I personally love Frank and Linda's for two things.. 1. Their eggplant Parmesan and 2. Their Alfredo sauce. Other than those two things the place is dirty, full of dollar store knock knacks that don't make one iota of sense, they put American cheese slices in their salads, their servers have four teeth between the lot of them, there is constant fighting you can hear with the back of the house, etc. They literally have nail salon pictures and vending machines in the ladies room. But... their eggplant Parmesan is worth it.

Food was very good. Reminds me of diners we used to go to in Chicago. Large menu. Lots to choice from.

You cannot get waited on unless you know someone there. It's a shame the food was really good

A nice little restaurant with great food, tons of good specials, when your sick of chain restaurant food, this is a definite must.

The reviews looked pretty good, and about the best Italian food in the Pooler area. So we ventured…read moreover to try it out. The building looked a bit suspect when we arrived, like it was an old Wendy's or Pizza Hut. The parking lot takes you in a one way dead end spiral so getting out involves a three point turn done in reverse when the lot is full. We sat in the car for 5 minutes contemplating going somewhere else. We finally took a chance and boy were we surprised. The food was fantastic, service was great and the portions are monstrous. Complimentary garlic knots and marinara started off the meal. The Garden Salad was $8 which seems like a lot until you realize that splitting it results in two salads bigger than most restaurants serve. The Shrimp Scampi is huge and delicious! The Manicotti was big and hearty with plenty of cheese. The Pollo Picatta was lemony and light, with tons of spaghetti and plenty of capers and artichoke hearts. Incredible meal and fantastic value considering the portions they serve. Caitlyn was our server and she was spot on with everything throughout the meal. Great job... weird parking lot and all.

As a long time server, I understand most issues any restaurant, quick serve might have. What I…read moredon't understand is how the owner himself called me to inform me that the Port Wentworth location had 0 drivers and that my $169.00 order had to be canceled. No issues, tbh. I just stated go ahead and cook it, I'll do pick up instead. The gentleman was quite surprised at my response, and said it was too late to still make it as they had canceled my order before calling me. A little irritated because then I had to go back on the app and reorder 4 jumbo speciality pizzas and 40 wings. I don't see why they didn't call me first. Here's my first issue, I didn't get my 169.00 back, and still haven't yet. Said 3 to 5 business days. But now I have to buy it all over again. Then I get there, my order should be finished. They haven't even started it. I try to be completely flexible and understanding, but then I get to watch the owner who is delivering show up. And not long after, the other delivery driver shows up. So the owner lied first over the phone, and then the young lady in the front lied two times to my face. Said the owner was the only one working, she just didn't expect the young delivery driver to show up while I was in my car.

I should have just looked up the place on Yelp first to see the reviews. Placed an order through…read moreUberEats. After placing the order I got the notification that they use their own drivers (not UberEats drivers) and therefore the updates are hard to get through the app. Ok fine. I ended up calling the restaurant twice. The first time they told me the driver was about to leave. Then after 30 minutes, I called again and they told me the driver had left a while ago but that he should be getting to me soon. I asked if there was a way to share some status and they said no that they left a long time ago and that they did have one stop but should be getting to me soon. After 15 mins, I contacted UberEats directly as it said if the order was 20 mins late after ETA to get a refund. They told me that if that's what I wanted to do that they would have to first call the restaurant as procedure. They called, and the restaurant was closed. Unbelievable. If you can't handle orders through UberEats, then don't offer it.

Nonna Rosa came recommended and since we're not local we tried it. It's in a strip mall with plenty…read moreof parking. When you walk in you have to wait to be seated. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly and obviously very overworked. Only 3 people were working on this fairly busy Friday night. The owner/cook and 2 waiters (who also seat, pack to go, bus, expedite, etc.). I did notice an odd smell (like urine) but no one else seemed bothered. The burrata appetizer was good and presented well. Next up the entrees. We had veal Marsala which was average and chicken piccata. The chicken piccata tasted baked not fried (strange) but the sauce was good and gf pasta was great! Lastly, the dessert... tiramisu. The waiter said it was homemade and highly recommended. It was very cold from the refrigerator but otherwise was fine. I had high hopes coming in but I'd give an average overall rating.

The restaurant was pretty busy, but they did have adequate staff available so we were offered drinks right away. The bread that was brought out was very small pillow like rectangular pieces with some olive oil and balsamic to dip in. It was cold and not very impressive. We shared a burrata and it came with four slices of tomatoes and two balls of burrata drizzled with balsamic over some romaine lettuce. It was a nice start to the meal. I had the chicken marsala and my aunt had the chicken parmesan. The portion size was adequate and her pasta and veal had a lot of red sauce on it. The marsala sauce was a bit thin, and I would've liked more on my pasta. We each had a glass of wine which was served quickly and complemented the meal nicely. The server was attentive and the food was hot. Overall, it was a good, not great experience.
