Like I said before, having an account and the app is key as you can create lists, save items, order ahead or better yet, check inventory!!! I used it not only to gauge the location of items but also to make sure they had everything in stock, as I needed to get everything in one swoop and use a coupon for savings. If you are doing something major like a bed or larger pieces, you'll get a printout if it's not available in the self-service aisle for you to go over to the far corner of the building where they have the pickup point. They won't pull your item until you've paid for it, so make sure you give yourself about 10-15 minutes. Mine took over 30 mins and the downside was that I couldn't preload anything in my car, as that was the bulky stuff that had to go in first and on the bottom. All the customer service members were helpful that ended up interacting with this last trip (6 people).

For as long as I can remember, it was a special outing to head to IKEA in Tempe from the north side…read moreof the city. It has been quite some time since I've been out to IKEA in Tempe but it still feels like just yesterday when I was last there. Now, there are other locations that have opened up in North Phoenix and Scottsdale. The Tempe location is HUGE! With two floors and plenty of great amenities, this store has a bit of everything. At the same time, it is easy to get lost and sometimes, it is difficult to find your way out of the store. They have a Swedish restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Småland which a supervised play area, and a Click & Collect area available for pre-placed online orders. There are plenty of staged areas for each type of room from a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and more along with a Market Hall where you see sections on cookware and tableware, textiles and rugs, bed and bath textiles, bathroom accessories, home organization, lighting and home electronics, and home decoration. There is also a self-serve furniture area, the as-is area, check-outs, and customer service. This particular store is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM. The cafe is open during the same hours. They are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving and have special store hours on July 4th, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Other than offers, sales, and deals, they do host events and activities, which can be found on their website (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/stores/tempe). You can also sign up for IKEA Family where you get birthday freebies ($10 off coupon plus free cake or Swedish meatballs). It's free to join. IKEA Tempe sells everything for the home all under one roof. To better help customers with inspiration, our unique shopping experience includes individual room settings and complete home displays as well as specialty shops full of home accessories and home decor. This is a huge location with most items in stock. While the prices are sometimes more than other stores, it is still a fun place to walk around and quality items you can buy. I recommend that you check it out!

We went to the 4pm buffet and the lines weren't too bad. Really liked everything I tried especially marinated herring in mustard sauce and smoked salmon. Also enjoyed a bowl of different desserts either wife. I really liked that the desserts are much lighter and less sweeter than the typical American desserts. It was a great value at $19.99 snd will probably ably return for their Christmas buffet I learned about from another person in line.

They still had their meatballs and salmon but offered fish balls and roasted vegetables that I really enjoyed. My favorite was their seafood sampler which consisted of smoked salmon, marinated herring in mustard sauce and cucumber salad. It was quite tasty and I ended up buying a couples jars of the herring after the buffet. Their shrimp salad and potato salad was pretty good too. For drinks, they had sparkling pear and apple ciders along with all the usual sodas and coffee. I was happy to see they had the strawberry shortcake which is my fave as it's so light and airy and not too sweet. We also enjoyed the cookies with decaf coffee. It was a nice ending to a very satisfying meal. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this buffet and it was very well priced at only $19.99/person. The event also had a singer/guitarist for entertainment which was a very nice touch.

Beautiful, absolutely BEAUTIFUL Every kind of plant you could want. Inside and outside are gorgeous. The plants are on the higher side but they are taken care of beautifully and it is an Experience you don't want to miss! We bought a banana plant kit that I thought would be fun. Stop by and spend a leisurely afternoon at Pueblo. J took the best care of us.

Anyways, super cute place with a lot of plant themed gifts and items, and of course, a lot of plants! While I'm not looking for more indoor plants I could not resist getting a healthy prayer plant. Small but I thought a good deal at $12. They also had some really tempting haworthia but I had to say no as I do not have my current indoor plant menagerie under control. Excuse to go back in the future! I went mid-day on a weekday and was able to get street parking easily. It might be harder during certain hours. This spot on Grand has really gorgeous planters - and the shop is across from Novel ice cream and like a 2 min walk from Grand Ave Brewing, so if you time it right you could support multiple local businesses!
