On a super busy day I promised the fam I would pick up some pizzas. They're sick of Dominoes so I grabbed 2 pizzas from here. I got a small supreme and a medium meat lovers and it was plenty of food for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was also way better pizza than delivery for a better price! The toppings were fresh and they were loaded with them. They had my pizzas ready when I got there from ordering on the app and they're so friendly. It's cute in there too. The good: great ambiance, one of the best waitresses I've ever had in Little Elm, decently quick kitchen while also pumping out to-go orders. The food flavor was great, there's a little bar with a tv above, or a more "intimate" area of the dining room. The fixable: I wish I could remember the name of what I got but it was lobster, shrimp, mussels, and pasta... while it was delicious- every.single.bite... had sand in it. Loud, crunchy, sand. Just clean and purge your mussels in some saltwater then rinse and hold the beach... This won't deter me from going, but highly likely to skip this dish and try something else. read more

I should've known something was off when my $18 chicken Alfredo was ready in 5-6 minutes. Any other Italian restaurant I've ordered from takes at least 15-20 minutes to prepare Alfredo fresh, especially when the chicken is supposed to be properly cooked. The chicken in my dish was undercooked and had a strange texture definitely not the crispy, fully cooked chicken you'd expect. On top of that, I was charged an extra $1 for Parmesan cheese. Rushed preparation, unsafe food, and unnecessary upcharges made this a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning. read more

Love this place!! The family who owns it are so friendly and they are one of the reasons we keep going back. The food is excellent. We usually order the calamari appetizer, Greek salads with the house dressing, and a large "Special" pizza. The provide complimentary garlic knots with sauce. I'm not sure how the family that owns this place are not fat. My wife and I have eaten here for years and the food has always been 1st rate. We haven't ever had a bad meal here. Cute place with large menu serving warm rolls upon greeting. We ordered a small cheese pizza for two littles which was delicious, jumbo shrimp scampi (jumbo for sure!) and lasagna. We've eaten in at Roma's before and enjoyed it but last night ordered pizza from Them for the first time. My supreme pizza was very good, with a great crust and lots of cheese and most toppings but a little light on the meat toppings. My wife's Veggie Feast not so great. It looked just like the supreme without the meat which made it very light on veggies for a veggie pizza. Plus, we ordered it with extra spinach since the menu said it normally had spinach. Our pizza not only didn't have extra spinach, but had NO spinach which was really disappointing as we were charged extra and my wife is a vegetarian who loves spinach on pizzas. I went here because I had been craving italian food. I ordered online and when i went and picked it up they were so quick, it was freezing outside and i was in and out in less than a minute. When i got home i opened my food and it was absolutely perfect. The pasta was so creamy and the tortellini was cooked perfectly, you get 5 garlic knots on the side and with the marinara it makes a perfect pair. The first words that come to my mouth is BLECH ! Actually Blech X 10. It'd actually located right next to it is Little Ceaser's, I believe a much better choice ! I walked into Roma's and asked if they sold pizza by the slice. The girl behind the counter said yes. I was excited, not many places in the area sell pizza by the slice. And, as an ex-NY'er there is no greater pleasure than finding a local pizza joint that sells good pizza by the slice. Here we go. I asked her for two slices, she tells me its going to be $7.57. I asked why it cost so much, that's quite a hefty sum for just two slices. ($3.50 per slice plus tax). She tells me they are LARGE NY slices. If that's the case, just give me one. I pay her and wait. About 5 minutes later they bring me my slice. I open the take out box and I was shocked, I took a double take. The slice was not only tiny but paper thin. On top of that, it looked like it was either made early this morning and just sitting around or it was from a leftover pie from yesterday. And this was supposed to be a large NY slice for $3.50. Can you say RIPOFF !!! Oh, did I mention it was paper thin and burnt ? (the manager told me it was their thin crust pizza,, ROFL) To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I asked the manger if this was normally what they serve as a slice. He said yes. I told him that if I sold this I would be ashamed for two reasons, 1) To charge $3.50 for this is an outrage, nonetheless calling it NY pizza and 2) How dare you sell leftover pizza as fresh. THROW IT OUT ! To say I would ever return to Roma's Pizza and Pasta in Little Elm, would be very far from the truth. I would rather go next store to Little Ceaser's and order a commercially made chain store pizza than eat the crap they tried to pass off to me as a NY style slice of pizza,,, BLECH ! Okay so we love the food at Romas, but when you have a HAIR in your meal that's just nasty. I stopped eating and waited for the waitress to come to the table. I showed her the hair that was in my meal. She asked if I was going to finish eating the meal. Wait what!? I said no I would like a fresh meal made and please put it in a to go container. She repeated herself more than once asking if I was going to finish the meal which made me have to repeat myself. I NEVER got an apology or anything! She did not even get the manager. She brought the meal in a to go container. The container was extremely hot, so we had to request it be placed in a bag so I didn't burn my hands carry it to the car. We did not expect to be charged for at least my meal, but of course we were. Why should we have to pay for something that was the restaurant's fault?! read more
