Every staff member I met was friendly, kind, and full of good energy--especially comforting during the surgery when I felt some apprehension. The follow-up visit was just as thoughtful and easy. Dr. Poole was friendly and remembered specific details about me from our phone conversation from a month ago. Dr. Poole examined my teeth extensively and set goals for my gum health. Dr. Poole did my teeth cleaning and took time to get all the hard to reach tarter build up. The fluoride treatment was discounted by half. It was around $23 without insurance. I have been complaining about pain in my molars when I chew but Dr. Poole did not see evidence of a cavity. This is probably very rare but I have heard of dentists pushing for unnecessary procedures so they can make money. It's reassuring to know that Dr. Poole is not one of those doctors.
