After staring a business with my brother we got recommended to use this business for our work uniforms and we could not be happier. Betty was very flexible with us after we placed our first order. We ordered everything from hat, shirts, hoodies, and long sleeves. They delivered on time with great quality. Which our line of work can be pretty hard on our clothing. Since then we've order a few more times always getting excellent communication from everyone who works there even got meet Ron himself which is a nice to put a face to everything. Sigh - I really want to give a better review but there are some issues. Let's start at the beginning. I selected this place because I needed shirts made and I wanted to use a local vendor. They had great reviews on Yelp so I gave it a whirl. The first issue is location - their shop is in one of the seediest areas of El Cajon. There is no parking so you have to park in the nearby neighborhood (not a great one) or the trolley station across the street (no thanks), and you have no choice but to walk by homeless encampments to get there. Suffice it to say I don't feel safe there even in broad daylight. On a positive note he has lots of shirt samples for you to see and touch, and was very knowledgeable about the brands, colors, and sturdiness of each. When I ordered the shirts (1st trip) I asked if a deposit was required and the Owner told me I could just pay when I picked up. A week later I got an email stating that I had to come by and pay before they would make the shirts. When I explained what happened I was just told I had to pay first (2nd trip). A couple weeks went by and I didn't get a call or an email. So, (3rd trip) - pick up shirts. When I told the owner that this was my third trip and what happened, he just replied "you got a good deal." Don't get me wrong he's a very nice man - but as a customer that was not what I felt was an appropriate response. No apology or sorry for the inconvenience - a good deal isn't a good deal if my time and energy is not respected. On a positive note the shirts looked great. I am on the fence if I will continue to do business here if for no other reason that I don't even want to leave my car unattended for a few minutes, let alone walk through the area to get to their shop. If I could get to a point where it was just reordering, I could do it online or on the phone maybe. I'm sure that neighborhood was better when this location opened years ago, but it's uncomfortable now and probably the greatest barrier for my repeat business. read more

My company has been ordering custom printed items from Ron for over 15 years. He has always come through for us. We also order our family reunion t-shirts from him and they're always in great quality. WOW! What difference customer service plays with this business. Ron, the owner personally met me as I entered his into the building. He asked me "how can I help you?." I was blown away, someone knows how to treat customers. When I went to pick up my order, I started to take the t-shirts out of the plastic bag. Next thing that I heard was "we triple check your order, before we place in plastic bag". Awesome. I was very impressed with the business cards, 1000, two sided business cards with shiny plastic coating showing your business side information, for $45. We recently purchased a dog boarding business and needed to find someone local to get t-shirts made within a week. We found Ron on Yelp and dropped in during the day to see what kind of products he had available. Unlike other places we checked out, Ron had examples of all different colors and styles of the shirts that could work for us.
