Came here for dinner. Regular space inside nothing special. Even though we arrived at 7PM they ran out of dough for large sized pizzas. We tried the margaria, Miami and one with sausage/hot pepper. Overall pizza was decent, not as high quality as I'd hope with the price. I would like to try other pies next, maybe one with more cheese on it. The crust was fantastic and there was plenty spinach & garlic on this pie. I also got a cannoli for a little sweet treat. Probably the biggest one I've ever had with the filling overflowing. It had a slight citrus hint to it with specks of what I believe is orange. I had ordered off their website and it gave me an estimate of 25 minutes which I thought was wildly inaccurate (for typical pizza joints) so I gave it an extra 15 on that. You might not expect what you are in for, when you see Bricco in the little strip mall off of rt 70 on the border of Cherry Hill and Marlton. Inside is an open kitchen where the team prepares pasta and pizza from scratch and a mish mosh of various size and color booths and tables for seating. There are a few large flat screen TV's where sports can be found playing during during Philly games. The menu isn't huge, but every single thing we have tried has been super great. Don't let the category "panini's" fool you, because hidden within is one of south jersey's most incredible cheesesteaks on an artisan style crusty roll with Cooper sharp cheese in abundance. You get fries or a salad with it, and honestly at one sitting I can only eat half because it's a big one! We have had the Miami pizza which has buffalo mozzarella, small cup pepperoni, Calabrian Chili's and honey - epic! The servers for the most part are friendly and attentive, and we have never really seen the place overly crowded - we've never had to wait for a table. Always loved the Haddon location, so it's great to have another option. The restaurant, itself, is casual and very nice inside- it's clear they put a lot of thought and money into making a very comfortable space. The pizzas are ridiculously good in any form. Ordered pickup for a pizza night at Bricco which we've have over at the other establishment. Service was great and inside was clean and very nicely put together. The coal fired gives a bit of crunch with burnt edges and slight smokey taste. Sauce is savory and cheese is tasty. The pizza was very light and thin which we didn't remember from the other one. Very good. For the ones complaining about being "burnt".... Don't get coal fired pizza because it's not your thing. read more

Maybe that was just the day we were there and the AC is pumping now but the day we went it was very uncomfortable. The cheese pizza was delicious, good sauce and good cheese. Love the charred edges on the crust - very thin pizza. The mozzarella frites were good, essentially fancy mozzarella sticks- what's not to love. Wish I had pictures. We went because it was Friday during lent. So no meat. Being from a Italian background we heard it was good and looked forward to a nice meal. It was more of an upscale pizzeria. Atmosphere was nice. I have a service animal so we asked for seating in front. Our server was handling multiple things so as you can guess we weren't a priority. Appetizers came out and were very good. So we were all excited about the meal. I hadn't eaten all day and was extremely hungry. However when the main dishes came out I was surprised at how small my portion was?! I asked for something not exactly on the menu. And paid an extra $2 for it. That wasn't the problem. Moving from marinara to vodka sauce. I didn't care. But the entree was served in a big pasta bowl and it looked like they were serving a child's portion. My daughter's boyfriend also recieved the same meal. Both of are not small people and I was worried it wouldn't fill him or me. Thankfully my wife and daughter's meals (both pasta)(rigatoni with burrata and pesto cheese ravioli) were about 3/4 full. we had those meals when the girls were done. Don't get me wrong. The food was great. But when you pay $27 for spaghetti you would expect a full bowl. Plus I'm at an Italian restaurant... we got pasta with sauce/gravy wouldn't you expect bread?!!! Yep no bread!!! That's where the lack of service comes in. We waited to ask for bread to not waste the expensive meal we got and you got it. No one came until all plates were empty and piled on the center of the table. Another server saw this came over and apologized for the incident. He also gave us a 10% discount. Had a stupendous burger, me and my wife split this meaty mound of perfection, the fries that accompanied it were excellent. Ranked 16th in the country for their pizza by Food & Wine, and I can see why. Incredibly light perfectly charred wonderfully flavored. The pizza went down as smooth as that burger. Stopped in for dinner on a Sunday night and got lucky as we were seated right away. The French fries were like boardwalk fries and the three dipping sauces just added to already deliciousness of the fry. The pizza was crispy with a flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked pepperoni. Service was slow but the food is good. My date had the margherita pizza and said it was one of the best she ever had. Crispy thin crust. I had the cheesesteak and it was excellent. We decided to try here over the weekend and it was good! The servers there were really nice, one even offered to take a pic for us as we were failing with trying to get a selfie. And it was during a busy time too so we appreciated it. The fries with the truffle aioli and the hot dipping sauce was really good. Loved the beet Burrata and funghi pizza. We appreciated how our server was very mindful of my kid's food allergy. The place was really nice and clean, it was a cute place to celebrate a couple birthday. It was busy on a weekend night so expect to wait a bit on the weekends. We appreciated that they didn't rush us out despite the people waiting. We tried bricco to see what the hype was all about. I actually went 3 times, really good establishment for family and friends dinner although they are quite busy so the wait time could be a negative. The food is really good if you are used to this type of pizza and food (often time, people expect pizza hut type of crust). Branded themselves the 16th best pizza in the world...and they were so close. Don't get me wrong, the pizza was pretty damn good, there was just something slightly off. The flavor profiles were all there, light sauce; fresh cheese; and a nice thin crust; however, I could do without the burnt edges. The coal fire does give it a nice smokey flavor, and I realize burnt edges comes with the territory, just not my favorite thing on a pizza. The rest of the dishes were good too. The wings, well, don't go to a pizza place for wings. All in all the service was great (we just beat the rush) and the ambiance is charming. I recommend going early and you need to at least try it once to see what the 16th best pizza place in the whole world taste like. I would go back, but perhaps try their other location. Love the Bricco location in Westmont and was so excited to see they'd opened a location right around the corner from us in Cherry Hill! After being longtime fans of the Westmont location, my family and I finally got around to trying the Cherry Hill location. It did not disappoint. The menu was very similar with some additions and subtractions. We were a bit bummed our favorite appetizer wasn't on the menu, but that's ok! We ordered the harvest salad, the hot roast pork sandwich with fries, and the sailor pizza for our party of three. The food was made and delivered to us quickly. The salad was delicious with the perfect amount or all ingredients. The roast pork sandwich was much larger than anticipated and came with a ton of fries. It was quite delicious and beat out some of the areas "best of" lists in our opinion. The sailor pizza was also great. It had the perfect amount of flavor and just the right amount of coal fired char. James, our server was a gem. From the moment we sat down he was very personable and attentive without being too much. He was extremely busy but never looked overwhelmed and always had a smile on his face. He knew the menu inside and out and was honest with his opinions when we asked about different items on the menu. We are thrilled to have a Bricco closer to home and will definitely be back! read more
