Before I decided to write this review I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke. So I waited a few more visits in before I wrote it. Look, I didn't want to be responsible for an unfriendly kitty visit. Nope! You will not blame for that. The place is very clean and somewhat sterile when you walk in. The receptionists are friendly for the most part. There is one with RBF and she always looks like that. So just ignore her. The person I see is Alex. Let me tell you. Alex is so quick with the rip. You see what I just did there. LOL! Anyway, Alex is always super gentle. I mean she is as gentle as it gets. Hell, she's ripping hair off your pretty kitty. I would venture to say Alex is right up there with my OB/GYN. Alex makes you fill comfortable and at ease with process. If you're new she talks you through the process. If you're an OG like me. Hell, we're catching up on life. I don't even know who did my eyelashes at this location, because she never told me her name. I…read moreshould have trusted my gut the first time I went. She was critical of my sparse eyelashes, accused me of having bad extensions before, and repeatedly questioned me about my hair and eyebrows and who had 'done' them. She never discussed options with me, and the only question she asked was how long I wanted them. I told her I was relatively new to the process, and had only done them the one time before...by her, at this location a few months prior. I didn't want them to be too long, and they were. She said that next time I would need to tell her what 'number' I wanted...like I should know what the numbers are. All in all, she wasn't pleasant and griped at me throughout the process. I came from work and still had some lingering mascara on, which made her angry. She jabbed at my eyelashes with tweezers to remove it, and told me that she would charge $25 to remove it next time. She even saved the tissue to prove to me that she removed mascara. My eyelash extensions are now clumped together with blobs of glue, and are ripping off my own eyelashes as a result. If you are experienced with having lash extensions, and you want them cheap and fast, maybe you would have a better experience here. If you are new to the process, go somewhere with better customer service and technique.
