Very great, respectful and good work the staff and Dr noriesta do. The one star is for the dishonest billing practice. We changed providers and called the office to verify coverage. Well they omitted that they dont "participate" in our new insurance and that they are out of network. They just said yes we take your new insurance as well. Withholding the truth is just as bad as lying. Long story short we were only covered 50% instead of 80% because of their omission. Ask if they fully participate and or are in network. We loved the service but would never go back due to the dishonesty. read more

I have been 'shopping' around for a dentist for years and finally settled on Dr. Noriesta. He is extremely gentle and has a great office. I have been scared of dentists since childhood and no longer grip the arm rests. He uses the CEREC deal in one visit. That's filling replacement in one visit. Not drilling, placement of a temporary and then another visit. It's all done in one visit. I used to have a mouth full of metal fillings. Not anymore, my friend. He even did a veneer that looks fabulous! My hygienist is the best! She even got me back into flossing. She is such a sweetie! I love Dr. Noriesta and his entire staff. I really feel welcomed when I walk in. Im one of those I get nervous the minute I walk in sort of patients, The staff puts me at ease as soon as I walk in and help me feel comfortable. Before I even walk in they already have all the information needed to know what my insurance will or will not cover. They are wiling to work with me and also let me know things that could wait to be fixed. They are also Kid friendly I had to bring my boys with me. They were real quick to set up a TV for them so they could be distracted and the staff was super nice to my boys. When I was confused by the insurance they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or rushed and they were very polite. The office and rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved coming here for the first time! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! I had not been to the dentist in a long time due to being a college student, however now that I'm a teacher it was time to go! Both Dr. and the hygienist made me feel super comfortable and were understanding of my long time out of the dentist chair. Dr. Noriesta does not jump to do a filling, if he feels a tooth has a potential of being filled but not quite there, he will put a "watch" on it. FYI They are not in the delta dental network however they accept it so there is still a slight out of pocket fee, however with the experience I had I will gladly continue to pay the out of network cost! This all began when I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for 09/15/17 because I was having issues with work done 6 months earlier by another Dentist. The day before my appointment 09/14/17 I received a call stating that the doctor would not be in but I could be seen by his Dental Hygienist who would take x-rays. I agreed because I was in terrible pain the prior weekend and figured to at least get the process started. The hygienist was very nice and took the x-rays but informed that nothing "jumped out" at her. He said she would inform the doctor and I would be contacted the following Tuesday 09/19/17 as to the next steps. Tuesday comes around and no call. Late afternoon I called the office and was told that my file was on the doctor's desk and he would call me. Needless to say no call that day. I called today 9/20/17 and informed that the doctor was remind in the am but still nothing. Given that they cancelled, left me in pain and did not bother to follow through I feel like it was simply a scam to bill my insurance for the services rendered that far and leave me "flapping in the wind". At a minimum this is horrible patient care. I saw this Doctor 10 years ago a few times and never had an issue. I guess as his practice has grown he has no time for the patients who supported his growth and he has moved on. I'm not here to tell anyone not go use their services, but if he did this to a patient in dire need, and in extreme pain you might want to consider other options! Perhaps a Dentist that has time for his patients and their care and comfort mean something to him. Ps. I will certainly contact my insurance carrier and ask that they reject the claim as the services were not fully rendered. Additionally, any agreement that I signed to be personally responsible for your services will be counterclaimed as a fundamental breach of contract. Called about my wisdom teeth being pulled and spoke with Rosa.. She told me she would contact me to let me know pricing for my insurance before scheduling the appointment. After years of being terrified to visit the dentist, I made the decision to come to Dr. Noriesta's office. It took all of five minutes for me to realize that I made the best possible choice. The receptionists are wonderful, the office is absolutely beautiful and my hygienist, Nicole, is an absolute saint! She made me feel so comfortable after finding out that it had been a while since my last visit. She was so gentle and didn't do anything without letting me know what she was doing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But when I came in to see Dr. Noriesta because I was having alot of pain on a tooth that turned out to be infected and could only be removed by an oral surgeon Dr. Noriesta did not want to prescribe any medication to help with the pain. Worse part was that it was on a Thursday and couldn't even get an appointment that week I had to wait until the next week to have it removed. read more

I moved to Mountain House in 2006 and needed to find a new dentist without having to travel to Fremont where my dentist was located. I started going to Dr. Noriesta's practice since then. The office is always neat and tidy. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful whenever I changed insurance coverages. They handled everything from their office with my new dental insurance. The hygienists and Dr. Noriesta always makes me feel at ease. I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist even for a routine cleaning, but the staff puts me at ease every single time. My hygienist always asks how things are going and if there are any dental or medical issues I'm having that she should be aware of. Procedures are explained to me beforehand especially if they find something that needs attention during a routine cleaning. An example was while my teeth was being cleaned, I felt a bit of discomfort and ever so slightly flinched. My hygienist noticed my reaction and asked me what I was feeling. After further examination by Dr. Noriesta, he explained that I had a cavity that they can either fix now or I can wait until it really starts to bother in a couple of months. I opted for the "now". So glad that I didn't have to wait for another appointment. Preventive maintenance is so much better and less painful than being reactive. The staff are so friendly, the whole family loves them. We feel like we are at home there. In the past, with our older children previous dentists refused care to them because of their inability to sit still and cooperate, of course, from being scared and anxious. Everyone in the family has been coming here for more than a decade. My children only know and saw him for their dentist. My teeth look great because all my big fillings were replaced with Cerec so without X-rays you wouldn't know how bad looking they were. We also drive all the way from Campbell just to come here even for cleaning. Unlike other dentists, and because of my history of good service, I would only go to him for complicated dental work.
