They handled everything with care and worked quickly. My move to storage was smooth, stress-free, and we were completely finished in under two hours. The pricing was very reasonable and cost-efficient, especially considering the quality of service. Overall, it was a seamless transition, and I couldn't be more pleased. Owner and ALL staff were courteous, fast, and careful with our belongings. They disassembled, packed, transported, then reassembled and made sure everything was beyond satisfactory! The pricing was fair and reasonable... While I've used cheaper movers in the past-- the reason they're usually cheaper is because they arent insured! Rollers Movers was a great value for the price! Moved from Frisco to Princeton, the 3 guys whom showed up, took a bit longer than expected to load and while one was working the other 2 were kind of having a family picnic. paid $150 for over night storage, next day when my stuff suppose to be deliver, the 3 guys that came from day before, broke my dryer door glass, when they uninstalled my frige from my old house to new one, left it for me to figure out how to put it back togethr. Paid over $1300 for local moving, got rud person, lazy workers, and broken items. Called them back, asked for manager to reply, never got any response back. very unprofessional, rude and lazy workers. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN UPDATE: Tried to call Jacob the owner several times, never got respond back. all they do is that they keep saying "HE IS NOT AVAIABLE, WILL CALL YOU BACK" but never did receive a call back. they never refunded my deposit neither, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ONLY ANSWER WHEN YOU WANT TO PAY, BUT NEVER FOLLOW UP....STAY AWAY 10/07/2025 UPDATE 2 AFTER FINALY GETTING HOLD THE OF OWNER, HE AGREED TO PAY $500 FOR DAMAGE IF I REMOVE THE REVIEWS, WHICH I DID, BUT AS SOON AS I REMOVED IT, HE START PLAYING GAME AND IGNORING MY CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES. TERRIBLE COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM! I hired this company to assist me in moving from Denton tx to Princeton, TX. I was originally drawn to them because of their low prices .. but this is a trap. I was scheduled for a saturday morning move. they textd me friday night changing the moved to saturday afternoon/ evening. when saturday morning came the time then changed to sunday night! i told them that was NOT possible. i has to be out of my apartment by a certain day/time. i was already over because of the first time change. Jacob then tells me it will be sunday afternoon then! now i start getting worried. b/c its getting unprofessional at this point. and ive already taken off 2 days of work to make this move, i cannot take off work again. so i start searching their reviews and see the TEERIBLE experiences from everyone. saturday morning Jacob tells me ETA for the movers is 3-4pm. I text him at 2pm, now a little more stern. begging him to PLEASE confirm the movers are coming as i have to be OUT of my apt. DEAD SILENCE from Jacob...3p and 4 pm comes and goes.. absolutely no communication from the company. my texts and calls are going unanswered. I suffered strict penalties from my apt complex because of this. Do you know this knuckle head calls me at 9 PM THAT NIGHT!!!!! 5 HOURS AFTER THE PROMISED TIME, telling me movers are on the way!! Are you joking ?! in my opinion and from my experience, USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THE FOLLOWING: UNPROFESSIONALISM LIES POOR COMMUNICATION UNRELIABILITY .... please, please.. use my experience as a lesson and warning for yourself. On June 21st, I scheduled a move for June 28. I was told, in writing, that I would only be charged a $25 deposit fee if I canceled at least 3 days before the move. I canceled the move on June 24th (4 days before the move) and was charged a $100 deposit. I texted and emailed the company about this - they acknowledged the cancelation but ignored my multiple messages about the $25 deposit. I had to disputer $75 of the $100 charge with my credit card company. read more

I had never heard of Rollers before until it was recommended to me by a friend. I was able to negotiate a bit on the price and found something that worked for both of us. The one thing you would need to be aware of is that when you call the phone number they won't immediately pick up but they will call you back. That did not hinder my experience with them, just something to know. My movers were incredibly fast, careful with my items, and did a phenomenal job wrapping and securing all of my items. I had a really bad moving experience before so I was very nervous to use movers again, but they were absolutely phenomenal. On June 7th they told me they "refunded" me a small amount and it should show on my statement in 5-10 days. It's been 15 days. They are not replying to my messages either. Horrible Experience - This company hires unprofessional and money hungry 3rd party movers. I moved cross country and my mover Josh showed up in a run down truck & trailer with his dog. My parents and I ended up having to help unload the entire trailer because Josh didn't want to share his profits with helpers. His dog stayed in my bathroom while we unpacked and yapped the entire time and even pooped. Getting any type of meaningful refund from the owner has been a joke as he claims he'd lose money and ghosts me after every conversation. The price might be affordable but it is NOT WORTH IT. The expectations advertised were not met and the owner doesn't care to make it right by reimbursing me a reasonable amount. Please, don't make the same mistake I did, look else where. read more

I had a difficult task. Find someone to move a single couch. I recently purchased a new pit group to replace an expensive couch I bought only three years ago. It's heavy because of motors that recline both sides. I gave it to my daughter but had to get it to her house. Enter Greg! I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. I tried to wait to see if they would half-way rectify the horrible job they did by moving me from Little Elm to Katy, but to no avail, they have made promises and disappeared in the wind. First of all, I was assured by Jacob, that they had a truck large enough to move all my furniture and appliances. When the truck was full, the movers said they couldn't fit anymore of my items on there and I had to leave them at my old house. The drivers said they wanted to be paid before they began to travel to my new residence. I obliged and paid the guy. There were 4 movers. 4 hours later, we arrived in Katy before them and when they did get there, they were missing a driver, so now there were 3. They had us inspect the truck before they left. The truck was empty. We begin to unpack..daughter's tv screen cracked AND w/ the missing mover...my daughter's brand new tennis shoes were missing as well. $200 massage chair - missing plug...so now I can't use it. Furniture not reassembled correctly. Jacob told me he'd send me $50 for the tv...she paid over $100 for it...still no check. They are crooks and they failed to take accountability. Wow! Wow! Wow! That's the easiest way to describe the awesome experience with this company. This company is fast at responding as providing a quote. They take care of your items as if it were their own. I hired them after I had just had a terrible experience with another mover who relocated me from halfway across the country. My trust was low, but Jacob was a breath of fresh air. I hired him and his crew to help me unpack and organize as my prior mover made an outrageous mess and left me with very heavy boxes in the wrong places in the home that I couldn't carry to the right place nor unpack due to my back back and current medical issue. Jacob came to the rescue and within hours I had a beautiful home. He hauled off all the waste that I was panicked that I didn't know who would come get. Jacob recommended an organizer on his team, Melissa, who helped me figure out where to put things. I downsized from a very large two-story home to a smaller, single-story and needed creating thinking on where to put things. I'm so forever grateful to The Rollers Moving!
