1 Star - Very uncomfortable tipping experience…read more I have been a regular customer at this massage place and usually visit about twice a month. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how important tips are and I always tip fairly depending on the quality of service. In the past I have tipped anywhere between $15-$25. However, my most recent visit was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I booked a 90-minute massage that cost $115 after tax. When it came time to pay, I intended to leave a $20 tip, which would bring my total to $135. The payment machine actually showed multiple tip options including $20. However, the staff refused to allow me to select the $20 option. They insisted that the tip must be 30% or more, and pointed to a small note on the table that said 30% gratuity is "appreciated." They then attempted to add $30 to my bill without my agreement. This is very concerning for several reasons: * The 30% tip was never disclosed before the service started * It was not listed on the official menu or pricing * The payment machine still shows optional tip amounts but customers are not allowed to choose them * Staff attempted to force a higher tip after the service was already completed A gratuity is supposed to be voluntary unless a business clearly lists a mandatory service charge before the service begins. Posting a small note on the table and then pressuring customers at the payment terminal is not transparent and creates a very uncomfortable situation. As a loyal customer who has supported this business many times, I felt extremely disappointed by how this was handled. If a business wants to require a 30% service charge, it should clearly state that on the menu and inform customers before the service -- not pressure them at the register after the service is finished. Customers should be aware of this policy before visiting.

It's a step above the average Asian massage parlor; it's got a clean, fantastic setup and vibe. As the name suggests they use hot stones as part of the $60 1 hour massage which is a nice feature. I see all the 1 star reviews very concerned about tipping. I don't think people should tell you how to tip, but I also feel like these workers earn their suggested 30% or whatever is posted. I found Eden Clinic after my car accident because it's close to where I live--and OMG... I wish I…read morehad come here even before the accident. Dr. Jang is AMAZING. The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! If you're looking for real treatment, I highly recommend Eden Clinic. They are lifesavers, and I'm so thankful I found this place.

No torn muscle as initially diagnosed by my family doctor. However, it got worse as I continued doing my normal activities. 3 months later I started seeing Dr. Jang at Eden Clinic. After 2 months and 13 visits, I finally felt 90% better and I would be able to resume my activities (though slowly). The combination of massage therapy, acupuncture, and laser treatment have returned the range of motion of my arm to almost 100% without pain. I am happy that I came to this clinic.

Recently I booked a massage online which was accepted and confirmed virtually. The day before the treatment, I received a call from their receptionist informing me that the therapist preferred 90 minute slots and asked if I would be willing to update my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. Otherwise they would need to reschedule me for another slot. Their other time did not work for me. While the receptionist was very friendly and polite, the reasoning that the therapists didn't want to have empty portions in their schedules felt like a bait and switch. Essentially, asking me to spend more money with the therapist to make my visit worthwhile for them. This was frustrating especially because I had already booked a 60 minute massage with upgrades. Receptionist stated this is a known issue with their online scheduling platform, which seems idiotic issue that should be fixed for a large franchise since it significantly impacts the customer experience. This is the first time it has happened, so it's possible it is a therapist by therapists preference, but be alert that they may not be able to keep your appointment.

Parts of the massage were very soothing and genuinely relaxing. Yet the flow felt a little disjointed at times. Experience was descent, just not the normal massage routine. Not bad, just a few times I wasn't totally sure what was happening. Definitely left feeling more relaxed than when I arrived. I would call it a 3.5-ish star experience overall. Next time, less interruptions would be nice, but they seemed busy. Good massage overall, just a bit awkward ;) $10 discount for a Premium 1.5hr massage as a first time customer!

I walked down the hallway and called out for assistance at 10 min after my appt time. The technician who did my service didn't speak to me. The table was flat and lightly padded, no bolster for under the knees- which made laying flat for the whole time a little uncomfortable. The Head massage was claw like, with the same motion, very repetitive. It was also rough and a little jerky. Not relaxing. No real smooth movement- it was all a little like a i was taking up her time. Some of the neck and shoulder massage was ok. But that made up a very small portion of time. The technician left a few times, while the water was just running on my hair, or when the conditioner was in hair. I had no clue what was happening or what to do. I had high hopes for this to be similar to other head spas, but this one wasn't one I'd repeat
