We ordered the Margherita, Di Parma, and Dolce Salato, and every one of them was excellent. I have celiac disease, so I ordered the gluten-free crust. It was so good that I actually called the restaurant when I got home because I couldn't believe it was gluten-free. It was hands down the best gluten-free pizza crust I've ever had. Everyone needs to give this incredible establishment a try. They're doing a gradual rollout right now with pizzas and salads, but pasta and risotto are coming soon. As an Italian, I'm already looking forward to seeing what they do with those. Bring on the truffles, please! It's great to finally have a place in Aiken serving food that reminds me of home.

After a few minutes of me just standing there I walked around to see if I could find a pick up area. Unable to find one I just wait again to be acknowledged and served. Ultimately neither of the young people said a peep (so odd) but after a while an older gentleman came out asked if I needed help and grabbed my pizzas and I was on my way! Literally took seconds so I'm not sure where the disconnect came in before but I digress. This is a stark difference between my Atlanta experience (also served by young people) they were friendly, acknowledged me right away and didn't ignore me. But the pizza? Same as before. I got the 10 in with Alfredo sauce, artichokes, black olives, chicken as sausage with a balsamic glaze drizzle...fire! And my son had the cheese pizza which he dramatically proclaimed it was the best pizza he'd ever had. I don't come to a pizza joint expecting 5 star service but if I could offer a word of advice? Don't create a barrier for people trying to patronize your establishment. A simple "how can I help" could go a long way. But other than that solid pizza and I'd come again.

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Pizza Central in Evans, GA…read more I recently placed an online order for my son and me from Pizza Central. My order was scheduled to be ready at 6:56 PM, and I arrived at approximately 6:55 PM to pick it up. When I walked in, there was one customer ahead of me checking out. After she left, the employee turned away from the register and began doing other things. I waited patiently, expecting someone to acknowledge me and ask if I was there for a pickup. Two other employees approached the register, but neither one acknowledged me. About five minutes later, another customer walked in, went to the bar, and sat down. The same employee who had helped the customer before me immediately acknowledged him and gave him a menu. At that point, I finally said, "Excuse me, ma'am, I'm here to pick up an order." Another employee came from the back and acknowledged a different customer who had walked in after me. She then went to the back and brought that customer his pizza order. Meanwhile, I was still standing there waiting for my order and wondering why I had been completely overlooked. Finally, a third young lady came out with my order. At that point, the employee who had been at the register asked me, "Have you been helped?" I replied, "FINALLY." She smiled and walked away. I took my order and left. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. It wasn't the wait for my food that bothered me--it was the lack of acknowledgment and basic customer service. A simple "Hello, we'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference. I have no problem being patient when I'm acknowledged and know what's going on. But standing there while employees help customers who arrived after me, without anyone acknowledging me, is frustrating and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to Pizza Central in Evans. I hope management takes this review seriously and uses it as an opportunity to address customer-service expectations with the staff

We also got the double chocolate cake and the Spumoni desserts. My wife is in a wheelchair. The bathroom was accessible.
