When I went there, they said they have a new policy that the oil change appointment doesn't count as appointment. And you have to wait unless you purchase other services. We have had great experiences with Rpgers Hyundai so far. We leased our brand new Hyundai Santa Fe in June of this year and the whole experience was seamless. From the moment we told them what we were looking for, what we were willing to pay per month and how much we could put down, they met our needs. Our payment is actually lower than we planned! Yesterday I had to bring the car in before work for an oil change (covered at no charge by our lease) and to replace/repair the rear driver's side turn signal (also covered under warranty. I dropped the car off at 8:00 a.m. and received a phone call at 9:25 that it was complete. The Customer Service in the Service department was wonderful and they even gave me a ride to work! I came into this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by a professional looking gentlemen ready to help. I asked a lot of questions and negotiated for at least an hour. Most people would have gotten annoyed or too salesman like with me. Not PJ, he listened to my needs and worked with his manager to get to an MSRP I was comfortable with. I actually would have been fine walking off without buying a car that day but because of the customer service, I was ready to make a deal. I never thought I would rate a car dealer at 5 stars. I had my facts, knew what I wanted, and started via the web. Communication was on point. Derrick the sales manager was nice and clear. From there I met Peter who treated us with respect, was clear, and knew his job. He made the process comfortable, and listened to what we wanted. It took some time to get the negotiation completed, but my situation wasn't simple. They handled it all well. And, ultimately I walked out with a car. I was happy with how I was treated from start with Derrick, to Peter as our salesperson to Allan in finance. I didn't feel oversold throughout the process. To add to my first review... this is Part 2. Ended up I stayed at the place for a total of 7 hours. They updated the recall and although the Massachusetts branch said they wouldn't pay for the screw-up they made (actually said we would have to drive back there which is 1,010 miles!), Roger's ate the $450 cost. I appreciate the businesslike, kind manner in which Oscar displayed. HOWEVER, when I got to the cashier, Nakia, she was very rude to me. I walked up and said 'How are you today'? and she ignored me. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she didn't hear me. But when she told me to sign, I picked up the pen and she very rudely said, 'USE YOUR FINGER TO SIGN!', in which I replied, 'I didn't know!' Again, she ignored me. I was fit to be tied. My suggestion is...if you play Christian music (Klove) on your overhead speakers, you may want to inform your employees to act Christ-like, or at least pretend to! Bottom line, when our lease is up in less than a year, we will be turning our car in and will NEVER do business with Hyundai again! read more

