Cheese sticks were hot and loaded, marinara was flavorful. We had the Deluxe pizza. The crust was light, the toppings were loaded! The sauce is sweet, and compliments the toppings well. We had ordered two pies for delivery and they said that was fine for the address on the order and that it would be ready in about 45 min. After that time comes around, they called back stating they are unable to deliver anymore, but if we were able to go pick it up at the store ourselves that the pies would be free of charge. When getting to the store to pick up, the owner had an attitude problem and stated how no food is free when I explained what he told me over the phone. I was damn well not about to pay for food that had been sitting out and done for over an hour either. I specifically stated how he mentioned that over the phone and made me drive out there for nothing but he did not want to hear no such thing about it being for free. (Meanwhile they were the ones who cancelled delivering in the first place.) I was very upset and not satisfied with him telling me one thing and then making it a different story when getting to the store to pick up my order. I would rate this an honest 0 if I could but seeing how I have to click a star, 1 its going to have to be. read more

It's a damn shame that u cant get what you ordered and paid for hamburger steak with gravy and onions had uncooked onions gravy had no flavor, mash potatoes didnt order gravy yet had gravy on them, bad enough the potatoes tasted like cardboard but then they drowned them in goop they call gravy, asked for cheese on my steamed broccoli would have been nice to be made aware it was going to be mozzarella cheese, food was to come with salad didnt get that also said it came with garlic bread but recieved the ends of a hoagie wit no butter no garlic and not toasted ordered cheese with strawberries got cherries...I paid for two of everything i meant ion for me and my boyfriend yet we could barely stomach on order between the both of us....was hungry now just annoyed i spent $40.00 read more

The owner is very rude. I had ordered a sub a few weeks back and it was messed up. It was a steak and cheese and Pepsi. When it arrived I did not get my drink and the sun had no cheese and pepperoni on it. After I called they said they would replace it the next time I ordered. Today I went to place and order and ask if in the order I could also get my sub. I was told they had no record. The owner told me F*ck you. read more

Roma's has amazing food! As well as a huge variety! It's not crazy expensive(depending on what you get). The only thing is that there are times where the servers can be a bit slow. Overall, this is a great place! read more

This place surprised me. It doesn't look like much, just the one server who is the cashier and just sits behind the cash register. Never busy. But I have only done pick up here. The pizza has a bit of a firmer dough than Marino's which is very soft on the bottom, not my kind of thing. Here it's a bit crispier and passes the pizza fold challenge. It was pretty good. Decent amount of toppings and no mess ups with the orders. Easy 4/5 stars. Would recommend for pick up. read more

They seem to have an extensive menu, I just got the pizza, so this review is for their pizza only.... Well, I ordered a large veggie pizza with no cheese at all, pepperoni and sausage on half, as I am a vegetarian and my boyfriend is not. also we sat and waited for it, they told us it would be 15 minutes, which was about right. In the meantime, we endured the unhappy waitresses LOUDLY complaining that they would have to stay late, trying to complain to each other over the 2 families that were dining there, which I thought was very rude, but as soon as a guy who looked like the manager came to the front, they piped down and continued their work quietly but CLEARLY aggravated and rude. So the pizza finally came out, and I was glad to be able to leave the place. 12.99 isn't very bad for a large pie....if it was better quality...the bottom of the pizza was a nice crisp golden brown, but the top was pretty much all white except for around the edge of the crust, which is strange, because a pizza with no cheese should cook faster and more thoroughly.. So, I decided to bite into it anyway, why not, I've come this far. The toppings were plenty, although not great at all, canned mushrooms and green peppers ruined it for me. The sauce was pretty good though, very plain. After a few bites, I noticed a strange taste and upon spitting my bite out, I realized that the entire top of the pizza was just raw...not doughy, just raw. So, I had a few more center bits and passed out for the night, I was too tired to endeavor another food mission. I usually cook at home but was not in the mood to do dishes at this hour.. So it is now the next day and im paying the price in the bathroom at work for the disaster of a pizza I purchased at Roma. Thanks a lot. Im still not sure what the worst part was of the whole experience, the service, the pizza, or the after effects. read more

My husband and I each ordered a club sandwich for lunch. The meat was cheap, processed meat of low quality and the cheese was Swiss singles. I don't know that it classifies as real. The bacon was pre-cooked and crumbled... Probably spooned on the sandwich. Not fresh by any means. The fries, of which there were few, were frozen and again not fresh. I guess it was okay for 8 bucks each... Waitress was horrible. Not professional at all. Never made eye contact, didn't acknowledge you when you were talking to her. She came by the table three times. Drink order-bring drinks and take order-bring order. Never checked on us when drinks were low. I guess there was something on her phone more important than customers. No name tags. She was in her thirties wearing a minion shirt and a nose piercing. There was a guy who stood by the door for a while waiting for this waitress to say something to him, finally she looked up and told him to seat himself. Yells from the register area to the door to acknowledge him instead of actually helping him. The place was shabby. Tables, chairs, carpeted floor. I will not be back. read more
