I found this place as Rollo's Solutions, in fact that's what the invoice says on it. Anyway. We drove Memphis to Houston. Somewhere around Little Rock, we hit a piece of wood in the road. The car vibrated a bit all the rest of the way. Just as we were getting into Houston, a tire went flat. We stopped at a Midas in Humble (which was very helpful, BTW) and when he took the tire off, you could see a pretty big dent in the rim. This was Thursday evening. Well this rim is a premium rim and didn't show up in any parts searches of the Chrysler dealers. Needless to say it isn't cheap either. The best I could find on the internet was a place that offered it for about half dealer price, but said call for availability. and they were not in Houston. Some more digging on Friday morning and I found this place, Rollo's, that said they could repair rims. So I called and asked, and sure enough, they said it would take about a day. I brought it in Friday morning, they spun it and showed where it was bent, not just at the dent in the rim. So I left it with them. T^he next day I hobbled in with my baby spare on the car. The wheel was ready and waiting to go. It looked great and it was all as promised. They were a real lifesaver. It was still not cheap, but it was a lot less than replacing the rim and a lot easier than any temporary types of solutions that would have allowed me to get home. read more

NO INTEGRITY... asked for quote and when I mentioned I found better price they were not happy. I did not realize they had removed my tire. Found out at the next tire shop Rollo had carelessly forced the nuts in cause damage to the rotor. Showing it to the manager at Rollo's he said I could not prove they did it so they did not have to take responsibility. Cost for new rotor is over $600..guess Rollo's win. read more

I have been dealing with John for about 9 months now and have replaced 2 sets of tires on 2 cars and both times he has been very fair and has done everything he can to get me in and out. He is very professional and straight forward. M.Y. ATMOSPHERE: Their TV is mostly on movie channels which is a great distraction from the wait and the leather couches are very comfy. If that is not enough they have an outside waiting area, if you enjoy sitting outside or want to have a phone conversation in quiet. Been here a few times, and every time my rim is dirty after a tire replacement. I asked them to check out rim with a visible crack and dent, and told me nothing was wrong with it. Other location noticed it immediately, and amateur like myself can tell there's something wrong. They had good prices but I won't be back to cause of the dishonesty, and leaving my car with a very dirty rim. Cheap prices doesn't necessarily give a you the best value. read more

This is the best place to buy new & used tires in Houston, as far as I'm concerned. I was originally referred to them by another tire shop after getting a ridiculous quote from "Discount Tire." I called them, they checked their stock, and within 5 minutes gave me a price that was fully a third less than any of the other prices I had been quoted by other tire stores. My Wife had a blowout on interstate 288 and AAA mounted the spare tire for her. The AAA driver recommended that we replace the tire and refurbish wheel immediately. He recommended Rollo's Solutions. My Wife was unsure of taking the vehicle herself, as I am the one who takes care of our vehicles services and repairs. But she meet Savino and she was very impressed with his professionalism and excellent customer service. He ordered the same Goodyear tire that the vehicle was equipped with. So pleased by my experience at Rollo's Solutions. The shop is really clean, there are lots of rims to choose from, and my repair fees ended up being half the cost of a typical steel wheel repair. Let me begin writing about my terrible experience here by stating that I did ultimately, after much resistance, get a refund. I bought a used tire with 80% tread from Felix at a good price ($100). When I had my new wheels mounted at another shop they noticed it had a big gash in the sidewall and would not hold air. When I called Felix he was unhelpful and did not want to give me a refund because it had been 27 hours and they have a 24 hour return policy. WOW. Talk about nit picking! The tire had simply sat in the trunk, never been mounted and they wouldn't take it back. After purchasing a new tire from the dealer installing my wheels, I brought the tire back and the manager John tried to claim it would hold air. When I challenged them to mount it to a wheel and prove it they refused. Even if it did, the tear was so bad I was sure to have a blowout within a week. John also tried to tell me I was outside of his return policy. I'd have gladly purchased a tire from them, but this was the only one they had in the size I needed. After a lot of fuss he offered me a store credit. What am I going to do with that? It's a wheel and tire shop and now I have all the wheels and tires I need. I told him if he can find me a useful tire I would take it as an extra. He could not find one and after more fuss finally refunded my money. Be careful dealing with these people. I felt it was obvious the sales person was simply trying to protect his commission and couldn't care less that I was about to have completely wasted my money on something that is useless. read more

