My experience with Champion Honda has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased an OEM battery for my 2013 Honda F6B, and despite keeping the bike on a trickle charger, the battery died prematurely. I brought it back to the dealership, where it took about a day and a half just to get a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement battery was also defective. After installing it, I made it only about 1.5 miles before the bike completely died, leaving me stranded on the roadside. I had to arrange towing, which could have easily been avoided if proper quality checks were done. When I called Champion Honda to resolve the issue, I spoke to multiple people and got nowhere. No accountability, no urgency, and no real solution--just more hoops to jump through. What makes this even worse is their pricing. Many of their parts are marked up 40%+ compared to OEM parts available online, which is excessive by any standard. You would expect better service and reliability if you're paying that kind of premium--but that has not been the case here. Between defective products, poor service, and inflated pricing, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

He was very friendly and accommodating and showed me several new Honda motorcycles. Unfortunately I'm just a bit too short to ride a new Goldwing. When attempting to purchase brake pads...the parts salesman left the showroom and went outside to drive a fork lift...with me standing there waiting! Joey was patient and didn't push for an immediate sale and let me take my time with the bike. He made the whole process smooth for me and handled most of they heavy lifting. Bought my first motorcycle here. They wouldn't talk to me about prices until I sat on a bike, which is odd because most places have prices right on the bike. I chose a leftover 2017 cb500x, which Craig said he would discount and never did. In fact, they overcharged me by about $1400. They didn't explain the finances to me and turns out they signed me up for a credit card which charged about 26% if the bike wasn't paid off within a year. I never received the credit card they had signed me up for either. I know I should've read through the paperwork thoroughly, but when it's your first bike, you kinda get overwhelmed by excitement. Needless to say, they overcharged me and were fake about taking care of me as a customer. Don't let my review stop you from shopping here. I'm seriously considering calling the police on this dealership. I'm from NJ. Sold me a used scooter beginning of July. I went to get it registered and couldn't because there's a lien on it from previous owner who traded it in. I call the dealer spoke to Craig and Steve both claim they gave me a lien release letter, total lie ! I got in contact with original owner who says he's be chasing them for weeks to pay off the bike since he traded in on a larger bike from them. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT visit this Honda dealer !! Craig Miller is a crook. My 22 year old son went to this dealership to purchase a CRF 110 dirt bike they had in stock. This was his first finance purchase on his own. It was priced at $2599. After my son gave him his information to run the credit check Craig came back with the final numbers on the bike, $4790 !!!!! My son asked why was the price so much more. Craig claimed it was the extended warranty, and a special battery that was on the bike. When my son told him he didn't want the extended warranty Craig said I can't sell you the bike if you don't take the warranty. My son asked for a copy of the paperwork and was told no, you'll get everything when you get the bike. Because it was almost closing time Craig said he would run the credit and let him know. Then asked for a deposit. My son left $500 cash. On his way home Craig called and said he was approved. After my son got home he felt he was being taken advantage of. So the next morning he called Craig and said he didn't want the bike. Well Mr. Miller refused to return my sons money. And told him there was a $1500 cancellation fee !!! My son was polite (at first) saying this was his birthday cash he was using to buy the bike. And even told him to keep $200 for prepping the bike. But Craig could care less. It was less that 24hrs that my son left that deposit. When my son asked Craig why didn't you tell me about no refund and the cancellation fee he replied and I quote " You didn't ask " Craig took advantage of my son. He saw this young guy walking in and tried to get as much $$ out of him as he could. When we looked at the deposit receipt under the card where he purposely stapled to hide what it said. it says no refunds. I have since filed a claim with Honda. This business should be shut down. My son wanted a Grom so he popped in to the local Honda shop. He's 21 so he shouldn't need a babysitter, but still a newbie in the real world and Champion (Craig) took advantage. They didn't bang him hard but got him none the less. First they had him sign the finance agreement and bill of sale BLANK! I called Craig and he denies that, but hey wouldn't you. Second the amount financed is $89 more than the bill of sale. The first time my son even saw the finance agreement after signing it was when he looked at it on the Honda Finance website after it was processed. I asked Craig where his copy was a day after he picked up the bike he said it was all done electronically. When was the last time you bought a bike or car and didn't see a completed finance agreement AND take a copy home....NEVER! Finally we all know the dealerships make money on the interest rate. Usually a point or two. Good old Craig is probably making 4 or 5. My sons credit score is 700, but his interest rate is 9.39%. Again, he didn't know because he wasn't give a completed contract. Craig had him sign it blank. Do what you want with the information. At the end of the day you may be OK with the rate and that's fine, but you should be able to make the decision for yourself. On a deal this size we're only talking about a four hundred bucks or so but that's not the point. read more

Dropped off my 07 zx6r for service & parts. had to replace front fairing, do some rewiring on the electronics as it was shorting, winterize + storage for all winter. They advertised storage as $75/mo on their emails, but didnt say that that promo is only till black friday, and after that is $85/mo. fastforward 3 months later, called up for the quote, was quoted over the phone $750 + storage depending on when i pick it up. I go in a week later, final price came down to whopping $1600! They did not disclose the labor fee or the taxes over the phone. $750 for parts, $400 for labor, $300 for storage, $150 for taxes (all rough figures). Also charged $500 for front fairing piece, You can get entire body fairing kit for that price. They have a disclosure that they only install parts bought from their catalog because of "liability issues" People are nice, service and the job done was good, but the prices are just outrageous. Also they dont check their emails so dont bother. They have an email address on their website and an email address that they use to send out newsletters (which is on their business card) but they do not reply to either. poor business management. I'm sure Steve D. guy is an owner of the business, I dealt with him directly. Will look for a new shop next time. You should too read more
