Had eaten here years ago, prior to COVID and it was outstanding!!!! Recently returned and couldn't believe this was the same place I'd eaten at years prior. The service was cold and blah. The calzone was hot out of the oven but the inside was not completely done. The dough was gummy. Soo good!! A small resturaunt that's off the main road but not the most flashy. It have the warmest home and comfort feeling while eating comfort food! We were seated and given a basket of bread which was delicious. I had to stop myself before I got full. My sister and I shared the Carbonara and we didn't even finish it. The serving are plentiful. The food was like comfort from your grandmas kitchen. And staff was sweet. It was moderately priced I believe each plate was about $17 but the portion and flavor made it worth it! read more

I love this place and I really enjoy sitting at the bar that looks like something from the '70's! I have been going to Roma's for about 10 years now. I am going to make it a point to go enjoy sitting at the bar weekly! I really love Roma's salads - DRENCHED in their house dressing! I could DRINK their dressing!! And the yummy rolls...SO BUONO!! Get the pink sauce and dip your rolls in it!!!! My mouth is watering as I write this!!!!! I have probably had just about every entrée but my favorite is always spaghetti with the works (except I always omit the sausage since I am not a fan). I also really love the tortellini primavera! The veggies are always tasty and I love the garlic and olive oil. Their pizza is ECCELLENTE!! Oh, the desserts! Save room for those! The limoncello cake is STUPENDO!!!! Food is very bland. I'm not sure why this place has so many good reviews. The low reviews are pretty agreeable. Not too concerned about the service, but just the food. The marinara sauce wasn't even good. Just tasted like canned tomato sauce. The Alfredo sauce was very watery and bland. The bread rolls looked promising but were also disappointing. They don't seem fresh, maybe they were frozen. Definitely not worth the price. read more

Funny story....when traveling thru Oklahoma we happened upon a great mom-and-pop Italian restaurant, Roma's in Elk City. Upon talking with the proprietor, we found out one of his relatives also had a Roma's Italian Restaurant in The Colony. Our Oklahoma dinner had been so great we just had to try this one. It did not disappoint. Homey atmosphere, large portions, friendly service, great taste. I would have to give their Elk City cousin slightly higher marks....their garlic rolls were a bit larger and more flavorful. Although it's located not close to us, we'll sure be back. read more

I went there with hubby for lunch , we like the Ambiance and the feel of Italy . The service was very good, it definitely feels locally own. Hubby ordered the lobster ravioli and he really like it, (creamy taste ). I had a carbonara which I think was okay. It did say carbonara with Alfredo sauce so I thought I'd try( it also didn't taste as creamy as I expected). I have to say I prefer the good old carbonara from certain Italian restaurants I have eaten. For dessert, we tried cannoli, it was very rich and the shell was very crispy , not overly sweet . Max's brother was there, and per usual food was great, but what really impressed me was how he interacted with my handicapped husband, as he waited with him outside, put the leftovers in, stowed his walker , and prior to this introduced us to his adorable young son, Luan, and his lovely wife! Our first visit - Quaint atmosphere, service was great and the food was good. We were sat and served quickly and everything flowed well.

After reading the reviews, my husband and I were literally like F*** it lets try this place. We came with empty stomachs and open minds and we were not disappointed. Keep in mind when you come in this place its a small family owned business. Its not fancy but it has a great ambiance (its a very homey vibe) so with that in mind I'm giving this place a 5/5, the food was a solid 7 You have to order a pizza and a pasta dish. It was decent, I'd say a step below Olive Garden as far as quality wise-- but it definitely satisfies the need for Italian food. Inside area is dated and there is a tiki bar off to the side- seemed a bit odd in an Italian restaurant. Service was excellent and quick- chicken Marsala was delicious and my son loved the fettuccini Alfredo. Best part were the dinner rolls with butter and Parmesan- I could easily fill up on those. I had my usual chicken Marsala but asked for the pasta to be a lemon-garlic sauce that I saw they do--- and boy am I glad I did!! Tried it for the first time when my sister was visiting and she wanted lasagna. I called and placed the order. They told me it would take about 15-20 minutes and when we got there to pick it up, it took probably twice as long. The lasagna was just ok. It left a lot to be desired... the sauce didn't have much flavor but was still decent enough to not go to waste. The little garlic breads were fresh and very good! Perfect little Italian spot in the colony! I was looking for something quick and reasonable on the way home after a long night and always pass by but have never stopped in before. I am so glad i did! I called in my order for pick up and it was ready in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and piping hot. I love the house dressing that went with the salad and the garlic knots that were served with the entrees were a nice addition to the meal. We have been looking for a good family owned Italian restaurant close to home that serves authentic Italian food. We were excited to find Roma's and decided to try it for dinner on Saturday evening. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the food was only mediocre at best. I had veal parmigiana. It was okay, but nothing to write home about. The antipasto salad was the same. And the wine list was only a few wines, none of which were good wines. It's a fairly large restaurant, but there were only about 4-6 tables with customers during the time we were there. Roma's is okay if you are really hungry and there are no other restaurants open to choose from. However, that probably won't be the case in this area. I really wanted to love this place, but it just didn't satisfy what we were looking for, so I doubt that we will ever go back. read more

I can't believe I've lived in the colony all these years and had never tried Roma's. This is the best Italian food I've ever had. We got the seafood pasta that we ended up splitting because it was so amazing and we also got the pasta with meat sauce which was great too but the little mini rolls they gave us were sooooo good. She was friendly, came over to check on us for just the right amount of times. The food itself was bland. I ordered the fettuccine Primavera and he ordered the chicken wings. I started off with some bread rolls which were really good on their own. I had hoped this wouldn't be the highlight of the dining experience, and it definitely wasn't, as the best was yet to come. Ultimately, I went with the salmon which was simply divine. The fish itself was well seasoned, well cooked and extremely delicate. Every single bite was an experience that left me at a loss for words. The pasta bed, the sauce and the mushrooms were also incredible. Nothing in this meal was lacking as it was the complete package. We've always seen this place but today we finally decided to go for it. I order the shrimp scampi which is a basic dish, but to my surprise, my meal was amazing. I had the most perfectly cooked shrimp and the scampi sauce was delicious. My boyfriend got the pepperoni calzone and the breading was yummy; it was garlicy and a perfect cook on the inside.
