Peggy is especially good. She is always sincerely eager to help. I have only had one claim since signing up with the Denny Doyle office. They resolved the claim with zero stress to me. I have found this to be the norm for most State Farm offices as I have policies in other states with two other offices. There is cheaper insurance, but I hesitate to make a change, lest I lose the reason I have insurance in the first place: That is to have someone who will "have my financial back" when I need them.

They helped through the entire process and bent over backwards to make sure everything was sorted out before I had to head out of town on vacation. Things got a little tangled with the claim but they repeatedly reassured me not to worry, it would all be handled. They were accessible and promptly responded to every question and request. I hope I never have to speak with them again to file another claim, but at least I know they have me covered if anything does go wrong.
