What had happen was we stopped at a nearby Starbucks before hitting the road. We messed up by not tasting our white chocolate mochas before hitting the highway. Let's just say they were made incorrectly. Regular mocha maybe? After driving for a while, we finally saw this Starbucks and took a chance to see if they would redo them because why not. If not, we would just purchase them again. Without hesitation or proof, the barista fixed us right on up annnnd brought them to our seat where we waited. Oh, did I mention, I didn't drink the original one at all but my friend drank half so, she didn't request a new one. However, the barista made hers over anyway. Super friendly baristas and quick service . Great for grabbing our caffeine fix for our long drive.

Came through the drive thru as I was heading to Dallas. We had planned to go inside but it was raining super hard so we just went through the drive-thru. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and a Blueberry Muffin and my mom just got a Banana Nut Bread. The White Chocolate Mocha was nice and hot and made just how I like it. We asked for the muffin and nut bread to be warmed. I personally don't like either without it being a bit warm. It just tastes differently, less fresh when it's not. We received the them cold but didn't notice until we had driven off. The mocha was still good and we obviously still ate them, but wish they would've been warm. read more

Fast and friendly despite how busy they were! Delicious pumpkin spice latte! I went to two other locations a few days ago and they were not so friendly and said 20 minute wait. Friendly drive thru staff. Ordered a Dragon drink and banana nut loaf. My Dragon drink was on point but the loaf was not good. Every city wants a Starbucks. Since I live in Dallas, and comute to Ennis to work, I am glad there is a Starbucks in Ennis. Located on the I45 Southbound side, you can see the sign from the freeway. There is a (singular) table outside, and probably 2 inside, don't plan on hanging out all afternoon. There is wireless access. There always seems to be a great selection of pastries and goodies, and there is a lite sandwich selection. Horrible service!!! I placed a mobile order on the road. I walked in with my husband and waited as my order wasn't on the counter. There are 3 employees working. NONE of them acknowledged me. The staff was very friendly and made my cappuccino correctly. Usually when I order a cappuccino, there is a 50% chance it will come out right and a 50% chance I get a latte. I just left the Ennis Starbucks, which I decided to stop at while driving down to Houston Monday morning. I was about 4 minutes early to their open. Grabbed the door, both women gave me a half glance and immediately looked the other way. A good employee would at least smile and let me know they would be opening in a few minutes. Worst Starbucks I have EVER been to. I waited 30 minutes for an Americano. Incredibly unorganized employees lining cups up in no order whatsoever. Three employees working and two of them were on the register when there was a line backed up. No one apologized for the wait, no one was smiling, no one said anything. Horrible service. Order ahead, come in. No one acknowledges I'm there. I stand at the mobile pickup counter for minutes... there were many people working yet no one can say anything?! As if the horrible service wasn't enough, MY ORDER WAS WRONG!!! Why offer mobile ordering when you still get it wrong? I've been to this location 3 times. First time was great, second time my ice was half melted when she handed it to me. This time I can't speak of drink taste because I left it there. There are so many reasons to love this starbucks in Ennis. 1. They have coffee (I love coffee) 2. They know what my wife wants when she walks in (my wife goes there everyday and orders the same thing.) 3. Polite and helpful staff. But of course there is always the one ting that keeps me from giving this place 5 stars. Overpriced! If they fix that i'll give them that extra star. All-in-all, great place. read more

I just left the Ennis location and I am extremely disappointed. My husband and I stopped in and wanted the salted caramel square (out), salted caramel tart (only had one) this continued for a few other items that were out. Salted caramel coffee, out of the salt? The issue was the customer service here. The barista was more interested in closing (need I remind that it was 9 pm sharp and they still had an hour until closing). The entire food shelf was empty and lights were off. There was still an hour until closing. The restroom was still dirty, but it was clearly more important to shut down the pastry area so people wouldn't order and stick around. Truly rude manager working there. I'm not going back anytime soon! I bought some coffee pods in the drive through. They gave me the wrong things. I immediately took them inside and was treated VERY POORLY. They didn't want to give me my money back. They were out of stock of what I needed. They had failed to give me a receipt and crummy manager told me they couldn't give me a refund without a receipt, that was corporate policy. I responded by telling her I'm sure it was corporate policy to give a receipt in the first place and they didn't. She didn't understand what I said. I took my mask off so she could understand me. And she got shitty with me and told me to put the mask back on. When I left she snidely told me to have a good day (which she obviously did not mean). Nope. This Starbucks is the only one located nearby to Corsicana. It's in a shopping plaza right off the interstate. Seating is somewhat limited inside -- very strange considering how much empty space is available. I would probably come back only if I was in the area. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the DFW area. I travel all over DFW for business, and this location has the best staff that give you that warm, friendly greeting while still getting a great cup of coffee. You will always get your drink promptly but without a barista on the other side of the counter making you feel like you are wasting their time. Great job guys! read more