WORST experience! I will NEVER EVER go there again and I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never trust them again! They only provide you with false and unreliable information and poor sale department. I took my Hyundai Elantra there on Thurs Oct 29th 2016 and I get the car back on Mon Oct. 1st 2016. I went there since my Hyundai's driver airbag was deployed, not in an accident, but because the tow hook hit a speed bump. I took it to Rogers (wish I didn't) b/c they were the closet Hyundai dealer. They gave me an unreasonable quote of ~$5500 for the repair ($3500 for just the airbag and sensor repair and $2000 to replace the frame that they claimed it was damaged as a result of hitting the bump). I was recommended by service department to talk to sales department and their sales guy, Ramses told me that they can buy my Elantra from me and it seemed like a good option since the value of the car was around $5500. After some negotiations with the salesman, named "Ramses Mejias" and after he looked at my car, we got a deal of $3500. He also insisted that I had to take a look at the other cars that they have and gave me a Chevy to test drive for a day. I asked him specifically that if $3500 deal for my Elantra is dependent of whether I buy a car from them and he said NO. I brought the car back next they and said that I did not liked it and told him if I can come on next Monday morning to finalize the deal and he agreed. On Monday morning, after waiting for almost an hour for him to come in, he suddenly changed the deal to be conditioned on buying a car from them and not just any car a specific suv Buick!!! As simple as you can imagine! This is why you should not believe whatever they say, NEVER! I got nothing in talking to him and the customer service guy, Levern, who was not helpful at all!! Then I asked them to bring my car to go, and after waiting for another hour and after they made me pay $90 for the service, this is what I got:"We could not find your keys!" YES, they LOST my key! Can you believe it?!!! and apparently the after the sales guy, Ramses, took my car key and went to take a look when we were negotiating on the price he never took the keys back to the service department. Well I lost half a day on Friday negotiating with the sales guy, half a day on Monday waiting for the Ramses guy to come in and change his mind and tell me he never told me the deal we made on Friday and no car keys. The service manager, (I think his name is Eddie), was running around and looking for my car keys and he was the only person that seemed to care about my lost car keys. (Thank you Eddie if you are reading this...Rogers group is lucky to have. You seem to really care about costumers and I am sure many people come back because they see a good costumer care from you). The sales guy didn't even moved from his desk to look for my keys even though it was communicated to him. I had to use my spare key to get my car from this hell. I called Rogers group later on Monday to talked to a manager and communicate this issue. Well he said he will get back to me but he never did. ( I forgot his name) So I called again on Tuesday and talked to Mario Tarchala and communicated the issue and he was nice enough to schedule with the service manager and get back to me to make new keys for my car. (Thank you Mario and Eddie if you read this). So I spend Friday, Monday and Weds at Rogers Hyundai to get to the first point I was a week before that and had to go through all the frustration. I wish they understand people's time matters and when they spend half a day dealing with the sales department they don't want to come back on the next business day and hear that not only the deal is off the table but been accused of misunderstanding. So, I feel so sorry for all the poor customers who have deal with them. I am sure I will NEVER EVER come back there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You should go somewhere that appreciate your time. read more

I've been coming here since I bought my Hyundai here in 2011. Every lube n oil and service need has been done here and I've worked with several of the regular service associates various times. The service was always good and the timing could be frustrating but the service associates worked it out. This morning everyone looked the other way and the new guy helped me out. I was the new guy before so I know how it goes and after a couple hours I checked in with him. He didn't check like I asked and now 2 more hours later I'm waiting because the mechanics didn't know I was waiting. So my recall part and oil change are "on the house." That's the least they can do after I have been waiting 5 hours and rescheduling my patients because I'm not there to treat them as planned. Honestly they didn't have to comp my services today and they could keep me here another 2 hours so I'm grateful. Please train your employees well and follow up with them to be sure you aren't taking advantage of customers at the expense of poor follow through. read more

Horrible service. Needed my engine replaced due to a recall. They never kept me updated. Never mentioned I could get a loaner. Hyundai were the ones to keep me updated and mentioned I could get a loaner. Once I got my car back, my steering is peeling and now my car sounds worse than before I dropped it off. I would never take my car back here or recommend anyone else go here. I will be taking my car to another dealership to do the job right. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any car service center. The biggest problem is that no one will answer your call, you are forced to leave a message and feel lucky if someone returns your call. Michalene was my service consultant and told me my car would be diagnosed Saturday by 3pm. She called about 2:30 and told me they hadn't found what was wrong and wouldn't get to it again until Tuesday. No one got back to me Tuesday by late afternoon so I called to see if I had to pick up my car or make arrangements to keep the car I was borrowing (I was not offered a rental.) I had to leave a message with her even though I was told she wasn't there (she left the company). Sean called me back, he was great, he told me what was wrong, that the part they needed wouldn't be in until Thursday and approximate time it would take to complete, but they would call Thurs. I didn't get a call Thursday, Friday at 3pm I called hoping to pick up my car before the weekend as my borrowed car had to be returned early Saturday morning. Sean actually called me back about 4:30 but a storm and bad traffic prohibited me from picking it up that night. I had to go Saturday, but all of the receipt paperwork was dated Friday, date, mileage, completion etc. My car was taken out by an employee or someone else after the service; over 40 miles were put on my car (receipt said 87,486 at check out-odometer read 87,527), the seats, vents, and mirrors were all moved, A/C was on full blast, radio was blasting a rap station, the sound settings were changed. someone went through my trunk and my glove compartment, my license renewal sticker was removed, and the car was FILTHY. When I picked my car up, they could not find my keys, I had to find my own, they could not find my car, I had to locate my own car and pull it out of the lot myself. I tried to advise someone of this issue for no other reason than to bring it to their attention and after 6 days of calling being forced to leave messages, an email to Hyundai America and no return call or sense of urgency I am done. I even mentioned that I had to file a police report due to the theft of my license plate renewal sticker and they still ignored my inquiries. I did receive one call back from Jamie (this was my 5th phone call to Hyundai), I was at work and couldn't answer my phone, I called back and he has yet to return that call. I didn't want anything from the dealership except an explanation if there was one, or an "I'm sorry, we'll look into it." I wasn't going to hold this as the dealership's fault, but since they do not seem to care, and they are aware of the situation and still do nothing, it is 100% on them. read more

