The caulk is so thick every day hunks of it come off. When they tiled the wall where the spout for the tub is they never cut a hole for the fixture, which isn't straight. They never attached the plumbing for the shower head and the tub knobs to the wall they are loose in the wall. When they painted, they never used drop cloths. I had paint all over the new floor, and on the wainscoting. Then they hung the new medicine cabinet on the wet wall. Who puts a new tile floor down with cracked tile, Cube Carpentry does. Every day I see something else that's wrong in that bathroom. I could go on and on but I won't.

So we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this time. The showroom is gorgeous, and the staff immediately helped us. We were installing a 8" x 9 foot drink rail for a game room, so we were on a budget. They worked with us to find a remnant in the color we wanted. They helped us choose our options for edge and corners, and set up a time for on-site measurement. It was just before Christmas, so we chose to defer installation until after the holiday. When they measured, they were right on time, and used high tech laser equipment to measure and draw the space. They discussed the support requirements to me, and they were gone in less than a half hour. They returned with the granite about week later, and installed the slab professionally and neatly. We were very impressed throughout the process.