I would give my overall experience a grade of VERY GOOD. Almost two weeks ago I came to Rollo's in search for a new set of wheels for my Mercedes Benz. For the new set of wheels I wanted to keep it sporty yet with a touch of luxury because the car already had a set of chrome AMG 5-spoke wheels on it. I came in with an open mind about what my new wheels would look like because I wanted SUGGESTIONS from the sales person as to what might look good on my vehicle. Now that was mistake #1 for me. I thought he would have sold me something that would look fly on my Mercedes C300... I was wrong. Mind you...the store is full of wheels...but he goes straight to a catalog book. Inside the book the wheels looked silver with a gloss and he told me it was machine finished. I asked for an example, and what he showed me was a small step down from chrome but still with some shine or gloss and silver type coloring. So I ordered them. Well the picture in the book and even on the internet of the wheels were deceiving. Those wheels were gray! NO gloss, NO shine, NO polish, Not even silver. I was disappointed to say the least in the look of the wheels and even more they mounted the wheels before I looked at them. I was embarrassed to have them on my car and even more embarrassed to tell them to take them off but I had to be honest. Of course they said nope can't take them back because they were already mounted. I would think they would want the best for their customer and know that didn't look right on my car, maybe another car, but not mine. Long story short we came to a Rollo Solution for the issue :-). I asked for a manager and he had mercy on me and let me pick another set THAT WAS ALREADY IN THE SHOP and now I can sleep better knowing my Benz looks fly. Matter of fact I get more attention now with these new rims. I would make a suggestion to the customer to go in there knowing what you want already or have a darn good idea. Do your research first! My suggestion to Rollo's Solutions sales people would be to at least take 5 minutes to show someone what is ALREADY in the shop that would fit the car because that is a better starting point than going straight to a picture book first. That way someone can point out and maybe better describe what they are looking for especially when they come in with an open mind. KNOW YOUR INVENTORY! As a female, it is sometimes difficult to get some respect in the world of car repairs and customization. I happen to take pride in both my Mercedes Benz and Aston Martin. Had some wheels powdercoated and they did a excellent job. Then the bad, I found some paint damage on my front and rear drivers side fenders. I was so excited by how great my wheels looked I had jumped in and was going to pull out without even looking at all four wheels and my car but there was a car behind me that had to be moved first. While having to wait I jumped out and did a walk around on my car by luck and found both drivers side fenders had been scratched. I pointed it out and told them I would be back with my phone with video of my car from before I dropped it off since they were clear in stating they could not have done it. I came back twenty minutes later and showed them the video and despite there being proof that the marks were not there a couple of days prior to them and only them being around my car and removing my wheels, they again said there is no way they could have done it. For a place that handles very expensive vehicles all day every day and my showing proof the damage was not there and them stating they would do nothing and that it could not have been done by them I am extremely upset. I hand wash my car every time it leaves the garage which is very rare and not only do I know this damage was not there but the fact they can watch a video just prior to my dropping it off and tell me sorry not our problem is quite insulting. Just got an estimate and it is 800$ in paint required to repaint the panels as the scratches cannot be buffed as you can feel them with a fingernail. While I recognize people probably try and scam all the time saying damage was done, I on the other hand just by chance had proof the damage was done while it was there. Use them at your own risk as they do not care about their customers or they would have done something (anything) to make this right. read more