I've been to Rogers for all the service on my Hyundai and have been disappointed each and every time. First be prepared to wait HOURS for anything even if you make an appointment. Oil changes will take 2-3 hours, I've had 3 and each time it's the same thing. Today, when I brought my car in for minor service (installing a clip, oil change & checking a tire) the only thing the service associate asked for was my phone number. He never indicated the service would take all day, that I would need to drop my car off instead of waiting, and never offered a ride with the ride service Rogers provides. I waited for FOUR hours in the waiting room before I was finally told I shouldn't be waiting, that the car wouldn't be finished until 5pm. Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had & DEFINITELY the last time I come to Rogers. read more

Do not go here for service. Had my Hyundai in to have the wheel bearings replaced (which per Hyundai were still under warranty) and they outright refused to replace them, claiming the the front hub assembly was not covered. Hyundai offered to call the dealership to confirm the warranty and suddenly no one was available to answer the phone there. Then they claimed the noise I was hearing was caused by worn tires. Bought new tires elsewhere and the noise was still there. Ended up taking my car to a different Hyundai dealer and they fixed the bearings with no issues. The work took about an hour and a half. Obviously, this dealer is only out to milk the customer. read more

Appointments have no meaning. I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid which I purchased at Rogers in April 2012. I have had the exclusively service my car since purchase. In the past they have always honored an appointment for a timely servicing. On Friday June 26 I had an 8:10 Am appointment for an oil change and a minor warranty replacement. I always wait and are out generally within two hours. They told me that they could not guarantee that my service would be done by 4 or 5 PM in the afternoon. This is not service. An appointment is a waste if time. I left and within an hour had my oil changed. I suggest not bringing your car in for service that isn't there. S Morris Chicago read more

My earlier review clearly touched a nerve at Rogers and in a big way. The day after I posted it I received a Call from the customer service head. The Call included a very sincere apology, information that customer dissatisfaction was formally noted within the organization and fed back to relevant persons, compensatory action (detailed below), and an assurance that follow-up to provide information would be thorough. Michaleen was back from her day off and indeed follow-up was thorough. She called more than once to let me know the status of the vehicle. My impression that she is easy and pleasant to work with is confirmed. In terms of compensatory action, when the customer service person had called I was promised free detailing (in addition to the customary complimentary wash). When I went to pick up the car, I found that it had indeed been washed and detailed. In addition, the fuel tank had been topped off. And the service fee had been waived! For Yelp readers these actions should be concrete proof that Rogers cares about their customers' experience (and certainly I think all this adds up to really nice treatment). However, what I found most impressive (and this is the main reason for my update on the review) was the content of the Call I received from their customer service. I had said earlier that there was no pride in work. That Call, much more than anything else, has me convinced that the people at Rogers do take great pride in their work. read more

