I stopped in two weeks ago with my boat trailer and the young man in service came out to look and measured the wheels with their template. We also discussed the overhaul project I'm undertaking and he was super helpful, offering to walk the trailer and order anything needed, as well as answer questions. He gave the wheel and tire info to the guy at the counter. The counter guy took my name and number, "Should be here in about a week." Stopped by after hearing nothing and the same counter guy knew nothing about the order or the discussion. I left with "thank you" and received the standard "no problem". Never wonder why people shop online or with out of state dealers for parts and such.

They were always available to talk with us, always answered our questions, did amazing collision damage repairs, and were incredibly friendly and personable. We felt total confidence with them, and we were indeed in "great hands" with Jason and the team. Country Tyme went above and beyond expectations - and then some! Out tow hitch had snapped, ending with our car in the back of our motorhome. The first place we went for an estimate took two weeks to get an estimate to us, and the estimate was outrageous. The second place we went to, couldn't come to terms with the insurance company. The insurance adjuster recommended we go to Country Tyme. He said they really did excellent work and he was correct! Our coach looked brand new, with the paint job fantastically done and perfectly matched! Jason even found damage the other two companies had not uncovered. We could not be happier! On first trip after first repair, unit had solar charging issues. Went back to Crestview Buda. Unit was then sent to Crestview Georgetown for their solar "expertise". Unit still there. Phone calls result in more delays. After 6 months, family member still doesn't have the RV and Crestview has no idea when it will be ready after promising it wil be ready but its not.

All I wanted to know was the out the door price so I could bring a check. After arriving it turns out the bike wasn't ready to go at all and still needed to go through an hour long inspection process before they could sell it. I asked for the numbers and was told to wait for a manager. Waited awhile and poked around and finally got tired of waiting and left. As we were driving off the sales guy came out and said they had the numbers ready. I explained I needed to get going but asked them to give me a call and let me know the total price so I could come back. Never received a call so I reached back out and they still wouldn't tell me the out the door price? And just wanted to argue and tell me I needed to come back. Doing some research online I found the same bike listed for $1000 less and already have the total out the door price quote without ever having to go there. Kinda ridiculous experience honestly. This place strikes me as a bunch of young people that have no idea what they're doing with instructions to nickel and dime folks out of every penny they can.
