Overall, I'm very happy with my new floors. Romanoff Renovations did a great job with the main installation. The team was respectful, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. That said, there were a couple of frustrating issues. First, communication leading up to installation was difficult. All coordination went through a 1-800 number, and I wasn't able to speak directly with the local installer beforehand. I called twice to confirm a specific request and was assured it was noted and would be passed along. However, on installation day, I was told the installer never received those notes and couldn't accommodate the request. I would have understood if it wasn't possible but being told it would be handled and then finding out otherwise left me without a working toilet for two days. My second concern is with the workmanship in one of my bathrooms. While the other bathroom turned out great, in this one they cut out a rectangular section of flooring, leaving a noticeable open gap. Given the cost of the project, this felt like a disappointing shortcut. Despite these issues, the overall installation was professional, and most of the work was done very well. With better communication and more consistent attention to detail, this would have been a five-star experience. read more

This was the first time I've lived in one place long enough to have to replace my carpet and I can't be more please with how well things went. Patrick Hunt and his crew did an amazing job with the installation of my new carpet. Patrick and his crew showed up timely, walked me through what to expect and gave an estimate of completion time. Even though the weather was less than desirable the crew quickly completed the removal of our old carpet & padding making sure to clean the floors of any debris before starting the installation process. The outcome is phenomenal and this crew made it happen.... I would highly recommend this crew and will personally request their service in the spring when the time comes to replace the flooring in the rest of my house. read more

Had a Great experience with Romanoff Renovations and their install crew, Javier A. Hernandez & John Snowden, they did a Great job as they were very professional and answered all my questions & concerns as well as doing a high quality install. They arrived on time and got right to work pulling up my 18 year old carpet and after the cleanup they got the new pad & carpet all measured, cut and installed, they did 2 bedrooms, living room and 2 hallways and it looks Great as you can see in my before and after pictures. I purchased Pergo flooring for my living and dining rooms, and carpet for my family/TV room through Home Depot. They use Romanoff for installations. For the Pergo, they sent two brothers-in-law who were delightful to work with and very professional in their work. They got the job done and were knowledgeable in giving me advice along the way. I couldn't be happier with the end product. For my carpet installation, they sent Walter, a wiry very experienced installer, who wrestled those big rolls by himself, did a beautiful job, and told me some great stories. After reading Yelp reviews I was highly cautious of using Romanoff Renovations. I bought carpet through Home Depot and of course you can't use anyone else. We really liked the carpet, but were hesitant about the crew. We had 1500 sq ft of carpet installed. We live in the Boise area. We could not be more pleased with the entire process. Both Home Depot and Romanoff. Carpet was installed very well and coordinated well. The guys had to come back a second day to install the stairs and we had a couple things we wanted them to fix which they took care of right away. I would not hesitate to recommend. read more

"Nacho" Ignacio and his crew did an amazing job! very efficient men. I had to carpet my entire 1600 sq ft house other than kitchen and bathrooms, it was alot of work! They showed up at around 4 and left at 7ish! I was very surprised at how quick they got the job done and what a good job! Such a clean, perfect install! Thank you guys! They were so respectful too! We are very satisfied with the job Romanoff did! They were friendly, polite and got the job done quickly. They moved all of the furniture out and back in without any damage to the furniture or the walls etc. The communication was excellent! The carpet installation was done with ease and very efficient! I am so happy with the job done. We purchased a brand new build 3 years ago, the carpet we paid more for was ready for the trash. It was stretching and rolling and coming away from door jams. They cut it short and patched it! So my new Carpet is beautiful and Installed Properly!! Now I can do my upstairs! RR did quick, professional and good quality work on installing new vinyl floors in pantry and laundry rooms. Bought the materials through Home Depot. I picked up parts of with RR bringing the vinyl itself. The job was dne in 2 1/2 hours. The only issue was to get the refund from Home Depot on what I overpurchased - which they resolved a couple days later. read more

Not only was he on time and cleaned as he was going he, was very courteous to my time as I work from home and he let me know when he was going to have to be extra loud incase I needed to be on the phone.
