This guy had us waiting for OVER a hour and a half for him to come unlock my car door to not be able to get on base (Camp Pendleton) When we first spoke to him he would not give us a quote or anything saying he needed to see what type of car and lock I had. Which comes off to me as "hey I'm just gonna charge you whatever the hell I want to". Once he was not able to get on base he called Fidelity LockSmith it says on their page they are NOT open but they ARE! I added the NEW number they use. I will say that this guy did call my husband back and he did apologize for the inconvenience of all of this but it could have saved us a lot of time if he told us he has had trouble getting on base previously. We had just bought a house and had Ron rekey all the existing locks, install some new deadbolts and fix the front door which wouldn't easily lock.
