I had a flare up. I had to drive home in this car with all 3 windows down as well as the air conditioner on full blast because the air was thick. I truly hope my truck will be ready today when I get off work because if not I will not drive this smoke pit. I did not drive it in to work because I couldn't take it so I had my neighbor to bring me to work n my uncle will drop the car off to me to return it was just that bad and yes I had a ASTHMA flare up I'm so disgusted with this. So I truly hope that Rogers Auto follow through with this and make the person responsible for this smoky car pay. Smoking sucks read more

I just want to thank Jeff Driscoll for a painless and pleasant car buying experience. This is my second purchase from Roger's and I would highly recommend Jeff to my friends and family. Thank you! I take this review back. I was assured my vehicle had automatic start but my sales person was misinformed about what the car came equipped with so they were going to charge me $200 to install one. Only after the manager screwed up my appointment time did they give it to me for free. Then, I did not get my City sticker back from the old car and I had to pay a fine to get a new one and I realized they never gave me the sticker for the new plates. Unprofessional. I'm about to move up to Ravenswood, but I'm seriously considering having my 2000 Olds continue to be serviced down here. After 5 years in Boston & 120,000 miles, my car had gotten pretty run down. 5 different garages in Indy and Beantown had failed to figure out how to make my ignition stop sputtering. My transmission was going downhill. Rogers fixed all of that at a reasonable price. My fiancee frequently dropped off and picked up the car for me. Garages can be fairly female-unfriendly, but she felt very comforable with Rogers. They generally seem to price things fairly and only recommend necessary or appropriate work to be done. One note: "Motor Row," i.e. Michigan south of Cermak, is still a work in progress. A work that cabs don't like to pick up from. Be prepared to hop a bus or walk up to McCormick or Cermak if you want to drop off your car. read more

I was sent to this location because I have a GM vehicle and my regular dealership was in another city in Illinois. This is my second time there and although in general the service to the vehicle was good, the Covid issue was not. I would say that 95 percent of the service people had on mask, but 5 percent did not. What I found amazing was when they walked up to my car, they actually did not understand why I would not let them service my vehicle and had an attitude about it. I called the customer service line and the young lady on the phone assured me she would let the service manager know, but when I was leaving, I saw the same guys still not wearing a mask. Also, Rogers Group has a sign on the door that everyone should wear a mask, but a few people got out of their cars and went inside and did not have a mask on but were not asked to leave. Now today is Oct 5 and I would guess I was there from 1025 until 1130hrs. Rogers, I would like to tell you that maybe you don.t care that Covid is still out here, but some of us do. Its a damn shame that you do not police your staff to at least make customers comfortable and some of the service folks that did not have on a mask were also in the service area giving out parts and everything. I may only be a regular customer, but I just don.t understand why everyone is so casual about this disease. read more

This update is for the service department. We had several disappointing experiences there, but our last one was the tipping point. We took our car in for an oil change, some weird condensation inside our car, and because they messed up our wiring the previous visit so that the radio and cd player randomly flickered on and off. I dropped it off and was told I would have a call that afternoon. They kept our car for a week with no communication at all. I called every day to check, and would never get called back after leaving multiple messages with three people and spending a lot of time on hold. Finally I asked for a manager, and he was able to help get my answers and arrange for my car to be brought to me at work. He was very nice. When I finally got my car back after one full week, they were unable to fix anything, and didn't even do the oil change! We took our car to Grossinger instead, and they were quick, communicative, and able to get the work done. I will never use Rogers for service again. P.S. They constantly email service reminders and other things to me, but the unsuscribe link conveniently doesn't work. So annoying. read more

My wife and I went to Roger's to look at pre-owned cars because every dealership we went to couldn't make the pricing on a lease work for our budget. Danny Nino helped us and was nothing short of amazing. He listened to what we wanted and let us make the decisions. After testing a few pre-owned cars Danny suggested leasing (which is what we wanted to do in the first place) He was able to give us an offer we couldn't refuse and left with one of the showroom cars and setup with payments that fell right into what our budget was. The whole experience was great, I highly recommend asking for Danny when you come in. read more

I just purchased a vehicle from Rogers. A very pleasurable experience. My front passenger windshield cracked. Since its a brand spanking new car, I'd prefer to have it replaced at the dealer/. I called first thing in the morning to inquire. Person: Good Morning. Roger's Buick. Me: Good morning, I would like to know if you service windows Person: One Moment The phone begins to ring and ring and ring...I then get connected to a voicemail So I call another Buick dealer Person: Good Morning. Other Buick Dealer, so and so speaking, how may I help you Me: Good morning, I would like to know if you service windows. Person: Yes we do, let me transfer you to one of our service representatives to better assist you. I then went on to speak to someone. Even if the call at Roger's would have been routed to a voicemail, the person could have made that known. "One moment" doesn't tell me what you are doing; if you are trying to answer my question or if you are transferring my call. That's ok, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Had my Sonata services here for an engine recall. It was by far the worst experience I ever had at a dealership!!! They didn't follow corporate protocol & waited a week to provide a loaner vehicle. It took a call to the corporate recall service center to even get that. They totally dropped the ball and did NO follow up after they provided the corporate with the necessary email for the engine replacement. We had to call several management personnel just to find out what was going on...and they were rude as hell to say the least. Finally, one asked of anyone followed up? I only went here as it was the closest in the city to where we live. NEVER again would I be a patron of this business & suggest all to avoid it at all cost!!! read more

They trying to make everything sounds good but at the end they over price for the vehicles if they give you a low interest rate. The vehicle is still double amount of its normal value. Never do business when trying to buy a hyundai. read more

Had an appt at 1:30 today to get a recall serviced on my car. There was no one in front of me. It took 20 minutes of me standing there to get any acknowledgment and another 20 to actually get help. Only 1 of 7 or 8 people spoke to me. I know it's a challenging time, and had someone given me at least some idea of what was happening or that people were running really behind, it would have made a big difference. But no one even seemed to acknowledge that I was there even as 5 service advisors were at their desks. In addition, only half of your service advisors were wearing masks. I understand if no one is around - I think we all get tired of having them on. But even those that were wearing them did not have them around their noses when speaking to customers, including me. I am high-risk, so this made me even more frustrated. I just moved to Chicago and this was my first experience with the dealership - not a great first impression. Oscar was helpful when I finally got to speak with him. I just wish there was a greater effort made to acknowledge that I was there to begin with. read more

Purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Rogers. Jarrett Fusilier, my saleswoman was knowledgeable, and patient--taking the time to show me quite a few cars. I love the car, but I mmediately after purchase, there was a problem with the left headlight assembly.
