Not too bad but won't be back, to be honest I'm not sure that Olive Garden isn't better. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The service was good but there was a hair in our calamari appetizer. They immediately remade it but still ICK. They didn't even comp the appetizer. Nice inside with no wait which was a bonus. First time here. Was greeted and advised of some good entrees by the hostess. Waitress came and got our drinks quickly. She took her time with us while ordering. My wife had the meatball lasagna. It was delicious. I had chicken Parmesan with rigatoni. Also delicious. Now I paid $4 extra for a side Caesar salad and she ordered the $4 dollar bread. My salad came as a house with ranch. Not even 2 minutes later, the waitress came with my Caesar saying they messed up. Instead of pitching it they gave it to my wife for free. The atmosphere was a normal new sit down restaurant. Nice clean and welcoming. The only reason I won't give them 5 stars is because I feel all Italian restaurants should serve a side salad and bread at no extra cost. Excellent service, quality food. Went here twice. First for dinner and we enjoyed a very nice espresso martini. Then went back for their lunch menu. Restaurant is clean and comfortable. Great for both large parties or to grab a quiet seat at the bar. A gem for sure! read more

Came back a second time and tried more dishes, salmon was very good but veggies could be better. Seafood bucatini was a great idea but could have been bigger seafood pieces. Salad was excellent and had excellent dressing. All in all Roma is good for Italian in this area. read more

We camp in Pigeon Forge often. We saw this new restaurant and decided to try it out. I am so glad we did!!! Amazing service and equally amazing food. They have 3 pastas that are made fresh, by hand, daily. Even the not fresh pasta was so good. The Truffle Bread was a hit at our table. Everyone loved it. I would recommend this restaurant, if you're looking for Italian food. We started with the meatballs and zucchini frito. Both were excellent. I had the LEMON CHICKEN SCALLOPINI. Almost perfect. I prefer a tad bit more lemon flavor. However, if you like scallopini, you'll love this. We had great service and since it's only been open for a few months, it still had that new clean look to it. We had such a great experience here! The host accidentally sat us in an area that didn't have an assigned server and we waited about 10 minutes while we looked at the menu before finally grabbing a waitress passing by to let her know that no one had taken our drink order. She was very apologetic and said that she would put our drinks and appetizer in right away and then she ended up being our waitress the rest of the time. Her name was Vanessa and she did a truly exceptional job! After our food arrived, the manager came over and apologized for the mixup and told us he was going to remove the appetizer from our check as their way of apologizing. We honestly loved everything so much and had forgotten about our delayed wait by the time he came over so it was a very nice gesture and pleasant surprise. Service was great although there wasn't many people there WHICH IS INSANE, this place had some of the best chicken parm I've ever had it was nice and crispy and just tasted amazing. Great dinner spot in Pigeon Forge! The reviews are strong for a reason... we decided to give it a try on a whim and because it was not super crowded. There is a ton of parking and some great seating for larger groups. The zucchini app is fantastic as is the bruschetta. There is a lemon aioli that comes with the zucchini that is fantastic. They should serve it with a side of fries as its own appetizer! We tried several pizzas and the lemon chicken. The prosciutto and fig pizza is excellent and a surprise win was the Caesar salad which comes with tomatoes and pine nuts. A very odd addition but one that gives it a really great texture and flavor profile. The prices are very fair for the portions which is nice in a resort area like this. Eight of us ate for $160 with appetizers. Our server was great and everything came out fast a fresh. Really on the border of giving it 5 stars but stuck with 4... it's a strong 4 though and definitely worth going back!!! read more

The bad is everything that you normally get in other restaurants you're getting charged like bread/salad or for example a substitution of lobster for shrimp you're paying $2 extra. Met up at this restaurant for an adult birthday diner. Easily accommodated our group of 8. The ambiance was casual and comfortable. Not too loud but close... I lean a bit more towards quieter, adult dining. The food was very good. The homemade rigatoni is a standard pasta with most of the entrees and it was very tasty. The eggplant parmigiana was delicious. My wife had lasagna, it too was very good. Portions were on the large side as is the standard it seems most everywhere. Personally, I love having leftovers to take home and enjoy again. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They readily helped us with a cake that we brought in to celebrate. Menu prices were not too bad, a dinner for 4 could easily hit $100+ with tip. As far as Italian food in general it was OK. I thought the portions were small for the high price tag. The pasta was over cooked but the pesto sauce was delicious. One downfall was the $4, tiny loaf of bread. I understand it's a la cart but $4 for bread is a bit much. Picked this out as someplace new to try. My best advice is don't. Place was nice, fairly new. Seated quickly, enough. Service was lackluster. Prompt but it was obvious server wasn't into it at all. My wife had bucatini and meatballs (apparently their take on spaghetti). Noodles were tough, over cooked and dish was lukewarm not hot. I had lasagna. Now I know lasagna is cooked ahead due to time, however, when warming it to serve, one, get it warm, and two, don't brown the bottom layer almost to the point of burnt. And the meatballs in both dishes were dry and flavorless. Honestly for the money, there are many other choices in the Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg area. Save the trip and pick another! read more

I wish i could really say something positive, i mean it looks pretty and service was good. But when the food came out it was just so mediocre. Me and my boyfriend ordered a margherita pizza and a meatball sub sandwhich. The pizza came out almost watery and regulartomato's on it? which was weird because it's supposed to have sliced grap tomatoes... also had nooo flavor. Meatballs tasted microwaved and also had no flavor, but the pesto was good i will give them that. I guess this place is only for pasta cause the sub and pizza was nottt it. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the people were so sweet, I'm from Kentucky and I met one of the servers and she was from very close to my home town and it was great to know that some people from my home area are around. The environment is absolutely fantastic and is beautiful, the colors they use all complement each other very well and if you get a booth seat they are VERY comfortable.
