My partner and I have been coming here with our tech issues for the past three years. We love these…read moreguys. It's a small local operation, but they are really timely and knowledgeable with both PCs and Macs. We haven't brought them a problem they couldn't tackle. They let off a sort of detective vibe: they're interested in the issues and work every angle until the case is closed. Definitely worth your business.

Dane would have to get up…read more Tried giving this local shop my business for a quick project turnaround, and it was easily one of the worst retail interactions I've ever experienced. "Dane" was the employee. I called looking for a basic, Windows system to use purely as a localized stress-test machine. Instead of listening, the guy was immediately patronizing, telling me things were 'too expensive or wouldn't be good enough' for me without a clue what I was using it for. He went from. We don't have anything that expensive too. We don't have anything that cheap. Then he just finally said "..no but uh I'd have to get up"..verbatim. When I tried giving him exact technical criteria to see what they had in stock (targeting Windows Pro, DDR5 or a baseline Ryzen configuration), he completely checked out, spoke over me, and rushed me off the phone with an abrupt 'I gotta go, I gotta go.' New Orleans is too small of a market to treat clients with this level of dismissiveness. If you want a tech shop that communicates like professional adult, take your business elsewhere.

They go door to door selling the fiber optic "underground" internet service, except they don't tell…read moreyou that they must run an ugly cable from the pole in front of your house to your house until installation day. And when you don't agree, you must now cancel the Direct TV they sold you and return all the equipment. Be prepared for pushback from Direct TV because they don't want to refund because of "buyers remorse " The Direct TV rep told me that they are not affiliated with ATT!!

Instead of mailing off my trade-in cellphone for a $1,000 credit towards my upgrade a new cellphone…read more(the latest Apple top of the line), a cheap cellphone I never even owned with a old design (fold-out keyboard for texting) was sent and I got a $50 trade-in and I couldn't get my $1,000 trade-in. I stopped using AT&T because of this. The sales rep at the store was no longer there, who told me they had no means at the store of giving me a receipt for my cellphone trade-in. I should've hand wrote a receipt and had him sign a copy of the trade-in but I'm too trusting. My first AT&T cellphone was in 1984 and was a DynaTAC 8000X that retailed for $3,995, which would equate to over $9,000 today. I have it on my desk as a paperweight. AT&T is the gold standard of service (sadly) and I'm now with Verizon after trying 3 other cellphone services and I barely get 1/2 of a bar and constantly dropping calls. I live on 40 acres in a rural area of St Tammany Parish. I refuse to be cheated out of $1,000 plus I bought the 'new' trade-in off eBay ($350) to use for the $1,000 credit, so I actually lost $1,350 and after 40 years that's no way to treat a valued customer. I'm not a valued customer!
