This is now my second round going back to Dr. Soltero and his team. My first time was one year ago and I got a tummy tuck and BBL. My experience with Doctor Ron Solterowas was a nightmare. Her assistant Adriana Domínguez is not a professional. She plays with your time and your money. Ms. Domínguez takes incorrect notes or does not understand the delivery information. My preoperative appointment was canceled because the doctor was in Uruguay for "COVID"vacation. She canceled my surgery to put someone else in my place when I already had my date reserved and tried to charge me by phone when their contract say otherwise. Have been here a few times for Botox. Last time I was here the Dr. was training and showing a nurse how to he does the injections. He put 8 shots in one side and 3 on the other of my forehead. I, as the patient, just thought he saw more movement on one side then the other and had to do more. A week out my right side started to droop. I go in for my follow up and tell the nurse my concerns and that I would like to speak to the doctor. He comes in instantly looking for a fight/incredibly defensive and starts basically yelling at me and acting like I'm trying to pick a fight, when all I am is a concerned patient who is looking for some answers. He said there was nothing that could be done. He didn't try to offer anything to make it better except some eye drops. He didn't even offer a refund for his mistake, and REFUSED to believe he had done something wrong. I am never coming back here, but if you do consider going here, make sure he's not training when he does your procedure because he obviously gets distracted.