They send mail that does not have their name on it but on outside of envelope says "accts div /report update" in left hand corner, on bottom right of envelope says 'official notice, imortant documentation encolosed." They try to make it look like an official piece of mail from a billing agency or government agency. This dealership can go screw themselves!! They are nothing but scam artists. My feedback is related to my recent service experience. I think the service area does excellent work and I have always been satisfied. However, I think their Covid-19 safety is not good, and left me feeling uncomfortable. Several of the service managers were not masked. When I asked about it, one person said it is because he was not within 6-ft of someone, which he actually was. But even so, this is an indoor garage. They didn't even have the doors open. I asked the service manager about the masks and he said that his staff wears masks like 10 hours a day, and I can't expect that they wear them all the time, as they have to eat, drink, etc and they get uncomfortable. But, it was 8:30AM and no one was eating. I shared that if children in school wear masks all day, I think adults can too. I asked if he could ask the people there to put their masks on. He seemed irritated but said he would, but 15 minutes later - no change. Also, when I paid for my car later, both women in the office that takes payment weren't wearing masks. This is unsafe for both of them and then also for me, as there is a window barrier up, but there is also openings for payment and to talk to one another. I am disappointed that Rogers is not doing more to protect their staff and their customers. (My service manager Dwayne was great.) read more

I am only providing two stars because I received a quick response to my initial internet inquiry. I was in the market for a particular vehicle for my son & emailed them. I received a quick response & I in turn informed them I was a cash buyer, and have a busy schedule that precludes me from spending unnecessary time at dealerships. In their website they listed numerous vehicles that were the year make & model I was interested in. I inquired about pricing and was told they could not provide that information & asked when I could come in. Unfortunately my schedule requires me to do most of my research before stepping foot into a dealership. I find it odd that this is the only Hyundai dealership that doesn't list pricing. I am disappointed because I live 5 minutes from this location but I will take my cash elsewhere. read more

I went to this dealership for a uber vehicle. I had Mario as a. sales person. He was the worse sales person in the place. When I got the car, it smelled like terrible smoke and he looked at me like I was crazy. He's very arrogant. Do not go to him. He is terrible. Then the keys they gave me were all broken up. This was a 2016 vehicle and it looked like it was dry rotted. He needs to be fired. I had to have my issues resolved with the sales manager Roger. I walked in yesterday and was impressed with the dealership. I had my eye on an Elantra which I liked at last year's auto show. The staff were very courteous and professional. The facility is clean, modern, and pleasant. The receptionist was able to connect me with a salesperson quickly. I worked with Roger Clegg who was knowledgable and professional. He was courteous, not pushy, and pleasant to sit and speak with. I liked the test drive and purchased the Elantra. The experience was a good one and I enjoyed working with Rogers Hyundai more than other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Of course, buying a new car is a lengthy process but the free wifi at Rogers helped to pass the down time. It would have been nice if they had been more flexible on the price (as in AT ALL flexible), but perhaps I'm just not a good negotiator. In any event, they gave me a decent value on my trade in, and were able to secure financing for me at a better rate than the loan I walked in with from my credit union. After I drove off, I had to return as I realized I had left my parking garage key card in the trade-in. Roger was very nice and walked with me through the cold to retrieve it, even though it was time for him to get off work. Overall, a really nice car buying experience which rates the five stars. I'll be sure to keep Yelp updated with my service department visits when the time comes. Thanks Roger at Rogers! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation tuesday. Ha an appointment and the service was handled on a timely manner. Again enjoyed the free wifi while waiting. Also, the complimentary coffee and bagels are nice. On the down side, there are two televisions in the waiting area approximately 25 feet apart. When they are tuned to two separate morning news shows the resulting cacophony is quite unpleasant. Also, he service is supposed to include a complimentary car wash. After being told that my vehicle was ready, and paying for the work, I was then asked if I wanted my car "rinsed off." There was none of that 'oily salesman exlerience' I'd encountered at the other dealerships I'd been to. Michael was patient and knowledgeable. He listened and answered any questions I had. Kevin was equally kind and helpful with explaining the financial end of my purchase. I went into a buidling filled with strangers and came out with friends.
