Anyway, Ronald saves the day, and plain as day, he tells me what he plans to do with each of the 3 issues, and a higher end ball park figure for a quote. Then, "He cometh and He fixeth" perfectly, and in the manner I had hoped for: new trim, not putty. Best part: paid less than the high tier ball park. We have been looking for a good handyman for a long time and our electrician recommended Roland, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work.
