Kevin and his wife claimed to have driven this truck for a whole week with no problems at all! I take it to the shop and they diagnose 17 different issues that could cause all the problems I had. Check engine light, shaking, idling very hard at stop lights! None of this happened during the test drive. The Wynn warranty that I purchased along with the vehicle did not initially agree to pay for any repairs. The pamphlet was printed upside down. Should have been a big red flag! Finally, after fighting with the repair shop, the warranty paid for something but I was still left paying almost $3000 for a motor! Please take a mechanic with you before purchasing anything from this auto lot! Do not trust!! The wife mentioned how stressed out I looked while signing the paperwork. No Wonder!! BUYER BEWARE My son purchased a vehicle in August of this year (2021) and we also purchased the NVP…read more5-star warranty as we were told "it covers everything bumper to bumper" and that any future problems within the timeframe of the warranty would be covered (we upgraded to 5-star for better coverage) - this was a huge lie. With a used car we thought this was a good thing to do and my son wouldn't have any big out of pocket repair bills. Not only did we waste $1,800 on the warranty (lesson learned, these warranties are a rip-off and we were naive) but the car needs $4,000 worth of work. The warranty covers $500 less the deductible so NVP will pay out about $400. We should have taken this car to another licensed shop to be thoroughly inspected even if it would have cost $$ before purchase. Learn from our mistakes and avoid this dealership or buy nothing without a thorough off-site inspection. Also see the other reviews below. We both tried talking with them to work something out but they brushed us off, told my son they won't do anything and gave me the old "I'll check into it and call you back" brush off - nothing further. If they had been willing to work with us even a little on the repairs or stupid warranty we purchased we would have been happy, but no. Needless to say, I would never recommend them. We really liked the car when we test drove it, but it started smoking about 10 minutes into the drive. When we returned, Gabe assured us the problem would be fixed and sure enough!
