After Mario took over servicing my property, I received multiple messages from him stating that he cannot service my property at that time and will come back later in the week. Some circumstances I can understand, like when he messaged me saying he was sick. But it seemed to be happening more and more as time progressed that he was "unable to service the property at this time." It became an off/on issue with our HOA as they sent us several notifications that our yard had not been tended too and looked unkempt.
