Mayenne was our wonderful server for lunch today. Delicious lunch, clean restaurant, very friendly staff! This is my 3rd time here. I'm always satisfied with both food quality and excellent efficient service at this place!

I came here with my grandparents because they love taking visitors to Tryon to see the awesome resort. I opted for the burger with beer cheese and sweet potato fries. Both were so delicious. Definitely tasted better than most diner food, more like you would find at a trendy burger bar. The sweet potato fries had a delicious orange marmalade dipping sauce that went with them which was a nice touch. The outdoor scenery was beautiful to look at as we ate. They also had some amazing looking regular fries and sweet tea. I will definitely want to go back next time I am in the area!

Here for breakfast this time. We ordered the skillets, one a Ranchero, black beans, salsa, on a tortilla topped with two sunny side eggs . I had the meat lovers that had LOADS of bacon, ham, sausage and home fries topped with scrabbled eggs and cheddar cheese. It was SO huge I left a little less than half of it. Just couldn't stuff another bite. The menu items are a little pricey, but I don't think you'd be disappointed with the quality or quantity. Wendee was a very attentive and pleasant waitress. The uniform is an old fashioned 50's style. I will definetly be back again and again!

The Country Boy skillet is absolutely delicious! Only $9 for this mountain of food!

We decided to stop off the route to this little authentic diner, and we were not disappointed! The building is just like the old diners of yesteryear. Decor an atmosphere were like you'd imagine. I ordered a Country Boy skillet and it was perfect. Eggs were done well, the platter was full of flavor and even though the restaurant was a bit dead the food came out without any issues. Service was spot on and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The whole meal for two people with drinks was only $25 Definitely will come back when we travel west again.

This was our fourth and last time eating at Rogers. While the breakfast skillet and my wife's French toast were good and plentiful our server's integrity is in question. Our bill came to just over $22.42, we paid $40 in cash and was only given $17 back, missing the coin of 58 cents. This is the second time this has happened here at Roger's. While 58 cents may not be a lot of money, it adds up and I consider it stealing. Hope she doesn't spend it all at once because it came out of her tip.

Outstanding! The land this place sits on was the end of my bus route as a kid. Lol! Coming from a (used-to-be) local, you should eat here. I had the Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, fried okra, and mac-n-cheese. Everything was hot and fresh and really good. My Eastern NC hubby said the collards were awesome (and he's hard to please). The mac-n-cheese wasn't spectacular, but had good flavor. Service was great. Waitress was super friendly. Atmosphere was upbeat. Good variety of music. Craft beer and fresh pie. Mixed drinks. All-day breakfast. Milk shakes and malts. What else could you want.

I don't know why she is wearing gloves. She touches everything.... Ugh

Service is good, closest restaurant to home, so we come here quite a bit. The food is pretty good too.

Food was average. Definitely stick to the appetizers and salads. Milkshakes were good but nothing special.

This was my first trip to South Carolina and the first stop was Southern Manners - it did not disappoint! We had a huge group of ladies to celebrate our bride and the staff were all fabulous - big shout out to our cashier/server, Jaden! He was amazing and so accommodating with our 19 top. The ordering was as smooth as it could be and Jaden made sure to go around asking any questions he had about the orders. The food came out relatively quick considering how many people we had and I really appreciate the staff. The pricing was very reasonable and i would recommend if you're looking for a real home-y feeling restaurant with good food! In regards to ordering, we had special accommodations because we were a big group, but normal flow has customers ordering and paying when they walk in the door and then the food is brought to your table. It has a fast food vibe, but I didn't mind it! The line moved pretty quick while we were there. Can't wait to go back!

A 2 because of the 50 minutes it took to get our order (a pancake with bacon & Jenny's French…read moretoast). The food was good but not special. Many others who arrived after us were served before us. Even when we brought it to their attention, it took even longer. At the register, another customer was also complaining about the wait. So it seems that they lose some tickets while expediting others. Ambiance is waaay toooo loud! We will not return.
