Anyway, Ronald saves the day, and plain as day, he tells me what he plans to do with each of the 3 issues, and a higher end ball park figure for a quote. Then, "He cometh and He fixeth" perfectly, and in the manner I had hoped for: new trim, not putty. Best part: paid less than the high tier ball park. He takes zelle so it's contactless (which is unfortunate because he deserved a big kiss). We have been looking for a good handyman for a long time and our electrician recommended Roland, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Roland showed up when he said he would and was very professional and did a great job. We had Roland come by for 2 days and do a bunch of things, from patching holes left by electricians to putting in a shelf over the washer and dryer, replacing base boards, fixing our dishwasher that was loose and attaching our microwave to an outside vent. He told me to call him which I should have known wasn't a good sign since - just tell me how much it is. It's not a complicated question. This is what you do for a living. I'm guessing he didn't want to text the price so I didn't have a trail of him trying to JACK me for $500 to mount a tv and $400 to mount a sound bar!!! WHAT?! ARE YOU INSANE?! Before I could get the sentence "No, no thank you" out of my mouth he hung up on me. Yes. I wasn't even saying "Hell naw" which was a very appropriate response. He hung up on me. I don't care how good his other reviews are there is definitely an unprofessional attitude just lurking beneath the surface waiting to come out so buyer beware.
