    Pork potstickers

They have a food trainer at Growler Guys in Grants Pass. I had just the pork potstickers, would not recommend. They were crunchy and had almost no flavor. Seemed like they were deep fried not fried in pan.

Some of the freshest seafood I've experience! Don't let the trailer turn you away, the quality of the fish was fantastic! Love the incorporation of the smoked salmon into the rolls. Some of the best yellowtail I have ever had! They alternate locations between Cave Junction and Grants pass.. call ahead

This is a new location for the Rogue Sushi food truck and they do a decent job making some tasty rolls and other items. The chef "Kernel" has worked at other sushi establishments in town and knows what he's doing. At first I was a little anxious about ordering sushi from a food truck (trailer), but after trying a few of their specials I was pleasantly rewarded. I can't give this place a full 5 stars because I am a bit disappointed in their raw tuna option. They use a previously frozen "saku" block of fish for making their sushi. It's good, but it's not the fresh tuna loin cut right from the fish that I prefer. They also make and serve some great Korean BBQ ribs (Kalbi ribs). They are marinated for hours in a garlic soy mixture and then grilled/baked to perfection. The inside of their kitchen looked clean and organized and the attitude of the chef and staff I found very friendly. The location of the trailer is a bit outside my usual travels, but worth a visit. They may end up moving closer into town but for now they are at the Old Barn Tavern. One more thing I might mention is they do catering. The only issue with that is they quoted me $75 a head! I just don't see this town supporting that much per person. Hopefully they will adjust that price and actually do some catering. Truth...

This place is tasty and has great potential too! They are next to bike kraft today in GP.

Very bland flavor, overpriced, do yourself a favor and go to the large Asian restaurant in Cave Junction!!!

Plus they used to have an early bird special on Tuesdays. A little less food for a small price. When my now husband of 30 years asked me out, he asked where I wanted to eat. Matsukaze of course. He had never been. It quickly turned into his favorite also. One and half years later he proposed there. Our grandson now claims it as his favorite restaurant also. Even though we live in Medford and my son has passed away, I go over (hubby gets to join us sometimes also) and take my teenage grandson out to Matsukaze. The food is always great no matter what you order. I have to say the combination dinner of Beef Teriyaki and Tempura is my favorite. For us Matsukazu is worth the drive to Grants Pass and no other restaurant in the Rogue Valley beats it. Their teriyaki sauce is the best. We buy a few bottles of it whenever we eat there. If we run out we grab some at Cartwrights. We do blind test tastes with multiple teriyaki sauces. Hands down Matsukaze teriyaki is the best. It isn't as salty, it is sweeter. They also have other sauces. There are a few tables were you can sit on the floor. It is peaceful, relaxing place to eat.
