This was my favorite place to go for some good quality food until yesterday. I had placed my order for delivery and at the end of my order I got told "okay" and got hung up on. I called back and asked to talk to someone else to complete the rest of the delivery process. I never got told how long or that the restaurant was backed up so I assumed that it would only take about a half hour considering I ordered 3 cheesesteaks, fries, onion rings and a 2L. I waited for over an hour and decided to call back. I got greeted on the phone by the same woman who took my order the first time and asked to speak to a manager. The "manager" was very rude, didn't care attitude, ignorant and had no clue how long the driver supposedly left the restaurant. I then got a call from the driver saying he was leaving now to get to me. I received my food which was doused in hot sauce, all of the cheesesteaks were cold and soggy, fries soggy and cold. I called back to complain about the whole situation to which the manager responded she knew my food had been sitting there for "awhile" (over an hour) and offered to send out new food. I was in no mood to wait another hour for food and least to say I will not be returning. The attitude from staff (other than the driver who delivers he's very nice always) the cold food that they knew had been sitting there but sent out anyways, and just overall attitude by everyone you talk to is very disappointing. Unacceptable. We ordered 80 wings, 3 pizzas and 5 sandwiches for the super bowl. The only item we received that was good were the sodas. The wings were uneatable and some of them didn't even have meat on the bone. We called the manager and after some back and forth they basically said they pre cook the wings so they can't help if some of the meat falls off and ended up hanging up. The Super Bowl is one of my favorite days of the year and I was looking forward to wings all day long but ended up being sadly dissatisfied. Unacceptable how terrible the food was and then nothing was done to a customer that placed an order over $100 dollars. We're going to end up giving the food to a homeless person tonight. Usually get takeout pizza which is always good. Went to check out new dining room. Four of us ordered and the first two sandwiches came out together, a Stromboli came about eight minutes later the side salad for that came several minutes after that. We ordered for a Super Bowl party and they got our order wrong. We ordered earlier in the day so they had a great deal of time to make it. The food showed up and the wings were eaten and gross! The sandwiches were disgusting, and the pizza was average at best! We called to tell them and they asked if we want more wings, we wanted to give the food back and get a refund. The owner and manager both didn't care and HUNG up on us! This food was so poor I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, EVER! My hubby and I went for the first time last night, November 2013, a Saturday. We live in the neighborhood and my hubby is a snob and thinks you need to leave our area to get good Italian food. I saw a coupon in the mail, so I suggested we give it a try. He agreed with me. We had an excellent meal and were happy to have such a good place so close by. I would give them 5 stars but the coffee was terrible and they had no hot tea. They need to fix that fast. They have breakfast too, so get on the coffee fix please. Didn't think it was possible to screw up a chicken cheesesteak... there was no cheese or flavor.

I just ordered an eggplant parmesan meal from this Roma. It should really be called "spaghetti with a dash of fried eggplant on top". The thinnest layer of eggplant I have ever seen, and it doesn't even say that it comes with pasta in the description on Grubhub. $16 for plain spaghetti and a garnish of eggplant...I'm unsatisfied to say the least. read more

In town for job training came to Roma Pizza for lunch. This place is fantastic. I am serious when I say they have the best fries I have ever had. And the chicken cordon bleu was just completely delicious :). the staff is real friendly and super nice. 5 stars for me. read more

We drove by Roma a few times and noticed they always have a crowd on the weekend so we thought we'd give it a try. Upon entering, the owner greeted us and promptly seated us even though we didn't have a reservation. We were amazed that everyone in the dining room seemed to know each other which led us to believe this was a favorite place among the locals. The servers were great and much to our surprise brought us a complimentary glass of wine from a local winery when they overheard me say I forgot to bring my bottle. I had the Veal Juliana and my husband had the Chicken Michael. Both were huge portions served over pasta along with salad and garlic knots. The dinners were expertly prepared and we had enough leftover for a meal the next day. If that wasn't enough, Roma also has entertainment on the weekend beginning at 6:30. We had the pleasure of listening to Donnah Lisa sing as some of the dinner guests even got up and danced. We had a very nice time and a great dinner at this neighborhood gem. My "go to" pizza place for guaranteed great pizza, fast delivery, and good service. Even if I didn't live right down the street, I would go out of my way to get some Roma's. The guys who work there are always friendly and fast. Every once in a while I get a little crazy and try a dinner entree that is not pizza. The lasagna tastes like my mom's. My fiancée and I order from here alot, but this will be changing. More often than not we have received poor customer service from this establishment. Our order is frequently wrong. Thisbtime we decided to call to have this remedied and we spoke to a woman who said she was the manager, named Janice. We explained we didnt receive what we ordered so we wanted to make sure we were not charged and if so the extra topping needed to be refunded. She acted like she couldnt look up what was charged and then proceeded to tell us she wrote this down so it must have been done. If you cant see what was charged how could you write down an order? She was rude and absolutely unreasonable. Its a shame because their food is great. Thwy need to find some better staff. read more

I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS MY LEVEL OF DISAPOINTMENT! My food was so cold it may have been refrigerated. I ordered a cheesesteak sub with no bread. I understand that placing it in a tin would make it cols sooner however that's why they have delivered it in a warmer with past deliveries. I also ordered the fried pickles that supposed to come with a dipping sauce. In the past they have failed to deliver the sauce so I specified "Please make sure that the sauce is delivered. Of course it was not. I also ordered a 20oz bottle of diet soda. I got a fountain soda instead filled with ice. I don't pay extra money for a cup of ice.... Before I even ordered I had gotten pricing through Gruphub which was $13.99 not including the $2.00 delivery fee. when I got the slip to sign the bill was for $17.90 for COLD FOOD, NO DIP, AND THE WRONG DRINK. But or course you feel obligated to leave a tip and the driver did say that he would bring back the soda. when the driver delivered my so called meal I didn't even know that the food was cold before he let. I didn't see that there was no sauce. So I called to let them know. I told them all of my multiple complaints and told them that the food was in the garbage. HE LITERALLY TOLD BE TO DIG THROUGH THE GARBAGE AND SEND THE FOOD BACK WITH THE DRIVER FOR A REFUND!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! KEEP THE MONEY CALL IT A GIFT FROM ME TO YOU!!!!!
