After two Chicago winters with the OEM RFTs, I had enough of it and finally decided to get something with better grip, safety and overall ride quality. Price wasn't even an option. Tires are what keep you planted on the road. You want to go cheap? Safety comes first. I finally made up my mind with Brandon and decided to get these done and Brandon confirmed with me time and day, all was set. Showed up promptly, explained what he will do, asked a few questions about my vehicle, and I let him do his thing. Just under 2 hours later, he not only dismounted my old tires, transferred/reset the TPMS to the new wheels and mounted and balanced those to the fresh set of tires, but even spiffed it up with some tire shine. Advising that after 25-50 miles of driving to recheck lug nut torque is critical and I wasn't at all surprised that he mentioned this. Furthermore, he informed me with the wheel offset and width, that even with full lock, my setup should not rub. Talk about looking out for your client and keeping them informed. Any chain would more than likely just send you on your way after you pay. Not here. Brandon takes pride in his work and it shows, support your local businesses as they keep our economy going, not only that the quality of work you receive is second to none, so it's a no-brainer. I paid for them to rotate tires and fix a week they said they couldn't find a leak and they didn't even bother rotating tires I guess they thought I wouldn't notice they were marked LOL! Kyle and Mavis and all the help got my tire found the leak in my tire and pointed out other things that may need to be done thanks Mavis I'll be back! The guy very nonchalantly says "I don't know they're finishing up somebody then somebody else is in front of you" and I said that I made my appointment for 3pm because I had other things to do later today. He was extremely rude and with a lot of attitude said "yeah it'll take at least an hour to get to you, the guy was on lunch, I don't know what you want me to do about it". He was extremely rude and dismissive. They were so unprofessional and rude.

Six days after…read moremy car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

Integrity asked us to bring it in immediately. Upon inspection, the car had blown a gasket. Integrity is fixing this for us for free today. After all that we've been through this week with my daughter being in a car accident and the secondary emergency for a pre-existing condition, I cannot emphasize what a blessing this is. Thank you for taking care of us when we most needed it. There is no better place to take your vehicle.

Called last night (Saturday) to double check the hours, good thing because they they were closed…read morelike 4 hours early.. called again this morning to make sure they were open until 8pm and they told me to call back 1-2 hours prior to service to make sure a mechanic was there. Apparently they close early often. The auto cashier said they close early due to understaffing but I'm confused why they let their mechanics leave early then? Moving on, I called at 5 to say I'd be there at 6. She told me I had to come NOW if I wanted an oil change. I left my shift early and headed straight there and arrived ten minutes later. Upon arrival, I almost pulled into the garage but KEVIN was FLAILING his arms at me in a jumping jack form like it was absurd of me to pull in which is literally what you do at every car shop.. maybe Kevin should put up some signs to not pull in before he hurts himself. Cashier was nice and told me it would take less than an hour and I ended up being there for almost two hours!!!!! Therefore I was MEGA LATE for Dinner reservations due to the young mechanic struggling on every step because they let the experienced mechanic leave early. After, they pulled my car back to the front of the garage which was annoying to reverse next to all the cones when I could've just pulled out of the DAMN garage. One star.
