If I could give this place 0 stars I would , I was on the market for a 2022 Polaris slingshot and…read moretracked one down at Mineola Moto, called the dealer up crunched some numbers they ran my credit and everything was good to go I was set to pick the slingshot up next day, I even sent the dealer a portion of the down payment in good faith. 30 minutes later they called me and told me they sold it to somebody else , as you can imagine I was upset and expressed my frustration with the lack of professionalism and care that was shown to me ! additionally I was told if the person who they had sold the slingshot to did not show up it was mine ! At this point I did not want to deal with them anymore and made other arrangements to pick up the same exact model slingshot in Pennsylvania, while I was en route and 6 hours away Mineola Moto calls me to inform me that the slingshot was mine (the other customer never showed up) what a circus show ! When I returned, I was told no work was performed due to parts availability. However, the shop cut off the muffler support clamp because it was "loose" and returned the bike without replacing it. This is a structural exhaust support. Without it, the bike is unsafe to ride and at risk of further damage. When I raised this, I was told the part would take 6-8 weeks and that there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a solution, I was told they no longer wanted my business. The manager (John) ignored multiple callbacks and was dismissive and rude in person. I'm sharing this so others are aware: my scooter was returned in worse--and unsafe--condition than when I brought it in, with no accountability or resolution.

He completed the evaluation in less than 2 minutes stating everything was ok (which changed after purchase) without providing any inspection points/report or a Receipt for 80 dollars. I purchased the bike and went to him for inspection, and he was very rude and arrogant and using language that was inappropriate for adults. He actually told me to "Come back in 2 hours, and don't follow him". All I wanted was an inspection for the DMV and he seemed frustrated and angry and lacked proper etiquette & professionalism in dealing with customers at 10A in the morning. I immediately took my bike and went instead to Nations Cycle Center on Franklin St, which was nearby. They accommodated me with respect and professionalism, completed the inspection in less than an hour and were very professional. I wonder why people tolerate such nonsense from an angry old man like JJ who thinks he is doing a favor and trying to help you. I even called JJ on the phone to admonish him and his response was "why even bother calling me and even said he tried to help me" I would never recommend this business, in fact stay away or face regrets. No one deserves to be treated with contempt when you are a paying customer. He could have stated that he is busy and needs 15-20 minutes to finish up a job before he can deal with you. I can only imagine how he would treat you if you had any complaints or grievances post service. I am glad i left his store when i did, looking back at the reviews and some fake/paid 5 star dishonest ratings of this business. He doesn't deserve even a single star. Acts like a mafia boss, I am surprised he is still in business. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with Champion Honda has been extremely frustrating and disappointing…read more I purchased an OEM battery for my 2013 Honda F6B, and despite keeping the bike on a trickle charger, the battery died prematurely. I brought it back to the dealership, where it took about a day and a half just to get a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement battery was also defective. After installing it, I made it only about 1.5 miles before the bike completely died, leaving me stranded on the roadside. I had to arrange towing, which could have easily been avoided if proper quality checks were done. When I called Champion Honda to resolve the issue, I spoke to multiple people and got nowhere. No accountability, no urgency, and no real solution--just more hoops to jump through. What makes this even worse is their pricing. Many of their parts are marked up 40%+ compared to OEM parts available online, which is excessive by any standard. You would expect better service and reliability if you're paying that kind of premium--but that has not been the case here. Between defective products, poor service, and inflated pricing, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

1 Star - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with Harley-Davidson of Nassau County has been very disappointing from start to finish. About a year ago I purchased a 2018 Iron 883 from this dealership for around $9,000. Less than a year later the resale value is around $4,000. The level of depreciation has been shocking and definitely not something that was clearly explained during the buying process. I regret trusting the dealership's guidance when making that purchase. Unfortunately, the customer service experience didn't improve after the sale. The sales interactions often felt very transactional, like the focus was simply on getting the money rather than helping the customer make the right decision. Recently I contacted the dealership about test riding a Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. A salesperson told me to come in for a test ride. When I arrived, I was told the bike couldn't be ridden because the battery wasn't charged and that I should come back the next day. I came back the next day exactly as instructed, only to find out that the salesperson who scheduled the test ride wasn't even working that day. No one seemed aware of the appointment or prepared to help. It felt like my time simply didn't matter. I also have to be honest that as someone from the Indian community, I personally felt like I wasn't taken as seriously as other customers. That may not have been the intention, but it definitely added to an already frustrating experience. Between the poor communication, lack of preparation, and the overall treatment I experienced, this has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've had. I would not recommend Harley-Davidson of Nassau County based on my experience. Think twice before giving your money to these thief's they dont care about you will not be returning here again.
