I wouldn't take my trailer anywhere else and now that they relocated to Tracy, I still make the drive from Fremont to have them service my trailer. It's worth it! read more

Can't say enough good things about Ryan and his team! As expensive of a purchase as RVs are, it always amazes me there aren't more repair facilities that offer the level of service of Roger's. We have two trailers that get worked on at Roger's and they can literally do anything. The one they've done the most work on is a gooseneck living quarters horse trailer (think toy hauler, but instead of space in the back for quads, it has space in the back for horses). Ryan has worked on everything from wiring to black tank odor issues to literally the kitchen sink. They pay really close attention to detail, so when you get your RV back, all the work looks factory. None of that shoddy, sloppy repair work you find other places. They can be booked out a few weeks for an appointment to drop off a rig, but it's just because they're that good and in turn, that busy. There are closer repair shops to us than Roger's, but the extra drive is worth it for end result. read more

I am new to trailer camping and bought a second hand fiberglass "Casita". They are not very common in California. Departure time for my extended road trip crept up on me so by the time I wanted to make a appt for a check up the schedule was very tight. I spoke with Ryan and he said that despite being booked for the next 3 weeks, he would try. It turned out that the service needed was more extensive than I expected - reasonable since it was over 10 years old and the previous owners had "deferred" (ignored) maintenance on it, he got me out on time to hit my target departure date. Not only that, but after I left I had some questions unrelated to the work done and he promptly returned my call with all the answers I needed. I won't take my RV anywhere else for repairs. I read every review for Roger's RV before I brought in my RV. Well, I had every bit of the five star experience that others have reported. A special shoutout to Ryan, who has the best customer service skills you will find anywhere. He is extremely friendly, calm, helpful, and knowledgeable! Ryan reviewed the repairs I needed, and he provided various options at different cost levels. As an example, I had a cracked bathroom counter that was particle board with a thin laminate coating. I could have replaced the entire counter, but Ryan suggested sealing and staining, which would save me $. I admit to being concerned about the outcome, particularly after my son-in-law said that he didn't think it would look very good. Well, we were both surprised and WOWED at the outcome. The countertop looks beautiful--much better than before! I also had a minor incident while pulling out of my property on the way to the appointment. Again, a cheaper repair option was offered. I went with that option and it looks amazing! I can't even tell that the area had been damaged. Another thing that I appreciated was the fact that I could not get in to pick up my RV until a week after it was ready, and Ryan said that was fine. I have a 29-ft. Itasca Cambria that took up a bit of space on the lot, so it had to have been a bit of an inconvenience--but there was no pressure to pick it up sooner. The shop at Roger's RV is also very cute and comfortable, and I picked up a few needed supplies. As FYI, Roger's RV does not do any engine work--not even oil changes--but they do just about everything else! read more

To be fair, I am a return customer. We just bought our 2nd trailer from Roger's and our third that they will service. This family owned and operated business is a rare gem that firmly believes in "Customer Service". We negotiated a great deal and received the "go-camping" kit with our trailer, (hoses, t.p., sewer hose, fittings, plug adaptor, tank deoderizors, etc.). I explained to Russell that we already had these items from our prior purchase and his reply was, "That's how we do business, you or your friends might need these things later". Roger's included a 90 day appliance warranty at no additional cost. Russell gave us a thorough walk-through and encouraged us to take notes and ask questions. A family member recently bought a used trailer from a dealer on Pleasant Valley Road in El Dorado, California. They received no hoses, no fittings, no warranty, no pre-delivery familiarization, and no warranty of any kind. For their "great price" they received a $100.00 bill for a slideout adjustment and a $700.00 bill for bad wheel bearings and brakes at another service center. If only they'd gone to Roger's ! !!!!! Worst customer service!!!! If I could rate this a -5 I would..... I went there to get an estimate and both of the owners were so lazy they wouldn't come out of the office to look at my RV to write me an estimate.... They said to come back tomorrow ... I tried to ask some questions and it was like I was bothering them... There prices are 50% higher than other rv stores.... The owners should retire if they are that lazy and don't want to offer customer service.... Newark has two RV shops and their customer service is what it should be... Ever find that one mechanic who does great work, does it timely, and is someone you trust 10000%? This place is exactly that for the RV world. Ryan and the staff are an absolute class act and the work they do is top notch. I recently took my Weekend Warrior FSC3200 there having heard that they were a good company, but my expectations were exceeded by a long shot. I ended up getting the entire trailer resealed, generator serviced, steps replaced, awning replaced and much more, all for much less money than I thought I would spend. My lack of maintenance on the trailer over the years was turned right around and in quick order. Did I mention that they stayed there until 7pm on a Friday so that I could pickup my finished trailer on my schedule? They already had my money and didn't have to accommodate, but they did. This is one of those true to itself small family businesses that I hope is around forever, because they have my business indefinitely. read more

We have been dealing with the folks at Rogers for over 20 years and 3 different trailers. There is virtually nothing they can't or won't do and do right to get you or keep you on the road and in your camp site. Family owned and operated they make you feel like you are family also. I am extremely happy with the experience I had with the family. It is nice to know that you can still by a trailer without pressure sales and rude service. I had an unbelievable experience with the purchase of my first trailer. Russ went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable with my new unit and knew how to take care of the unit.