I came here to see if they could repair a bent wheel. They were not able to so they ordered a new one for me. The guy told me it would take 7- 10 days before it was ready. They charged me $550.00 for the new wheel. Two weeks later, after I had still had heard nothing from them and was still riding around on a doughnut, I tried calling them to check the status. After leaving 2 messages for the guy who helped me, I still had received mo return call. On the 3rd attempt, 17 days after my initial visit, I left another message and the guy finally called me back saying it would be another 4 days. No apology, reason, or explanation. When it finally was ready 21 days later, I came in and stood at the front desk for almost ten minutes before anyone even offered to help....and this was not because they were busy. They had to page the guy who helped me 3 or 4 times, and it took him another 20 minutes to come out. Finally, when he brought the wheel out to my car, I noticed that it was missing the Acura middle eblem piece. When I asked him about this, he tried claiming that the original wheel I brought in did not have that piece and that it must have popped out when I damaged the wheel. After having to dispute this and argue with him about it, because I was absolutely positive that the wheel I brought in had this piece, he stormed inside saying he would look but that he knew it wasn't there. He came back out about five minutes later with the piece. Still no apologies, nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and go figure, it was him. I seriously almost started laughing. That was definitely the icing on the cake. As it turns out I could have gotten a new wheel, the exact same one, the same day, and cheaper at the actual Acura dealership, a place who actually cares about their customers and knows what the term customer service means. Take my advice and don't make the same mistake that I did by coming to this place. read more

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP,,,Called and got a verbal estimate for my 4wheels to be resurfaced and clear coated. Because the car is an expensive type. They said they would come to the car and remove the wheels, resurface the wheels and then put them on the car. Sound good...right. The guy shows up and acts like he knows what he's doing. I had to stay with him and make sure he jacked the car up correctly because he didn't have a clue. Got all wheels off car without damage...because I insisted on giving directions on where to put jack..he also argued with me on location.They refinished wheels but left grooves where the lathe stroke the wheel surface. They must of had the speed of the lathe feed to fast. I needed the wheels for a car show, so I accepted them.same guy is installing them on car. Again, I have to monitor every move he's making because he's again placing the jack and wood board under the wrong location. I worked with him for 3 wheels, thinking he's got the idea..right. I go get my phone and call the Rollout shop to tell them about the wheels and to get the guy some tip money. I come back out and he has moved to the last wheel and letting the car down. And leaves. So now I have my wheels on and from 10 feet away they look brand new. I back the car our of garage to see in sunlight, start taking photos and notice under car where the last wheel was installed broken fiberglass at the area where the jack was placed. $1200 dollars to get this repaired by the way. I call Rollo back and they immediately call me a liar and that there jack guy doesn't make mistakes. I insist to talk to manager ...he's not there...right. I called back over several days..no manager available and owner is out of town. I get car repaired for show. I go by with photos of freshly damaged area. The again insist that they are not at fault and will not pay for damages. Or give me owners contact info. They became rude and basically all there front people eg ores and basically asked me to leave that they are to busy to talk to me... BEWARE OF THIS SHOP,,, Bottom line..I don't recommend them. I wish I could give Rollos less than one star they are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered in any type of auto shop. I went there to simply balance my brand new tires and wound up with a flat tire 2 hours later because of their own carelessness. Then when I call to tell them about what happened and how they didn't put my cap on right because it causes the tire to leak air ( cap has gauge) if not put on properly they tell me they didn't touch the tire caps when I saw them putting them back on the day before with my own two eyes ... Aren't you supposed to check the tire pressure anyways after a balance?! All of the caps wouldn't have been loose if no one touched them but the point is they don't ever accept responsibility for any mistakes. Things happen mistakes happen but a good business works with their customers to find a solution and fix any sudden occurrences .. All I got was two extremely rude people on the phone saying they didn't touch anything they only balanced the tires...Ok so u did put air in it and that does require taking off the caps.. But it was just denial and not accepting any part of it then not even two minutes into our conversation I want to file a complaint and they just hang up on me dead in my face ... I have a wife that's 39 weeks pregnant and a 3 yr old son and I feel like they don't care about the safety of their customers. Rollos is the absolute worst tire shop in houston and I hope they get sued for the way they do people wrong. read more

