They made an appointment way ahead of time and sent texts as to when they would show up. I have a 2005 G38J and usually do all the maintenance myself despite my handicap. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. I asked pointed questions to the hopeful repairman and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. PRECISION RV REPAIR in Tucson is the best. Noah is a hydraulics and RV Master. He even arranged for us to show up at the service center while they were checking out our RV so we could take some measurements! He was from one of their other locations and even showed up the day we picked up our RV to ask how eveyhting was. Newt the Service Manager was also great. Accommadating and even supplied and had the service team installed a Power strip in the booth seating area. Kristen and Elka in the Service office were helpfull and you can tell customer service is their top priority. Justin in customer service was also top notch. We bought a Back-up camera and brought it with us the day we picked up the RV, we asked if it could be installed. Justin was busy however, he did install it for us otherwise my 71 year old husband would have had to climb up and install it. Yes we charged for that service and it was expected so it wasn't a surprise. We were grateful he did it. The hitch that came with the RV didn't attached correctly and he supplied one that would. The one area of improvement - the service staff who go over the RV to make sure everyhting is in working order need to check the rubber gaskets on the over head skylights/fans. When we got the RV home debri fell on the bed when we opended the hatch, we noted the rubber gasket had shrunk and wasn't sealing the hatch. The same thing happended in the Bathroon. We called and Kristen sas accommadating to our schedule to bring it back. The gaskets were changed in a few minutes. Over all Freedon RV is great.

I hired Every Inch RV to do a full inspection after I looked at their website. Scott responded quickly, and we arranged for the inspection the following week. I cannot stress enough how thorough Scott is, not just with the inspection, but with instructions for the necessary paperwork, and the checklist for the dealer, as the inspection was to happen at the dealer's lot. Scott and Holly were there about 8 hours, doing an amazing job. I drove down to talk to them in person, and they generously took time to talk to me and show me what they found. They were so extremely warm and friendly they felt like family, and I hugged them when I left. Scott and Holly are both extremely detail oriented. They showed me things I never would have noticed. The final report included details and suggestions on every finding, with lots of photos. The report was organized into sections for Safety Issues, Major Issues, Minor Issues, and Suggestions. Very helpful. We have been in contact since the inspection, with questions I had. Scott has been generous with his time and advice. Great customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone looking for inspections or repairs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
