We purchased a remodeled house in Azusa eight months ago. Like many remodeling jobs, they cheated and didn't do the job properly. Unfortunately for us, the inground irrigation system was an area our house inspector did not include as part of his inspection. All of our 16 front sprinklers did not get enough pressure, barely sprayed, and entire areas had no drip irrigation for the plants and shrubs. The reason for this is that flexible tubing was run under our house to save money, and it was less than the standard 3/4 inch diameter needed for proper water pressure. In addition, the drip irrigation for all the new plants and shrubs that the remodelers put in did not have its own zone and was tied into another zone, resulting in leaks from way too much water pressure.  I contacted 14 people to give me an estimate on redoing and updating our existing system. Only 4 of the 14 showed up to give me an estimate, and of the 4, only the owner of CLI, Avi, was patient enough to answer all my questions, both in person and on the phone. Avi was also the most reasonable bid to do the extensive job to take the butchered inground irrigation system to a quality system that would work properly and irrigate the lawn, shrubs, and plants properly. When CLI showed up to do the job, exactly on time, with 3 men, it turns out that they are a family of hard working wonderful very experienced people! One of the men is Avi's father, Romo, who has 20 years of inground irrigation experience! As you can see from the pictures, the pipe and all 5 valves, including one zone just for drip irrigation (pressure reduced), are laid out beautifully. In addition, we had several broken spray heads that needed to be replaced. They were replaced using the most modern technique called a swing joint, so if the heads are run over or stepped on, they don't break but pivot out of the way! All nozzles were also adjusted, so 100 percent coverage of the grass occurs. When they had completed the irrigation, the lawn looked as if it hadn't been dug up because Mario did such a good job putting the turf back. Let me be as clear as possible. Avi and his family are the absolute best you can get; they work very hard and got a huge job done professionally, using only the best components... Rainbird and Hunter. You will never find anyone better or more reasonable than CLI. I can't say enough about how much this family cares and how everything they touch is done right. We will be adding pavers to extend our sidewalk in a few months, and CLI will get that job and any future job for landscaping we have. read more

I had Avi do work at the house about a year ago. He removed 2 big trees and added some sprinklers front and backyard. Due to replacing the front water valve in July. We started to get low water pressure and my grass paid for it. I was going to diy, adding more sprinklers with funny pipe. This was going to make it worse. I had Avi come look at it. He broke everything down by saying if I do this, the pressure was going to be worse. He was going to add a valve on the front and backyard to add more sprinkler heads and the water pressure would be good. I was concerned about a basketball pole that was on the grass, their was a sprinkler behind that pole. He moved that sprinkler in front and added a small sprinkler in the back. Avi and Mario have transformed my pile of dirt and broken concrete into a little piece of paradise! It started with a tree pruning. My poor, neglected mature orange tree needed serious attention. It was a job well done so I started adding larger projects. They took away my ugly cracked concrete and replaced it with beautiful concrete pavers and pebbles. Then reinforced my concrete fence, adding latticework. Built a side fence and gate. Extended another fence. Built a privacy screen for my guest house. Built a wooden support for my climbing roses and outdoor curtains. Planted jasmine and bougainvillea along the perimeter of my property and finally, installed irrigation and DG landscaping in my back yard. All completed in time for my birthday party! Yes there were some corrections that had to be made and the occasional delay but in the end, these guys came through. If they weren't good, they wouldn't be busy!
