Drew got me on the calendar quickly and had a crew to do the tear off first thing in the morning on day one. The crew got the tear off done and papered roof on first day with new shingles on ridge line. The crew was very hard working and kept me in the loop and were very helpful. Second day installers came in and completed roof and put new flashing on chimney stack and did a great job and very good communication. Great cleanup and roof is very nice. This is my second roof from McKenzie Roofing and they will be my first call for any roofing needs.

We hired Home Pros do do a complete home remodel. The quality of the workmanship was poor. No clean…read moreup was done, they did not take proper steps to protect our appliances while painting, they improperly installed a broken walk-in shower. Which we had to replace. When the shower was torn out it the panels were "glued" in with caulk. The grout work was crap. Brand new cabinets with sander marks, loose hinges, trim with saw gouges, leaking sinks, no paint prep done, and just painted around some of the light fixtures, pockets in the LVP where they didnt use leveler. Tub surround not flush, so we had to fill the gaps with silicone so it didnt leak. They installed new exhaust fans in the bathrooms and cut the hole too big so there is a gap. Just all around poor quality work. When we brought things to their attention, the reaction was that we were inconveniencing them. When they did come back and fix concerns we addressed they made it worse. We have been fixing thier poor workmanship since April, and hired a different company to replace the shower.

His work was excellent quality and he showed me how the leak I had was properly fixed so it would not leak again, which gave me great confidence in his work. After finishing the work, everything was cleaned up spotless. He spent all the time I wanted answering my questions and even lowered the price as he did not need to use some wood he had put into the bid. I highly recommend Ian and Skyline Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing done. Ian addressed my problem instead of just trying to sell me a new roof!