Very bad customer service. When I called they told me that my wheels were ready for pickup but when I went there I still had to wait almost an hour to get my wheels. When I asked the lady at the counter she told me that they were assembling my wheels. The guys at the shop don't look very professional and I'm not sure that they know what they are doing. useless shop. wanted 3x the value to fix a motorcycle rim, upon me walking out a manager chased me down to get my business, talked them down to a price i agreed with and left my rim, was told 1 day turnaround. next day i show up and my rim has not been touched, and i get and excuse of 'we do not have a tool we need, would need to order." i tell them go ahead i dont mind waiting a few extra days, i am told 4 days to a week. I went back after 9 days, still had not recieved call or anything, and am told they did not fix it because they need a special tool... and they had left my rim outside in the rain the entire time not covered. motorcycle rims have bearings in them, so they 1 ruined my bearings and 2 didnt fix anything and just cause more problems for me without even telling me they werent gonna order what they need... place is a joke, when i called about 6 days into it to see status of my rim, i was put on hold by a woman and she forgot she put me on hold.... I'm a lifetime customer now! I had some wheels repaired at Rollo's and they did an absolute excellent job. I've had wheels repainted in the past by these fly by night wheel repair companies that some local dealerships use but at Rollo's it's definetly done correctly. They don't just spot paint over the damaged areas but strip down to bare metal, prime, paint and bake. I've had issues with other tire companies chipping the paint just on rotations. These guys mounted, balanced and installed without a single chip. I live an hour away on the East side of town and will be driving over from there from here on out. It was an accident that I found them on my way to another wheel repair shop but glad I stopped because Henry informed me that he had a set of used 90% life tires which he gave me a very fair deal. They also take trade in's. Best experience yet at tire and wheels shop. No matter what vehicle you drive they have it or can get it. Customer for life at this point. read more

Very bad customer service experience. I took in my car for a wheel repair. The people behind the counter didn't seem in any way concerned with why I was there for. When someone finally would come up to me, they would say they would get someone else to help! Lol (really?) all the while some guy is casually eating pizza they just delivered and the manager was on the computer with a lady (of course) joking and laughing while I stood there in front of them. Finally someone decided to put his pizza slice down and come and see what I needed. I tell him I need my wheel repaired, explained what had happened and he said drive your car to the bay, so I did. Well I stood there waiting for at least 1 1/2 hours until I finally went and asked what was going on. So the guy says " oh yeah, you need a new wheel" looking at me as if I should have already known. Wow. The part I am having trouble understanding, is that it wasn't like they were swamped at 12:45 pm on this Friday afternoon. This place made me feel like they are not in any hurry to help you unless you're a hot girl or buying expensive products. After finding out they did not and could not replace my original wheel they offered to fix it like I originally requested. Again wow! So I left it there said it would be ready the next day at 2:00pm. Rollo's is the type of place you would go to if you want something cheap, sort of works and you don't mind being ignored. I called for a price for a set of tires for my vehicle. After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes a person picked up and asked if he could assist (in broken English). I stated what I was looking for and he put me on hold for another 20 minutes. He stated he had the tires and I told him I would be by. When I arrived, I waited (as others did) near the cash register for 15 minutes (and yes, they weren't busy). Finally someone asks if I had been helped. By this time, I was pretty upset. I've wasted over an hour of my day, waiting for these boobs to assist me and they were totally non-challant about this whole situation. To make a long story short. They did NOT have the tires in stock and was forced to go to Discount tire and wait another 3 hours to get them replaced. When you have anti-social, unskilled personnel working at companies like these, this is what you get. I learned my lesson. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BOOBS. read more
