I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional.

I recently went in to get my wife's car new tires. Not only did Mike recommend a less expensive set but upon completing their full inspection they found a very important motor mount was broken. They repaired the mount and potentially saved me hundreds/thousands of dollars by catching the broken part earlier than later. I recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

It was a long shot, but since it was a Wednesday around 2 pm, I was hoping it would work in my favor (spoiler: it did). I forgot the name of the person who answered the phone when I called, but he was really nice and helpful. He told me they can do a walk in since they are not busy, so I was there about 20 minutes after the call. When I checked in, I was greeted quickly and was quoted a wait time of about 1 hour 30 min. I was fine with this knowing I did not have an appointment. The person who helped me in person was also really nice. I'm sorry I forgot everyone's names. But all the workers I saw were nice and provided great service to customers who were there and those who walked in. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my tire rotation, which was a lot quicker than quoted. In total, I think I was here for about 30-40 minutes only. Great quick service, considering my past with other America's tires back in Sacramento.

I found the service here outstanding. I have visited this location twice…read more My first visit was for air. My tire pressure gauge went off and I drove it to Les Schwab. A gentleman in one of the stalls helped me. He told me where to park and he put air in my tires. He was super friendly and explained why my tire pressure gauge went off. I returned a second time to get tires on my car. A very nice woman helped my partner and I at the front desk. She helped us select tires and we were out of there in 30-ish minutes. The front lobby is very spacious and has ample seating. There are vending machines and bathrooms located behind the main desk area. I found all areas to be well stocked and clean. I bought my last tire there after flat repair was unsuccessful as well as alignments. Again, they claimed they couldn't fix a leak. They should've been able to and wanted to sell me a new tire which would've been fine. Had they not suddenly increased the price $50-$60 from what they initially quoted me. I declined as their competitors are offering the same tire and the same service for significantly less. Wife went to pick up the car and she was rude and passive aggressive with her as well wanting to know why we declined to have them replace and then pretended not to be able to find our key. Would be happy to pay the standard $20 for flat repairs if that's what they charge however don't offer free flat repairs and then get shitty with people when they want to search elsewhere for tire replacement as though they owe you some kind of loyalty. This month I brought my Tesla for an alignment and rotation. Mind you Tesla ask me $ 59.00 for the rotation and a free alignment. As I wanted to keep the local stores strong I bought it here to my favorite place. And this is why the 1 star is not even worth it. Not only they diagnosed my TESLA for $67 although I told them what was needed, they had the gall to tell me all four tires will have to be replaced in a month while they performed the alignment anyway. You think!!! Why not ask me if I would prefer to buy all four tires then do the alignment and the rotation altogether. But nooooo. The bill altogether if I've done the alignment and rotation is $200.00 versus going toTesla for rotation is only $59 with free alignment . So I paid these people close $167. 00 for nothing . My Tesla Y has no rotation but an alignment on tires that needs to be replaced now. What a waste of my time and money. I will NEVER trust this place to be honest enough to tell me the truth before a service. It's common courtesy to ask the customer whether or not they want to proceed even though I paid in advance. So the motto of this company is pay ahead and still do the job even if problems occur. Why bother reimbursing when they already have your money . Customers BEWARE!! I personally will flag every family member I've recommended ,theirs and my friends to never step foot in this establishment. I'm enraged to the fact that they so nonchalantly use me in this manner. I will not be buying anything from them and my teens new German cars will not be going here as well. This establishment doesn't deserve the 1 star. Falling grade is more like it.
