My experience at this particular Rolex store at the Forums has been AMAZING! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Masih, Store Manager, who introduced us to Franciso. From there Francisco and the Masih took their time to show us exactly what I wanted. I knew stepping in I wanted the 36DJ in SS, fluted bezel with a diamond mother of pearl dial. However, I absolutely fell in love the 36DJ in everrose gold. Of course, we weren't able to purchase either of them. However, Francisco registered us for both pieces and said they would do what they could to get me either pieces. Franciso gave me his number and suggested I reach out to check in. Of course that's exactly what I did and in exactly 1 week, I got "the call" that my 36DJ in everrose gold, fluted bezel with the diamond set mother of pearl dial was ready to be picked up! I didn't expect to find any pieces for my wife when I approached the store, however the wonderful sales lady at the door said there were six available, all female sizes. Fortunately, I was shopping for my wife and in we went! Christopher McMickle greeted us right away and let us start looking at the inventory. We stumbled upon a 31mm datejust with a gorgeous blue dial and oyster bracelet. My wife tried it on and was compelled to buy it immediately. It wasn't at all what she originally wanted however with her new career as a nurse practitioner, it was just the right amount of elegance and beauty, without being too flashy for the patience she sees. Christopher really took his time with us and ensured she felt great with it before we purchased it. This is our second piece with the Torneau group and we are lifelong customers! Worst chain of Rolex. I feel bad for the owner to have such terrible workers. this chain deserves nothing. Because of the way we look we were denied access into the store three times when we are a frequent buyer of Rolex this left a very bad taste in our mouth. Worst retail experience I have had in years. The employees were quite rude to us, even though we were there to buy (and we were already wearing nice timepieces, including a Rolex). They suggested to one of us that he might be trying to steal something because he walked into the store with his hands in his pockets. It was extremely rude, particularly because (1) the watches are obviously in secure cases, and (2) they only had four pieces even available. They did not offer for us to try anything on. No waitlist, similar to another review. Super unhelpful. I don't think we could have spent money in there if we tried. It was just tacky and gross for a high end retailer. I'm thinking WTF is my money not American green or do you really think I can't drop the hammer on whatever I want in your store. Well , PAL your wrong. Needless to say you could have assisted me without the attitude cause not only did you lose a sale I bought a new Rolex the next day over at THE WYNN Rolex store and let's just say the sales people over at that store are professional , amazing and don't judge a book by its cover.
