When I called to schedule an estimate, the office told me they were booking full roofs (what we needed) six months out! After looking at the ROC, etc. for other roofers, we decided to wait for SARA. Dan came to our house, inspected, and gave us a complete explanation of what we did and did not need. He provided two sets of estimates based on options we requested. Both were reasonable for the value offered. We made our down payment and, after the next monsoon rain, a small leak appeared in the tile area of our roof. Since our scheduled work was still a few weeks away, Dan had a team member come out and patch it up. Work started at the scheduled time, and the team was efficient and clean. The only issue was a delay in skylight delivery from the manufacturer. SARA came out a day after the skylights were received to install them. The roofing materials are quality and look great, and the new skylights are tons better than the original 1980s versions. We are glad we chose Southern Arizona Roof Associates.

Every single time I need them they answer and send somebody out the next day. There are times of the year where they're busier, but generally speaking they can come out very quickly. Their quotes are always detailed and fair and they send them out very quickly. When I wanted more explanations of the quote, I was able to talk to somebody on the phone who kindly spent a lot of time with me and walked me through everything. They offer a discount if you agree to do the work within 30 days and it's a pretty significant discount. To an already competitively priced quote. The work they do is excellent. It's top quality truly. They don't make a mess and they fix everything to top standards. I've never once experienced a problem resulting from the work they've done. I haven't had the best luck with local contractors, but roof savers is the one company in town that I have absolute peace of mind with. A+ company. I don't even think I'll get quotes from other places ever again. There's just simply no need when I have somebody like roof savers that I can trust.
