Dishes like butter chicken and Mughlai korma-style preparations are traditionally on the gentler end of the heat spectrum. It would be great if the restaurant could maintain consistency in honoring spice level selections, as it makes a difference for the person eating it. 2) No rice with the main course: In every Indian restaurant I've visited globally, a main entree comes with a side of rice as standard. I didn't select "extra rice" on DoorDash assuming this was a given, and added only a garlic naan.
