I had been having car problems for a while, every mechanic i took my car couldnt or wouldnt invest the time to properly diagnose the mechanical issues. That was until I stopped in at Paisanos, Juan, Stephanie and the team there really know what they are doing. From the time I dropped the car off until i picked it up the next day, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I gotta say I've been to different shops and this one is the worst one that I have ever been to the guys at the front desk as soon as I walked in and started mouthing off about me because I asked for an estimate and told him I didn't need a diagnostic. I needed the work done. The guy left in my face and started talking shit about me in Spanish as soon as I left the counter and set down because she told me to wait they were both mouthing off. There was two guys in front in the desk by the computer mouthing off about me until they got me fed up because they were being rude, ignorant and nothing but curse words were coming out of their mouth, I got up and started talking shit to them and told them that I was Mexican that I spoke Spanish their face was priceless. I'm never going back to this shop. They are ignorant. They are rude and they are so freaking unprofessional man. It's ridiculous especially when they talk bad about you without them realizing that you might speak another language other than English, my brother-in-law had issues with these people before because they did some muffler job on him and they didn't I guess did it the right way so he wouldn't argue with him I was in there for some work done and my engine so I figured that would be a little bit more professional, and you know elaborate I am Mexican. I am proud of it and these fools are ignorant and disrespectful as they come when you go in there please make sure they don't rip you off because the way they talk. Very disappointed. Took my car in for a low idle and stall, and some exhaust and transmission work. It spent a whole month just sitting there. Would have no clue what was going on unless i called them and everytime given the same excuse as to why they havent looked at it yet. After a month i went to pick it up and drop it off to another shop. Within 7 hours that shop had already diagnosed the low idle and stall issue and had given me a total for the exhaust and transmission work. This shop had me waste a whole month for nothing. 0/10 read more

The owners cleaned house, they have new management I stopped going there early last year had issues with the previous Mgr. Let's just say my car was lost and I found it across the street at just tires. I had a complete Exhaust put on my 2001 Ford expedition with engine work at aztecas. Close to 4k My engine light was still on went back twice all they did was clear the code. I went back to paisanos dec of 2021 and met Juan the new mechanic, and company he diagnosed the problem I was shocked finally someone that knows what there doing. He fixed my expedition that truck runs better then when I first bought it. Brought two other jeeps to get fixed in late Dec and brakes all around on my 300. To the owners don't let this guy go! I had my car towed here on a Friday. On Monday i had my vehicle re-towed to a new location because they never got to it. No phone call to me was made. I had to call them every day to see if they had looked at it. I do not recommend this place Going forward I will review Yelp for customer analysis. read more

Paisano Auto Service check my tire and found out that my tire shield was bent and they corrected that. So, i did not have to pay for some costly repairs that I did not need. read more

Here I am five hours later walking to pick up my daughter from school and canceling a doctors appointment all because they said things got complicated. Brought my vehicle here for a "check engine" inspection since I was in the area. Turns out I needed my thermostat replaced, so decided to get it done here. What I highly dislike about this place is the receptionist. Not only did she forget to call me with an estimate, but she kept giving me an attitude for no reason. Their customer service is very poor. My thermostat was replaced, but a month later, the "check engine" lights turns on again. Took it to the mechanic shop by my house, and was told it was a faulty thermostat. What? It is supposed to be a new one. So I returned here since they stated all work has a 6 month warranty . Guess what? They denied such claim and refused to remedy my problem. Pretty much they replaced my thermostat with a faulty one, and I had to eat up the loss. They totally ripped me off! Stay away from shady shops like these. So these ppl at the auto place never called again! My husband calls at 4pm Saturday n the receptionist says they have to keep the car until Monday!!! She said to call back in 20min if we wanted to talk to the mechanic. We ended up going in person to talk to the mechanic. He pretty much had an excuse for everything. So then Monday comes and again no call, we had to call and the car still not ready because they are backed up or they keep ordering the wrong part. Again more excuses. So now it's Tuesday, we had to call ourselves and ask what the hell. They said 1pm should b ready. They will call us. At 1:15pm we go.there and wait there for my car. They said that thats why they have a sign that they dont guarantee the estimated time will be exact. So 5 days later Im getting my car because the estimated time was under by 3days. They refuse to discount anything for their lack of communication and them ordering the wrong part a bunch of times and because they had a lot of wrk to do. Well they had an excuse for everything and how they cant discount anything. They said my car was up in the lift the entire time and that caused them to lose other wrk on other cars blah blah blah. N supposrdly they didnt charge me for some bolt thingys that were rusted n broken. And that their price is actually super cheap compared to other places.Now possibly its still not done because they are testing it supposedly. Aside from my Yelp review, im going to make sure i leave bad review everywhere else possible so nobody gets screwed like we did. New update my car still not ready and hour later.
