It took MONTHS for them to do next to nothing. We had to pick up the RV before they finished the work but after so long a time it should have already been back to us. We then took it back a few months later to try to get the work finished and have the roof sealed. They did the work requested and had it back to us but again it took a very long time, well over a month, maybe two. The mechanic dinged up a couple of spots hitting the wall either going in or out of the stall and it also broke the awning. Accidents happen, they were up front about it and said they will order a replacement awning and fix the other damage done. It took quite a while for the part to arrive. Not sure if it was because, like everything else, they didn't take care of the task in a reasonable amount of time or if the vendor/shipper was the issue. It's raining today and there is water leaking into the RV indicating the job they did to seal the roof wasn't done well. After leaving our RV there again in September of 2022 for several weeks to have the awning repaired we needed the RV for a planned trip so we had to pick it up again. The awning has finally been "repaired", poorly. The latch to disengage it to pull it out was set wrong. The mechanic adjusted it, requiring rivets to be cut, latch adjusted and re-riveted. We thought it was moved far enough forward but attempting to use it today showed that it isn't. Completely disgusted. TL;DR; Never again. Non-existent response to multiple calls. Every call, "we'll call you back", never called back. Slow and unacceptable work. Took MONTHS to repair what they broke.

After repeated calls I had to leave my name and number over and over even after filling out paperwork they seem to not know who I was every time I called to ask for my estimate. All this guy wants to do is "Sell" trailers! I would never take anything here after dealing with him. Very very unprofessional! Very unfortunate since they came recommended from a friend. I will never ever recommend somebody that does not call me back and acts like I am not important.

This review is long overdue!…read more We bought our first travel trailer here in 2022, an InTech Sol Eclipse. The next year we traded it in for a slightly bigger one, the Sol Horizon. Nohr's was one of the few dealers who sell the brand InTech, which is why we initially looked here. We ended up being very pleased with both of our interactions. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the buying process was straightforward. Both times we felt we paid a fair price. We never felt like they were playing games with pricing. A few years prior (pre-pandemic) we were at another place, we'll call it Dealer Xstream, and were ready to buy. Having looked at other dealers and knowing what that particular trailer was going for, we made an offer and they said it was too low (it was within average price range in Northern California); they said there was no way they could accept. We didn't buy a trailer that day. Literally the next day they called and asked if we still wanted to buy at our way too low asking price. We declined. We are now super happy with our Sol Horizon from Nohr's and are glad we kept looking around. Nohr's played no games and were transparent with their pricing. With a purchase this big, transparency is very appreciated. We have also had warranty repairs/service done here. Getting the trailer serviced has not always been quick, but it is done well. The long lead time seems to be true of pretty much anywhere you get work done on recreational vehicles in the post pandemic world. Overall, I would recommend Nohr's RV to anyone who is in the market, and InTech trailers to anyone who is looking for a high quality product!

I Emailed Morehead park about the availability and cost of a storage slot for my 24 foot pontoon…read moreboat. I received a call back at 2:49 pm that same day. It was from Resident Manage Karen Minard. 209 835-1455. We discussed back in slots at $65 per month and pull through slots like the one I already have there for $75 per month. We also discussed the reasons why I was locked out of the facility for the 4th time in a year. She blamed it on the plumbing and electrical issues going on there. I was told to come out late on Monday January 2 2019 which I did with boat ready to park it. I filled out the agreement and signed it. Only after I signed it did she state the charge would be $180. I asked how that added us as I already had a key and it should be $150. $75 for first and $75 for last. She said the price was now $90 per month and there is nothing I can do about it. For me this is very poor treatment of anyone. There was no mistake. We had a clear understanding in advance of the cost which was to be changed and the storage slot to be assigned before I moved out of my previous location and I showed up with my boat. This agreement was changed Again, after I showed up with the boat and after I signed it agreement NOT BEFORE!. I believe this is an intentional action by Morehead Park Management as I was dealing directly with the resident manager, designed to extort more than fair funds from the people who support their business. I believe this is a legal matter and they need to be exposed for their unethical business practice. Not knowing what to do I parked my boat trailer and went home stewing over how I had just been ripped off. On 1/3/2019 I SENT A COMPLAINT TO News 13 Call Kurtis. I plan on filing a police report and researching the law to find a way to stop this fraudulent activity.

I paid for four storage spots at Morehead Park for three years. One evening, while I was pulling…read morethrough the gate that separates the residential area from the storage lot, the gate malfunctioned and close on the side of my RV. It banged up half of the drivers side as I was pulling through and resulted in over $6,000 worth of damage. Management initially said there was no way the gate could malfunction. Luckily for me, there was a resident of the park that viewed the entire incident. Management relented and told me they would file an insurance claim. A mere 6 months later when they finally completed the process, their insurance company refused to pay the supplemental shipping bill for the RV repairs. I was left $600 short for repairs I had incurred through no fault of my own. When I asked management to cover the difference, they had their insurance company call me and threaten to take me to court! Additionally, I had several batteries stolen from my RV while is was stored here. The "security system" they insisted they would be installing was always a month away from completion. Of course they are "not responsible for any items stolen" while in their care. Thanks a lot Morehead Park for not stepping up. The park also smells constantly of raw sewage. Stay away from this place!

Long story short, I sent payment for merchandise that was never delivered, followed by nearly a week of ignoring all my calls and text message. Finally he returned a text, made appointment for following day and then low and behold, no-showed and ghosted calls and texts again. Shameful character misrepresentation, especially for someone claiming and advertising as a honest, military veteran. Shame on you Rob...everyone else should avoid shaming themselves by dealing with such unprofessionalism!
