I brought in my two bags that had broken zippers and broken straps. The owner was very nice and walked me through exactly how he will fix and how he will realign the straps on my bags. I knew it couldn't have been that serious because I don't wear the watch often and it had been sitting in a drawer for months before I noticed it stopped working. Last year, I took a pair of shoes there that needed to be dyed for a wedding. They were a light cream color and I just needed them a shade darker. They weren't meant to be dyed, but the guy said he could do it. I asked him are you sure it won't ruin the shoes...? and he said it should be fine. I came back 3 days later to pick up my shoes. Yes, they were a shade darker with pink dye marks all over. He did indeed ruin the shoes. He told me they weren't meant to be dyed. I was sooo UPSET! Great shop for leather and shoes repair. Brought my damaged motorcycle jacket after accident and pair of dress up shoes for repair of heels. A+ service both items were repaired and look like new. Really impressed especially with repair of jacket as it was teared and scraped quite bad and came back like new after repair. Dropped off shoes for repair and man behind the counter was very rude. Was told they would be ready for pick up at noon the next day. Got here at 12:30 and the door was locked. Sign says open, but no one answers when I knock. No one answered the phone either when I called-went into voice mail. If he had to run out for lunch, then why not a sign saying "be right back" -I waited over 20 minutes for his return. Had to make a second trip to pick up shoes. When I made a comment about how I was there earlier to pick up my shoes and the door was locked, he didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. I will not go back to this place again. VERY RUDE SERVICE. Very expensive, and only takes cash. read more
