    I walked in at the last minute after speaking with several other dealers over the past couple weeks. At this point I walked in very defensive due to other dealers wanting to undercut me on my trade in. I was created immediately by very eager salesman Tim Travis.. We talked for a bit and we walked the lot. After driving several trucks we narrowed down on a all Blacked out 2016 F-150XLT Sport. I explained where I needed to be with regards to payments. Tim forwarded all my info to Gm Rob Swayka. He worked his magic and got me within $2 of my budgeted allowance. I also worked with finance manager Mike Castro on my warranty. My last truck went 14 years 360k . I am definitely looking to several years of family trips get always and fishing trips for the years to come.

    This is a service review. For over 2 years I've been getting the run around and lied to. I have a…read more2024 Tiguan. I was getting low oil warnings a few times. Recently it is very often. I was told numerous times it was normal for turbo engines. Come on man. I never had that with other turbo engines and my Tiguan that I had before this one. Finally they said I should do a consumption test. Did that, was told it failed. We were told that they were going to contact Volkswagen for a solution. Then said they were going to order a part that is on back order. We trusted them. Months go by and I called to ask about it. They had no idea what I was talking about. I called Volkswagen they told me to deal with the dealership. I contacted a lemon law lawyer and they told me to get paperwork. I called first and went in. The service clerk that I talked to had no idea what the clerk was talking about. Then came back and said the printer was broken. I saw in her face she was confused. I just recently lost my brother to a quick cancer and his birthday was that weekend so I got upset. I didn't throw a fit because I work in costumer service. They came in and said I didn't do the consumption test. Then they said they ordered the part I needed. Umm ok. I did the first half. My husband did the second half since I was caring for my brother in hospice. Meanwhile the lemon law lawyer joint was telling me none of the paperwork I sent them said anything about repairs. Odd. I'm afraid to drive this vehicle. It can just stop running at any time. I even texted the guy who oversees all of service of all of the Hawk group and he never responded. I researched this had happened with Tiguans since they were produced. I'm still trying to get this straightened out. Guess I'll update but I'll update but I really want to get rid of this car. Tried calling another Volkswagen dealership and they also said they couldn't help me.

    I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2025 and later discovered in August it was sold to me with incorrect tires and a battery degradation issue that should have been addressed before the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service changed drastically. It tools 5 months to get a them to assist after showing up at the dealership and basically refusing to leave until I was assured and they took 6 hours The sales manager, Josh, was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought my concerns forward. I felt misled during the sales process, as promises made to close the deal were not honored afterward. It became clear that once the transaction was complete, resolving the issues was no longer a priority. I also interacted with Erica (unsure of her exact role), who presented herself as being helpful and understanding. However, I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely addressed. Instead, I felt my situation was minimized while internal staff supported one another rather than working toward a fair resolution. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here: Do not leave the lot if there are outstanding issues. Ensure everything is documented and completed before you drive off. Once you leave, getting follow-through may become extremely difficult. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. These were supposed to be brand new tires purchased December 27th and it's March 18th they are balled

Sounds Extreme repaired a key fob I bought from another Will County business (whom I don't recommend! That original was installed by another Joliet business who insisted the broken fob was my fault and would charge me full price for a new fob. I didn't appreciate his accusation. Needless to say, that man lost a customer in favor of Sounds Extreme.) Sounds Extreme repaired my key fob without forcing me to purchase a new remote car starter. That's huge to me!! So many other shady places would have eagerly ripped me off. Since I was given excellent and honest service by Sounds Extreme on a small issue, I KNOW that Sounds Extreme will serve me well in the future when I get a new car stereo. They carry high-quality equipment in their small shop. Not only do they have excellent service here, but this man is pleasant to work with, which again is unlike other local car audio places. It's obvious he knows his stuff. The passion for his craft oozes out of him. When I was in there, he was working on a custom motorcycle sound system for a local business owner. Wow! I purchased a car stereo elsewhere and had Mike install it, with him providing the wiring harness, dashboard trim kit, and antenna adapter. He was able to install my stereo the same day and the whole job only took about an hour. Whenever I have car audio needs and I'm in the Joliet area I will definitely be bringing my return business here.
